Great property with great beach access

The condo was perfect for our family of 6. Lots of room with ample storage. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need. Super quiet w/ beautiful views. The only thing I wish we had knew/seen before getting groceries our 1st night were the carts on the ground floor to help get everything up to our room on the 10th floor. Checking in and out was a breeze & the parking spot was perfect (close to the entrance to the garage). The bracelets that they give upon check in might be a little large for kids. My daughter lost hers within 5 minutes on the beach - but that was our fault for not noticing sooner how large it really was on her. The beach service we purchased from La Dolce Vita was perfect for our family. We will definitely come back!

This condo was excellent as was the overall building. The condo had everything we needed and was very luxurious. The master bath with its jacuzzi tub and open shower was quite nice. Beach access was great and was very walkable to the Florabama (main we reason we opted to visit this area), about a 5 minute walk on the sand or street. View from balcony and master bedroom was great and plenty of privacy with the layout of the building.

We enjoyed our fall break at unit 603 of Spanish Key Resort. The management team was always available anytime we needed anything. The unit itself was beautiful and had everything we needed. Only thing I would mention is the whirlpool tub in the master bathroom needs the jets cleaned. When we tried to use it, there was a lot of dirt buildup that spewed out.
The resort was very nice with easy access to the beach. There was always staff present making sure the whole place was clean.
Overall I would highly recommend this place and will definitely try to stay here again in the future!

Spacious with very comfortable beds. One of the 2 elevators made a horrendous sound when passing the 4th floor. Was reported and fixed...a bit scary though. Multiple remote controls did not function due to dead batteries.

Spanish Key 603 was exactly as photographed, maybe even better in person! This was the cleanest of several homes we have rented at the beach and it didn’t feel worn like so many others do. Loved the view from the balcony, living room and master bedroom, it was absolutely breathtaking. The building and location were so great too! It was chilly while we were there, but our kids enjoyed the heated indoor pool. The beach access is perfect and so close to so many great places. We can’t wait to visit and book this home again!

We were very pleasantly surprised by Spanish Key! Such a great find for a last minute beach trip. The beach was beautiful, great views from the condo as well as the master bedroom, super spacious. We are very excited to visit again in the future.

Gorgeous condo—beautifully decorated with inspiring details. Master bedroom has the most stunning view of the beach & a luxurious bathroom. Plenty of space for 2 adults & 3 kids. We went to see the Dolphins & into Pensacola. Nice location & beautiful beach!

Condo was well furnished, clean comformable beds, good location. Property also had a hot tub and two pools for use. And of course the beach was right outside the door w great views of the Gulf

We absolutely loved our vacation to Perdido Key. I know you're reading these reviews to find out what the issues are, so I'll start with those: the only main issue with this property is that the high rise building appears to be a bit on the older side. A water main broke one afternoon and they shut the water off to the entire building for probably 5 hours or so while they fixed it. Not fun. But it was in the grand scheme of things a minor inconvenience. A couple of the light switches randomly stopped working one morning, but then fixed themselves by the afternoon. Half the burners in the toaster oven didn't work, but when we called maintenance, they replaced it with a new one within a couple hours. Also, the building could maybe use a third elevator, the line got kind of long a couple times, but again, just a teensy inconvenience. Now the good stuff: The unit was CLEAN, looked just like the photos, and just the right amount of space for our family: three couples, one single adult, and one baby. Going with a 3br/3ba instead of 3/2 was a GREAT decision! The kitchen has everything you need. The balcony was really nice, the beds were good. The pool was clean and relaxing, the fitness room was nice, the other vacationers were friendly. The building was quiet. The view was wonderful, the beach is RIGHT THERE and very clean and not crowded in early August. FloraBama Yacht Club is a 2 minute walk and has great seafood, drinks, and service. I was nervous since there weren't many reviews and the price seemed really low, but we all had a great time and are excited to go back!

My cousins and I took our 87 year old Aunt to the beach and we all throughly enjoyed it. Wish we could do it every year. Beautiful condo and beautiful beach.
