After a few trips to gulf Shores and Orange Beach to meet up with friends the past few years this is going to be my new favorite spot. The condo itself is absolutely gorgeous with a panoramic view of the Gulf. There are indoor and outdoor pools, play areas and adult pool, hot tubs downstairs and hot tubs on the 14th floor with a little more privacy. This condo was spotless and beautiful, and as the person who usually makes the reservations, I was really proud of this find!

The unit was clean and as described. Very roomy. The furniture was in very good condition. The kitchen was well-appointed with a good assortment of appliances, cutlery, and coffee brewing equipment. The balcony was well-appointed with quality polywood furniture and a table that sat 6. We were pleased with the unit.

This is a beautiful unit. The bedrooms were comfortable and lovely. The layout is great for a large group. The corner unit makes for stunning views. We stayed in early November and it was peaceful and easy to navigate. I am sure the summer rush might bring a different experience. I would stay here again.

This condo was had everything we could ask for to make our vacation great. It was spotless when we checked in, beautiful views, beautifully furnished inside and out. The kitchen was fully stocked with every tool needed to make anything you could think of. Each bedroom having its own en suite was such a bonus as well. And the common areas on the property were fantastic. The adults only area was a big hit, and the kids loved the lazy river and waterslide. We would absolutely rent here again!

Our family of 9 had a GREAT vacation! Everyone was comfortable, with their own space and their own bathrooms. The walk to the beach was so easy and convenient. The pools were a bit crowded, but the beach and the views were worth it! The corner condo views were BREATHTAKING! We loved our stay!

Kids and Grandkids could be together or do their own thing. Erica at Reception Desk was great every time I had question. Luxury Coastal Vacation Ladies on phone, text and email follow up we’re responsive and helpful. Elevators and Parking are a hassle. One parking Guard at shack takes his job too seriously.

Perfect family condo. Each bedroom has an attached bath, and there's an extra 1/2 bath in the hallway. The kitchen, living room, and dining area was all open. The side window wall provided a beautiful view of the coastline at sunset. We would definitely stay here again.

Condo was stunning! Nearly panoramic views of the ocean and the beach with balconies off the main living space and bedrooms. Each room has a private bathroom, kithen was beautiful and open with everything you need, washer dryer in unti - the whole 9 yards! There were 7 of us and we all had plenty of space and were super comfortable. Highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in orange beach. And the lazy river was great too!

This was our first stay at this particular building and it did not disappoint (we’ve stayed at Phoenix Orange Beach previously). It’s about 10-minute drive to downtown Gulf Shores, 15-minutes to the Wharf and close to anything else you’d like to do. The building is huge, condos spacious, decks expansive. This condo was tastefully decorated, well stocked and exactly like the pictures and description. And the beds and couches - so comfy!

This is a beautiful property with awesome oceanfront views! Nice big balcony with great furniture! Comfortable beds and clean bathrooms! This unit is also on the end which mskes it very quiet! And this is the best equipped kitchen we have had in the 5 years we have been to the Gulf Coast! I would suggest replacing the stove and microwave though. Oven cooks the bottom of foods too well. We moved the rack to the second slot. Everything woked in the condo except the stand fans from the closets. I would also say that furniture and rugs need a deep cleaning. It was perfect for our family of 6 adults, 6 year old, 9 year old, and 7 month old! And they loved the bigger slide and lazy river.

Loved our time spent at Phoenix West II. There was plenty of room for the 9 of us to have meals together. Also the adults were comfortable being able to watch the World Series together in the loving room. The kitchen was well stocked with glasses, plates, silverware and pots/pans. We were even able to get into the condo early as the unit was cleaned - really appreciated this after an 18 hour drive!! The lazy river was enjoyed by all. We highly recommend unit!

This is our second time to stay at Phoenix West II, but our first in this condo. If I had a condo here, as I hope to one day, I would decorate it exactly like this. My favorite colors and my favorite style. The two things that drew me to this particular unit was the bed configuration and the balcony. We were traveling with friends and team members from our business with no children, so the fact that there were adult beds in every bedroom was a huge plus for us. And the balcony was configured in a way that allowed us to spend a lot of time together outdoors comfortably. When we arrived, the door code we were provided didn't work, but the management was extremely responsive, and we were in during a quick phone call. The first impression of everyone when we walked in was simply, "Wow". The beds were extremely comfortable, as was all the furniture, and the kitchen was pretty well equipped for some amazing seafood meals we enjoyed during our stay. My only complaint in the kitchen is that the knives were pretty dull. I usually bring my chef knives, but didn't this time, so only myself to blame here. The building amenities are excellent, and the weather allowed us to enjoy all of them this time, and we particularly enjoyed the lazy river. We even got to enjoy a magnificent fly-by by the Blue Angels one evening as we were preparing dinner. I can't recommend this building enough, and if I travel with this group size again, I'll definitely book this unit. Just gorgeous.
