Summer House 1501B

The construction was minimal during our stay. They have the walkway railings removed with temporary ones in place while they are painting the walls along the walkway. The only pain point now is parking, but that is minimal.
The unit is beautiful and the beach was not crowded and is great as always. We look forward to returning to this unit in the future. The only thing that I would like to see improved is the internet access. It was inconsistent and with the concrete building you can’t rely on cell service, so good WiFi is needed.

Of all the many times we have vacationed in Orange Beach, this is by far the best property we have stayed. It was spacious, with a beautiful view, clean, and spot on to the pictures that advertised this location. It was right on the beach and close to everything that we needed for local markets and restaurants. My family enjoyed themselves. We will definitely be looking for them next summer.

Beautiful view of the Beach
Very pleased! Could have done without the construction but no reflection on our rental agreement. I wasn’t thrilled with the parking situation. We shouldn’t have had to search for parking or have to park in over flow where there was no security. We were issued 2 parking passes. Should have had designated spaces for each condo. Was told by the guard that the units were handing out more passes then allowed.

What a place! Everything about the condo was perfect - the view, amenities, location and layout couldn’t have been better. We had a maintenance issue during our stay and Charlene’s team had someone there to fix it first thing in the morning. Such a wonderful experience all around!

We were delighted that this condo is as beautiful as the pictures. There is a balcony that goes along the east side of the unit, and 2 of the bedrooms access it with a sliding glass doors. A dining area sits next to another sliding glass door. The furniture in the living area is very comfortable. There is another table that we used as a game table in the corner on the south side of the unit next to floor to ceiling windows. The beds were comfortable and the views spectacular.

Very clean and well stocked for families!!
The condo is in a convenient place near grocery stores and shopping. Beach is clean and beautiful!! Indoor pool is nice along with outdoor pool also. Condo is very spacious with 2 dining tables and little bar.

Paradise by at the top
The owners have given a beach tranquility to this condo. Prefect 3 bedroom 2 bath with everything you cant think of needing. The full length balcony of the condo was amazing to open all sliding glass doors and feel the fresh air in the morning!

Great facility with a fantastic view!
We thoroughly enjoyed this condo. Our group included my wife and I, our two college age kids, and my wife's sister and mother. Even with this group, we had plenty of room to spread out. Very nice furnishings and the view was outstanding from the 15th floor! The condo was extremely nice and we appreciate the opportunity to stay there for a week. Hope we can make it back another time.

Enjoyed our stay here with 6 family members from start to finish. The views are unbeatable and the airbnb had everything we needed- especially in the kitchen.
We had 2 days of maintenance on one of the 2 elevators in our building but it was barely an inconvenience. We were all comfortable in the large space.

Property begins and ends with the views
Our family of four needed a covid getaway. The views and proximity to the beach made the week so very relaxing. When we were not on the beach ( recommend securing chair service early first morning at the beach, Erik was great) we were on the balcony or reading a book at the base of the s facing windows. I would and already have recommended this unit to friends. Thanks for sharing your space with us.

As others have stated and noted in description, you must bring or purchase your necessities including spices, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, and beach towels for beach and pool.

Absolutely beautiful views in a open space. It was a very nice recess from the hustle of the work week to be able to wake up to the sound of crashing waves.
