Things to Note
Please note: Summer House will be undergoing restoration work beginning in September 2023. Please see anticipated schedule below:
• Building B will begin in September 2023, and is anticipated to be completed by June 2024. All amenities will be open at this time.
- Progress: June through July will experience some affects now. The 06 stack in building B, furthest away from stack 01 will receive work throughout the month of June 2024 due to delays.
• All other stacks do not have work going on.
• They are painting around the building through the Summer with swing stages in place.
• Building A will begin in mid-August of 2024, and is anticipated to be completed by June 2025. Outdoor pool is closed. Indoor pool will be open!
• Storage of materials is affecting parking for BOTH buildings. Guests are recommended to limit themselves to one vehicle if at all possible.
The property intends to keep the extensive phases of the work at a minimum during peak seasons, as to not pose major disturbances to guests though noise on site is expected. Parking patterns may be affected during exterior coating work on the north side of the building facing the parking lot. All work is weather and schedule permitting. Beautiful view of the Beach
Very pleased! Could have done without the construction but no reflection on our rental agreement. I wasn’t thrilled with the parking situation. We shouldn’t have had to search for parking or have to park in over flow where there was no security. We were issued 2 parking passes. Should have had designated spaces for each condo. What a place! Everything about the condo was perfect - the view, amenities, location and layout couldn’t have been better. We were delighted that this condo is as beautiful as the pictures. There is a balcony that goes along the east side of the unit, and 2 of the bedrooms access it with a sliding glass doors. A dining area sits next to another sliding glass door. The furniture in the living area is very comfortable. There is another table that we used as a game table in the corner on the south side of the unit next to floor to ceiling windows. The beds were comfortable and the views spectacular.

Paradise by at the top

Great facility with a fantastic view!
We thoroughly enjoyed this condo. Our group included my wife and I, our two college age kids, and my wife's sister and mother. Even with this group, we had plenty of room to spread out. Very nice furnishings and the view was outstanding from the 15th floor! The condo was extremely nice and we appreciate the opportunity to stay there for a week. Property begins and ends with the views
Our family of four needed a covid getaway. The views and proximity to the beach made the week so very relaxing. When we were not on the beach ( recommend securing chair service early first morning at the beach, Erik was great) we were on the balcony or reading a book at the base of the s facing windows.
