The place was amazing and it was really easy to get to a beautiful beach with soft white sand and crystal clear ocean water. If you want a great place to stay then you need to come to The Lookout! We have been to several places in Florida and now Perdido key is our #1 choice from now on. Our host was amazing and we really appreciate how easy everything was from checking in to checking out!

This place was perfect for what my family needed....a weekend get away to unwind and relax. The area is way less busy than orange beach but easily accessible when you want to go there. We'll likely look to this property again in the future. The communication from LCV was off the charts!! Everything was very simple and easy from check in to check out. Very well run business. great job folks.

Love the cleaness and spacious rooms, with the responsiveness from the managment. On top of that, it's short walking distance to the beach. The pool is well-maintain, and clean. Will recommend this place for the vacation stays.

Lovely and easy beach condo!

We enjoyed our stay here very much. Very clean and well laid out, we had plenty of room for our family of four. A parking spot right out front and a water faucet to rinse sand off was perfect. The beds and couch were so comfy, the beach was a short walk across the street, and the beach itself is private so it wasn't crowded. We were driving distance to so many amazing activities and restaurants. Walking distance to several restaurants actually. Bring a car if you stay here so that you can easily drive to visit the Blue Angels and the Lighthouse and Naval Aviation museum.

This is a great location, felt safe and peaceful. We enjoyed the condo-really nice neighbors. The beach was clean and easy to access. Lots of shells and not many people! The Food trucks added a nice flair, we loved the tacos and the baked cinnamon rolls at the Rolling Pin. The beds were comfortable and we loved having the townhouse style accommodations. Would absolutely stay again! Thanks!

Perfect location. Property was clean and free of clutter. Easy access to beach directly across the street. Utilized grill by the pool but had to use a cell phone light as there is not a light for this area. We made it work and enjoyed watching the stars. This is a very nice option for a weekend escape. Enjoyed our stay.

Perfect location for going to the beach. Area is not as congested as Orange Beach or Gulf Shores. If you are looking for a place to relax, this location will do the trick.

Location is amazing. Right across the street from the beach with private walkway access. Close to restaurants, one is right next door to the unit so you can walk right over but plenty of other options nearby. Very clean unit with key items you need for your stay. Fully equipped kitchen with good quality pots and pans and plenty of bath towels and extra blankets which is something I've complained about at other vacation rentals I've used before that didn't have enough. There are no beach towels so you will need to bring/buy your own. They do provide however, beach toys and a beach cart, a few floats and some coolers for your stay, but no beach chairs. I drove to this destination, so luckily I brought my own just in case. The bottom floor bedroom of this unit is just 14 steps to the gate to the pool and the top floor bedroom has a balcony that over looks the pool. In the early mornings you may see Herons or Pelicans having their fish breakfast nearby. The host was very responsive.
