This chic coastal retreat also includes a bar area complete with a separate under-counter ice maker and plenty of counter space, where you can tap into your inner mixologist and create delicious cocktails for you and your guests! The dining area offers a new dining table with seating for 6, plus additional seating for two at the breakfast bar.

Our stay was good as always. It’s so convenient to the beach and local restaurants. We like Spanish Key. The elevator could use some cleaning and better lighting.

Luxury Coastal Vacations were great! They called me a week before our reservation and said that there were issues with the condo we had originally booked. They offered us several choices of their other rentals to book or a full refund. The new place we picked was amazing! They were easy to work with and being able to text and get a quick response was appreciated! We will book through them again!

Great Condo

Gorgeous place. Exactly as pictured in the add. The beach access was great. We travelled with kids in large age range so when some wanted to go to beach and others didn’t- it was ok because we did not have to drive to beach. Also took some night beach walks to check out the fiddler crabs. I don’t think we would have driven to a public beach at night and would have missed out on that experience. The condo was clean, very nicely furnished, plenty of closet space. Having a dryer was nice for those wet beach towels. Condo is on third floor- views were amazing. Could see the beach and ocean from bed in the master. Gorgeous kitchen- with large family it was nice to be able to make some meals instead of going out. Communication was excellent. Tropical storm in the area and we worried that it was unsafe to travel there. Staff promptly responded to questions and gave us weather update. Reassured us that weather was good there - and it really was. First time traveling with Airbnb and Charlene. Was better than expected. Best vacation ever.

Vacation 2017

Our family really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was well equiped with all necessary items. We had plently of room. The coffee table in the living room is a little too big, for it takes up a lot of the room. A smaller round coffee table would be great, especailly with the small babies. They got several booboos from the table cause they are just starting to pull up to things. The rain was a little disappointing, but got to spend alot of quality family time in a beautiful home away from home ! Thank you Spanish Key 305 !!

Lovely, relaxing, convenient

My family of three adult daughters, two sons-in-law, one almost two year old granddaughter and myself reluctantly packed and left today. We used the pool, the beach, the hot tub and sauna. Everything was clean and and as described. The beds in the third bedroom, which I shared with one daughter, however felt and sounded like camp cots from my long gone youth. One other suggestion would be more than bare minimum of bath towels. Those two minor items did not spoil our stay. We had a great family bonding time vacation.

Great Getaway!

This condo is the perfect place to getaway from the hustle and bustle. It was extremely easy to check in and get started on a great vacation for my family. The condo was very clean and had all the amenities that had been stated in the description. The beach area was fantastic and the beach chair attendants were at the top of their game, we needed for nothing. The hot tub was out of service being repaired, but the indoor pool was very warm and allowed for the kids to play on a rainy day. We will definitely be back!

Three months stay[snow birds].

I recomend The Crab Trap for a fun evening

My family stayed at Spanish Key #107 on June 26 thru July 2nd. The condo was very clean and roomy. We have been vacationing in the Perdido Key area for 12 years and this is the nicest place we have ever stayed. I recommend it to everyone. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.
