Its impressive appointments include a professional Dacor gas range and oven, Advantium speed oven, built-in warming drawer, two full-size refrigerators, two freezers, two dishwashers, and a microwave. A butler’s pantry, wet bar with wine cooler, and three sinks offer additional convenience, while specialty ice makers provide both Sonic-style and traditional bar-style ice. Two expansive dining tables provide seating for up to 28 guests, creating a wonderful setting for leisurely breakfasts, seafood suppers, holiday dinners, and celebrations around the table. The main living room is designed for gracious, comfortable gathering, with plush furnishings for movie nights, conversation, and relaxing after a day along the coast. A pool table, ping-pong table, board games, and card games offer hours of friendly competition, while a dedicated library and a private office provide quiet corners to read or stay connected.
