Clean, decorated well, great beach view. Contacted host via VRBO re WiFi not working, remotes not working due to batteries missing. Host responded to WiFi issue 12 hours later. Outdoor furniture not very comfortable but appropriately sized for balcony. Overall, enjoyed our stay. Very nice condo

It was a great place to stay. Quiet and access to the beach was great not crowded and we had no problems during our stay. The only complaint I had was not being able to watch local and national tv stations. Instructions on how to operate not present. But don’t usually have watch tv at the beach anyways but we were able to watch a movie instead. We would stay here again for sure

Nice 2 bedroom place with all amenities. Publix across the street and a quality restaurant next door make it a place to stay and not have to drive around a lot. Good chairs and umbrella on beach available for rent - get one early.

Perfect spot for a girls’ weekend. The host reached out several times prior to our stay and was accurate with all instructions. The condo is beautifully furnished and was very clean. I forgot my iPad when we left and within a day the host called to see about returning it to me. Such a great experience and so easy to work with. We found our new annual spot and hope to be back next year!

I prefer smaller condos(complex), and this one was perfect. 11 floors (plus penthouse) with 8 condos per floor, means less foot traffic! The condo bldg. itself is at a perfect location, where the toll road access ends on the beach blvd. Publix across the intersection, and Walmart Marketplace barely a 'block' past that. There is a public beach on one side of the bldg., and an empty lot on the other - Perfect to see the sunrise and sunset. NO tall condo bldgs. shading the beach when you are trying to get your tan on . This condo has a pool, and wading pool outside, to include a cabana and grilling area for renters (separate area for owners). there is an indoor pool as well! Now lets get to the Condo - 1107... Incredible view as soon as you enter the doorway straight to the class sliding door that opens up the gulf front balcony. beautiful plantation shutters throughout the condo. Kitchen is immediately to your right. Granite counter tops. stainless steel fridge, traditional coffee pot and Keurig coffee pot. soft close kitchen cabinets. Tile floors throughout. LOVED that the 2nd bedroom had two queen beds. large dresser and LONG closet. plenty of room to stow away clothes! wall mounted TV (all tvs include Roku remote.) Entire condo has updated colors and décor. A cross between beach and farmhouse. As you pass the kitchen there is a beautiful farmhouse table to your right that comfortably seats 8 (four barstools at the counter). There beautifully decorated butler/bar to your left, with a counter top icemaker and a sink (granite counter top). the den includes a swivel rocker, sleeper sofa and a matching loveseat. wall mounted tv. the master bedroom has a very comfortable king bed with walk through double sink vanity, and walk in closet. they lead to shower that is walkin with plenty of room for two (four grandbabies to get showered at once:-) the master also has glass sliding door with access to the gulf front balcony. The balcony was tiled! Loved the tiling. was easy on the feet, as opposed to just plain concrete Also, there were chair and umbrella rentals available beach side. I really enjoyed all the family time. It was a great spot to enjoy cup of coffee with loved ones watching sunrises, sunsets, people watching and spending good quality time with family. LOVED - UPDATED CONDO, location, proximity to stores, lack of proximity to other condos, amenities of complex

Our family loves everything about our stay. So far it is been said as our all time favorite family vacation. The room was super clean, decorated so nice and was perfect location. We usually stay in Destin but I think Orange Beach is our go to beach now and definitely will consider staying here again. My husband is terminally ill and it was easy to keep him away from Other guests in precaution of covid. The shower in the master bath was fantastic and made it easy for him to use. The beds were very comfortable and this mama loved having the washer/dryer in the unit so we brought home all clean clothes. My family wishes we could just live here. Thanks Charlene I pray our family will all be able to come back and enjoy again.
