Very nice stay in Summerchase 204
We enjoyed our stay in unit 204 Summerchase. Everything was exactly as picture showed. Loved being eyelevel almost with beach. This made sitting inside enjoyable watching things on the sand. Liked that there were no other condos on either side so beach was not very crowded. I really enjoyed only having tile right upon entering. The other wood floor was so much easier to clean. Condo worked well for my husband and I, 11 year old and 2 year old. Location was very convenient to many areas - to Publix which we frequented and other restaurants. Also easy to access things in Gulf shores and in Foley. Thanks for allowing us to use this home away from home. We have only positives to say about it.

The condo was great! Loved the location and easy walk to the private beach, access to indoor and outdoor pools make this a relaxing fun time for a family and close to shops for groceries. Unit was very clean and had everything we needed for the vacation. Check in and communication before arrival and after vacating was excellent. Would do it again!!

Location was great - convenient to everything. Furnishings and decor were nice. Checking in and communication with the property manager was quick and easy. Loved that it wasn’t a long, treacherous walk to the beach. Everyone we came across was friendly. Would book again!

Beautiful, clean and accommodating!
We had such a great time. Condo was clean and inviting. Location is wonderful, views are beautiful. Access to beach was close and easy to get to. We had issues with the bed being bumpy and over all just not comfortable... we aren't ones to complain about such things, but having read prior reviews, we wanted to mention. The property management, maintenance, and above all, the property owners went above and beyond and brought in a brand new mattress the very same day. The new one was such an improvement and was much appreciated! Its not very often you find an establishment that is clean, updated, and so accommodating to their guests! We appreciate your service and allowing us to have a great little family get away!

This condo was clean. Linens were clean. The kitchen has everything we needed. The beach was so close and having access to outdoor and indoor pools was great for our kids. I recommend a stay here!

Amazing property!!
We had a wonderful time and cant wait to come back. Would absolutely stay in this unit again. We had a 3 year old boy with us and he had no problems staying entertained. The beach access is so nice and easy. Small crowds with little to no noise at all. Loved our time at Summerchase 204!!

This was the perfect condo, it is right on the beach and just far enough away from other condos. It was clean and there was plenty of space! Would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I had a great experience with Luxury Coastal Vacations. They were very friendly and responsive whenever we had questions. The unit was clean, well supplied, and the location was FANTASTIC! The amenities onsite were awesome too. We used the gym, indoor pool, and hot tub multiple times. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay with a gorgeous view of the ocean from the baloney. Beach is just a walk outside. This might be the best appliance stocked kitchen I’ve ever stayed in. If we thought about needing they had it. Great stay and I’d love to come back!

COVID beach vacation
We wanted a quick vacation that the kids would enjoy during Corona and this location was perfect! The place was clean and contactless for check-in. The owner texted to verify everything was satisfactory the following morning. We did have a slow drain in the master bathroom that was quickly declogged when I mentioned the issue. The beach wasn’t overcrowded and the beds were comfy. Would definitely return and recommend this location.

We had a great week!! Beautiful condo with everything you need! Clean and quiet, right on the beach, convenient walkable location to Starbucks, restaurants, shops, and grocery. Or get in the car for a quick ride to tons more great food, shopping, excursions, etc. Our weather in late March was perfect! But also has an indoor heated pool and hot tub for cooler days. Easy check in and out. Safe with security too. Always available parking. No problems at all! We’ll definitely be back!

Condo was excellent and clean
Property building needs some cleaning of concrete and paint. Elevator’s needs a new flooring other than a rubber mat that moves constantly with the carts.

Family vacation, me, my daughter her two children 12 & 13, & my niece. Was exactly like the pictures, very close to beach. Could see the kids from our patio which was nice. Kitchen was very well stocked with everything you could need, plenty of towels and we all can not say enough of how much we enjoyed the condo. Already planning a trip for next summer.

Soccer Tournament in Foley
We decided to stay in Orange Beach due to the proximity to Foley! We had an excellent time, and the condominium was perfect. The views were amazing, and the accommodations were excellent! The condo location was perfect access to the tournament and plenty great restaurants and shopping!

Beautiful views! The place was great for a family vacation! We were very comfortable as the place was spacious. It was clean and very nicely decorated. Check In was an easy process. It was right in front of the beach so it was easily accessible. The grocery store was less than 5 minutes away so it was very easy for us to make a quick run for the groceries. We loved our meals out on the balcony and even with he open floor plan you can enjoy the views anywhere in the apartment. We would definitely go back to this place again. Thank you!

Great place to stay, truly one of the best views we have ever had! So close to the beach. Definitely need a car to explore all of the great restaurants. We especially liked Flori-Bama for the live music. Cobalt and Cosmo's were pur favorite restaurants. Great place for kids too!

Beautiful, clean, comfy condo!!
Beautiful condo. It was clean and comfortable for our family. The wood floors make it easy to sweep up any sand/dirt. Beds and towels are soft and clean. Beautiful view, very close to beach. No steps!! My mom uses a walker and was able to walk down to pools and to the beach. Thank you!

We had an amazing Thanksgiving at this beautiful condo. The scenery was amazing and my mom spent every morning enjoying her coffee on the balcony. Though it was chilly a few days, my 9 year old LOVED spending each day on the beach collecting seashells and splashing in the water. The accommodations are as pictured and the kitchen is well stocked with utensils and appliances. The view from the main bedroom was breathtaking.
There are several restaurants and grocery stores in the area. Everything we needed was within 5 minutes. We love that the building itself was pretty private and accessible unlike a huge resort. Maybe 3 mins from closing the condo door to having our toes in sand!
We plan to come to this exact condo again but if it’s unavailable, we will be sure to book with Luxury Coastal Vacations as a host. The instructions and proactive communication was incredible.

Short but very nice stay
We loved this place. Unfortunately we were caught up with COVID 19 and had to leave 5 days earlier than planned. We were disappointed that a refund for these days was not automatic in light of the circumstances and the direction from governments to return home as soon as possible.

This place was just as listed. It was perfect in every way. First time using Airbnb and first time doing a condo instead of a hotel. Will for sure do it again. Waking up to the ocean every morning and hearing it at night was great. Any problems or complications we had with minor things, they responded immediately and were very helpful. We would stay here again for sure.
