Condo was perfect for our quick getaway. It was very clean, easy access to the beach, lots of stuff to do within walking distance. Would book again.

If you are looking for something affordable and clean that is close to everything this is the place for you. It’s a much older place that has an older smell in the elevator and room but really it wasn’t a deal breaker at all. The place is super clean. There’s a Walmart, Dairy Queen, CVS, Coastal’s and pretty much everything within walking distance. I would book here again. The beds were comfortable and thats always a plus. The only thing that we noticed that needed any attention is the blue chair in the living room seemed to be broken and the coffee table had duct tape on one end where apparently it had been broken but other than those couple of things it did not affect our stay at all. We were very happy and had a great time. Again, if you’re not looking for anything fancy and just want to get away for a little while this would be a pretty good spot.

Fantastic stay. Location is the best in Orange beach with A LOT to do and many options for eating! The kitchen is stocked if you prefer to stay in and enjoy the view. Pristine views, will be back again!

Check in process was flawless. Condo was simply perfect. Location was great and walking distance to many things besides the BEACH. So my teens had many options and did not have to wait for me to be able to go places. Will definitely book again and this management was excellent.

My teacher daughter and I spent a few days at this very nice, clean condo during her spring break. The condo was very clean. Beds were good, View is great. Older complex but this unit has been updated. Had a little problem with the door code but lady at LCV worked through it. Great location for groceries, and anything you might need. A word of caution for older guests, the toilets are very low. For senior citizens with knee issues that could be a problem.

My husband, daughters and I stayed at Breakers 61 during Labor Day weekend and to attend a concert at The Wharf. I’ve stayed at this property several times in the past, but never this unit. Unit was clean, updated and had all the amenities we could want or need for a quick weekend getaway!

Great location close to everything you want on vacation..Condo was very clean..great view..nice to have a washer and dryer in the room..parking lot not too crowded..pool small but well kept..smart tv would nice..We really enjoyed our stay and will book again for next year...

This is a nice unit in an older building. it's clear they recently renovated. the rooms were big, the kitchen was nice and well stocked. Beach and pool access were easy. I would note that this is a small building with no lobby or any facilities other than the room (and pool). We arrived early and had to walk to the hotel next door to change into bathing suits so we could go to the beach. Other than that, it was great for our needs

We absolutely loved our stay at Breakers 61. It was exactly as pictured, with the most amazing views from the master, guest, and living room windows. The living room windows are slightly tinted and very thick so the unit stayed nice and cool during the day. Notably, we were able to get into the unit 3 hours early which was greatly appreciated after a long 11 hour drive through the night. The Breakers is located directly across from multiple grocery stores, liquor stores, ice cream parlors, souvenir shops etc. easily a walkable distance but not hard to navigate by car either. There was plenty of parking and it felt really secure, especially with the parking pass provided. We loved that it was a short walk to the beach and seemed to be a lot of open space to set up on. Shower stations by the side of the building and by the beach made it easy to keep the unit sand free. The definition of a hidden gem, we hope to stay here any time we return from now on! 10/10 recommend.

This rental was clean, beautiful, and everything I dreamed it would be! Gorgeously decorated inside with a picturesque view of the ocean. The condo was very quiet, private, and relaxing - a perfect beach getaway!
