This location is super convenient to local attractions, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. The condo was very comfortable. Luxury Coastal Vacations communicated well and were very responsive.

It was a great place to stay. Quiet and access to the beach was great not crowded and we had no problems during our stay. The only complaint I had was not being able to watch local and national tv stations. Instructions on how to operate not present. But don’t usually have watch tv at the beach anyways but we were able to watch a movie instead. We would stay here again for sure

Nice 2 bedroom place with all amenities. Publix across the street and a quality restaurant next door make it a place to stay and not have to drive around a lot. Good chairs and umbrella on beach available for rent - get one early.

Perfect spot for a girls’ weekend. The host reached out several times prior to our stay and was accurate with all instructions. The condo is beautifully furnished and was very clean. I forgot my iPad when we left and within a day the host called to see about returning it to me. Such a great experience and so easy to work with. We found our new annual spot and hope to be back next year!

We love Summerchase and have stayed in multiple units. The beach is beautiful and not very crowded. The condo building g is clean and well kept. Unit 1107 was very nice and clean, we will definitely try to stay here again. We always enjoy our stay at Summerchase in Orange Beach!

I prefer smaller condos(complex), and this one was perfect. 11 floors (plus penthouse) with 8 condos per floor, means less foot traffic! The condo bldg. itself is at a perfect location, where the toll road access ends on the beach blvd. Publix across the intersection, and Walmart Marketplace barely a 'block' past that. There is a public beach on one side of the bldg., and an empty lot on the other - Perfect to see the sunrise and sunset. NO tall condo bldgs. shading the beach when you are trying to get your tan on . This condo has a pool, and wading pool outside, to include a cabana and grilling area for renters (separate area for owners). there is an indoor pool as well! Now lets get to the Condo - 1107... Incredible view as soon as you enter the doorway straight to the class sliding door that opens up the gulf front balcony. beautiful plantation shutters throughout the condo. Kitchen is immediately to your right. Granite counter tops. stainless steel fridge, traditional coffee pot and Keurig coffee pot. soft close kitchen cabinets. Tile floors throughout. LOVED that the 2nd bedroom had two queen beds. large dresser and LONG closet. plenty of room to stow away clothes! wall mounted TV (all tvs include Roku remote.) Entire condo has updated colors and décor. A cross between beach and farmhouse. As you pass the kitchen there is a beautiful farmhouse table to your right that comfortably seats 8 (four barstools at the counter). There beautifully decorated butler/bar to your left, with a counter top icemaker and a sink (granite counter top). the den includes a swivel rocker, sleeper sofa and a matching loveseat. wall mounted tv. the master bedroom has a very comfortable king bed with walk through double sink vanity, and walk in closet. they lead to shower that is walkin with plenty of room for two (four grandbabies to get showered at once:-) the master also has glass sliding door with access to the gulf front balcony. The balcony was tiled! Loved the tiling. was easy on the feet, as opposed to just plain concrete Also, there were chair and umbrella rentals available beach side. I really enjoyed all the family time. It was a great spot to enjoy cup of coffee with loved ones watching sunrises, sunsets, people watching and spending good quality time with family. Summerchase 1107 was exactly as shown in photos. The king size bed in the master was awesome! My husband and I slept great all week. Usually, when we are away I always say how much I miss our sleep number bed at home but not this time!! We loved that we could open the plantation shutters in the morning from our bedroom too. Coffee on the balcony was a treat each morning because we were right up there with the flicks of pelicans flying by and the views were breathtaking. We loved hearing the sound of the waves crashing against the shoreline. The kitchen was well stocked with just the right pots and pans and there was plenty of closet and drawer space. We enjoyed the sunshine and r & r time for the first four days and then some rain came in, and we were happy to hang out in the hot tub (16 up only) and indoor pool and dry sauna. There were lots of great restaurants around including the Angry Crab, Hurricanes for wings, Big Mike’s steakhouse and Moe’s BBQ. if you forget anything, there’s a Walgreens and CVS right across the street. Our favorite thing was that we had our own private beach just steps away from the pool and there was no other condo on either side of us to block the sun!! Perfect location!!!

We loved our time at this vrbo. When we arrived everything was perfectly clean and beautifully decorated. The view was just outstanding! The condo had everything we needed. The beds were very comfy. The master bedroom shower was very nice and spacious just not a ton of hot water for long showers. We enjoyed the ice maker and blender for making frozen adult cocktails for the pool and beach. The sound at to the living room tv was missing a remote so there was no way to turn that on but we didn’t watch too much tv because the weather was beautiful! I did notice other people had made this comment as well so maybe the owner could either find a different remote or just take the soundbar? All in all we would definitely stay here again!

This property is amazing! The pictures are exactly how the condo is. The view is stunning of the Gulf and up and down the beach. Full kitchen with everything you need to cook meals and store leftovers! Easy to get in and out of the parking lot and the beach almost seems like a private beach because there are no other condos on either side of Summerchase. Perfect location for easy access to grocery shopping, restaurants, beach shops etc. Just a few minutes drive from Gulf Shores or FloraBama line. We had an issue with one of our vehicles the morning of checkout that delayed us leaving on time. The owner was very understanding and offered any assistance they could be to us. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to book.

We had such an amazing time! The location was superb with everything the we needed within 5 minutes of us. The beach was phenomenal and the chair rental team on the beach was such an added plus for us. The pools were great, especially having the indoor pool available to us. We had a couple days of weather and having the for the kids was a blessing for certain! Thank you for the memories and we look forward to our stay here next summer!

This condo was precisely what we needed: Spacious and functional for all our traveling needs. We loved how this condo doesn’t have other condos to it’s immediate right or left, leaving a less crowded beach, which was much appreciated with two little ones. We also loved to two different pools, one child pool and one adult. During our stay we had a shower head dysfunction which was expediently addressed by the luxury coastal vacation maintenance team. Nothing but positive things to say!

The property is well kept and it isn’t very busy compared to some other places since the area beside it isn’t developed yet. Smallthings like an explanation of the outlets and that the hot/cold are opposite on the washer would be nice to know. Overall this condo is really amazing. It’s decorated very nice and the view is incredible. Great relaxing week! Tip: chairs to rent aren’t made for tall people

Excellent condo with amazing views. Beach is easily accessible. It’s in a great location. Close to restaurants and shopping, but you would never know it when u are out on the beach. Condo was comfortable, clean and felt like home. Be prepared for some interesting parking situations if you have a big truck or a suburban, but other than that, it is a beautiful place.

Our condo was beautifully decorated and supplied with everything we needed. Plenty of room and the master suite was amazing. One issue we did run into was that we were told we had chairs and umbrella service for the week, but the rental guy say that we didnt. We didn't push it, just bought chairs and an umbrella ourselves. Overall we were very pleased.

Our family of 5 stayed in the condo fairly comfortably. The view is amazing. My favorite was watching the sunrise as the pelicans soar right in front of the balcony. Super close to Flora-Bama, Gulf Shores attractions, Air Museum, Lighthouse, Blue Angels practice, shopped The Warf, and no traffic congestion at the condo which is excellent! We also reserved Distraction Charters for a memorable charter fishing experience. Small complaints are: 1) loose toilet seat in master bedroom bathroom. 2) couch is definitely used. Recommend upgrade and include a reclining foot rest! We love to "kick back". 3) the hot water was cold in our last day? The maintenance man Mike was super responsive to fix water heater. We were not sure if the water heater was on an energy saver timer or if heater was slowly failing? With restarting the breaker the water heater warmed up. The maintenance was to return the next day but we were left early in the morning. I trust the water heater issue was resolved. We would return!!! Thank you for the great stay.

Condo had every thing we needed, beach was lovely and not crowded. Stores and restaurants close by.

Charlene and Summer chase were absolutely fantastic. Place was better than what we expected and so easy. Facilities were super and great access to the beach with hardly any crowds. Would definitely recommend and we'll be going back!

Me and my two adult children booked this condo for a very last minute two night beach trip. It was a well appointed, very clean unit. Great 360 views on the beach to wake up to in the master. Overall, this property is a very quiet, well policed, with strictly enforced rules. Located directly across the street from grocery, drug store and restaurants takes the worry out of planning. We would definitely return for another stay.

View was gorgeous! I wish the check out time was noon, we felt extremely rushed this morning. And the rules about no sand in the house was awkward because we are at the beach. But other than that it was nice.

Had a delightful week in the condo. Everything needed was provided, the condo is in excellent shape. Will do this again.

We really enjoyed our stay! This condo was clean and the way it was styled was beautiful. Many upgrades other condos do not have. We will return!!!

The condo was conveniently located in Orange Beach close to groceries and restaurants. The view was amazing and the unit was clean and well kept. The keyless entry was a huge convenience, no keeping up with keys at the beach! We will be back!

The condo was amazing! The view is just perfect to sit on the balcony & relax. It is close to stores & restaurants. The condo has everything you would need. The master bath shower is truly amazing! I can't wait to go back!
