We enjoyed our staying, there was not that many people on the beach so it was nice. Everything was clean, Walgreens was just across the street and grocery store just 4 minutes away very convenient and close to so many stores.

Our trip was fantastic!
This property was exactly as pictured! It worked out perfectly for our 2 family group. The host sent a notification when the unit was available (45 min early) which was excellent. There were plenty of linens and their listed amenities were available.
Only a few things that were a bit out of sorts.
Major: the balcony door would not lock. The front door would not lock easily. The master bathroom toilet kept running. The disposal sounds like something is stuck in it.
Our solutions: 1. We bought a tension rod for the balcony door to keep the kids from going out alone. 2. You have to turn the lock from the inside to lock the door on the outside. 3. We jiggled the handle on the toilet and that usually did the trick. 4. Didn’t use the disposal
The host seems like someone who is going to fix these issues asap. We didn’t want to be bothered by maintenance issues on our short trip so we told them after. I would definitely stay in this unit again!

Our family of 11, had an awesome stay. The home was exactly as described. There was plenty of space for everyone. The view was breath taking. Being right on the beach was well worth the money. And the lifeguard Olivia was amazing! She was such a blessing. She was so attentive. And that contagious smile...topped off everyday. We will be booking this place again. This was a fantastic condo! It was extremely well stocked and we were able to make dinners having everything we needed. Our family could spread out and feel comfortable as it was very clean. The location right across from Starbucks and the grocery store was a nice plus! Thank you!

You honestly can’t get better than this for the price! Between 4 adults and 5 kids everyone had there on spot. The view was incredible and beach proximity was perfect. We didn’t swim in the pool as we came just to stay on the beach! The kitchen was stocked and we were able to cook and bake. Will stay here again!

We loved spending a couple days on the beach and being within walking distance of Walgreens and Starbucks for coffee and essentials. Swimming and sand were the main activities and we enjoyed our time in the sun. Managers were great and responsive.

We had an amazing week in Orange Beach. The kitchen has everything we needed, including a crock pot and Tupperware for leftovers! The beds were the most comfortable of any place we have ever stayed. The condo could use a deep clean, but worked for us (the windows weren’t very clean). Parking was never an issue and the elevators were very fast and we rarely had to wait to go up or down. The area is amazing because this is the only condo around. That means you have unobstructed views when you are on the beach and the beach was not crowded at all. Overall this was an amazing place to stay!

We loved every minute of our stay here! Even though there was a Tropical Storm in the gulf while we were there, we felt safe and secure there. They were quick to respond to any questions I had. For instance, we had a free rental service for beach chairs and they made the phone calls needed to make sure we were accommodated. My parents loved it as well, if we ever have to return to Orange Beach we’ll definitely be staying here!

I have 3 kids under 10 , condo was great for our Family. Location couldn’t be beat, view of beach was amazing and Host was very responsive. Condo and amenities were a bit dated so if those are important for you, keep that in mind.

Thank you for allowing us to stay, we will be returning next year as well. This was our first time staying in Orange Beach, and so happy we found your comfortable condo to enhance our stay. The view is incredible from inside or on the balcony. The king mattress in the master is great, but the guest queen bed has deep body depressions, but it was surprisingly comfortable. We had plenty of lovely dishes to choose when we had a party but we had to borrow silverware. It was a great time and will be looking forward to coming next year.

The condo was fully equipped and in great condition. View from the balcony was beautiful. We saw dolphins playing several times. The beach area was never crowded and easy to access. Luxury Rentals was very thorough and easy to work with. We will definitely stay here again!

The condo was very nice and we hope to return to the same one next year. Some of our favorite things from inside were the soft sheets, pillows and throws. The kitchen dishes were very good quality and we felt right at home having family meals on the nice dining table. The beach access is very nice and we enjoyed the rented chairs and umbrella service. The kids enjoyed the swimming pools and playing ping pong when taking a break from the beach. Groceries, coffee and pharmacy shopping is walking distance from Summer Chase with many stores like Publix, CVS, Starbucks and Walmart just across the street. Our favorite restaurant was The Fish House that we lucked upon after a visit to the free Aviation museum in Pensacola about 30 min drive. Our teenage kids did parasailing and our little ones enjoyed the dolphin boat tours both located within a 5-10 minute drive. Another favorite restaurant that all the kids enjoyed was Lamberts in Foley. The blue angels buzzed the condo one day and we got to see the seaweed trucks cleaning up the beach, both favorite memories for the younger kids. Just a great vacation week. Thank you #1101!

The view is spectacular. It's a wrap around balcony with no neighbor buildings and a lot of privacy so you will definitely enjoy being outside all the time. The walk to the beach is super short unlike some of the condos that are in the where they are so far back from the beach and it's a long walk even though they might have a private walkway to the beach. While you are sitting in the living room you can always see the water and no beach it's almost like the condo is above water. Oh and the beds are super conformable and so are the couches. Couple of days we stayed there it was pretty chilly so the heated indoor pool was quite helpful. The property is also fairly dated but you aren't there for the condo really. The instructions to retrieve the key to enter the condo and parking information was not well given. But that was a small inconvenience but things like that aren't so hard to include in the arrival information. I would suggest the management company that owns the condo have a guest book for people to sign in and tell their personal story which is always fun to read, a book with area maps and attractions, some flyers/pamphlets of things to go, places to eat, etc. Those are useful information for any guests. Downside - this property isn't well stocked as I expected. I mean they didn't even have salt and pepper or cooking spray. Perhaps it's a Home Away policy but every time before this when I have rented I have used Flipkey and the homes were well stocked with cooking spray, detergent, etc. gosh one of the houses had a spare fridge that was full of beer and soda's that previous guests had left. So an advice bring everything with you or you might have to make a trip to nearby grocer store which is super convenient.

Cute, clean condo. The views are amazing! Beautiful non-crowded beach. Pool area is nice and clean. Close to grocery stores, restaurants, hiking trails and parks. Building has carts to lug all of your stuff to your condo. No problems with elevators. Only a few minor things that could be added. Boot tray by the door for dirty or sandy shoes, dvd player in the master bedroom, ability to open the window in the master bedroom all of the way and a Keurig coffee maker. Not complaining, just some suggestions. I would definitely stay at this condo again!

Just as pictured. 5 adults stayed here a week and there was plenty of room. The beds are comfy, the kitchen is stocked with everything we needed. The condo building has been recently updated and the shared amenities are really nice - exercise room with sauna, hot tub, indoor and outdoor pools. The beach is perfect. Unfortunately, the rental beach chairs on the beach are uncomfortable and are the same price as the nice lounge ones at the property down the beach (and we know that is out of the rental company's control). Not a big deal, we would have brought our own chairs if we knew. The parking is more than convenient and with 2 very efficient elevators, the ride to the 11th floor was quick and we never waited over a minute for one. There are a ton of carts available on the first floor to use to bring luggage/groceries up to the condo. The balcony and views are wonderful. Because there is a state park to the east, and no buildings for 2 lots to the west (but construction beginning soon), the views are unimpeded. Our only disappointment with the condo itself was the condition of the master bath shower - it really needs to be replaced. The master closet is HUGE, as is the vanity area. Having the washer/dryer in the unit meant packing fewer clothes and gave us a convenient way to dry our beach towels each evening. There is a great grocery store kitty-corner from the building (but no safe way to cross the busy street to get there on foot) and many, many good restaurants in the area. We love Orange Beach and have been coming each spring for 7 years. Highly recommend it!
