The room and view were amazing. Very spacious and clean, and well decorated. The pools, splash pad and beach access were perfect. Everything was so good. I read a few reviews about elevator wait times and we had no problem with that at all. We will be returning. My only negative is the cleaners, cleaned very well, but also left a lot of residue on the floor from mopping so it was somewhat filmy and slippery on arrival.

This condo was exactly what we needed for our whole family, including 2 grandkids ages 1 and 4). We had plenty of room and each bedroom had its own personal bathroom so that was great. The only negative that I could say we experienced is elevator wait times. There are 6 elevators for 30+ floors. We got there at 4pm and it took us a good hour and a half to get our stuff to the room. We had multiple trips to make. Once we learned peak times for the elevators and avoided those times it was fine.

We had a group of 8 adults and 1 kid and this apartment was very spacious. There are king beds in 2 rooms and 2 queen beds in the other room so everyone could sleep on the bed without needing to sleep on the couch in the living room. Place feels pretty luxurious with a great view and clean furniture. I would recommend this place to everyone. The lazy river and hot tubs were amazing and also the beachfront location with walking access is great. Only downsides were the TV and the internet wifi service. The Netflix and Amazon apps on the TV were not working so we could not log in to use them and also the WiFi in the rest of the building besides the room is very poor. But it works with a different WiFi in the room so it was not too bad. These 2 points should we worked upon since TV is an essential for the price we paid. Even YouTube wouldn’t load on the TV because of the poor WiFi. Our group had planned to watch a movie together beforehand but that plan didn’t work out

We loved the location and amenities of The Oasis! Our family of 6 adults and 2 kids had plenty of room in the condo. The elevators were not too terrible, but tried to go up/down not during peak times of 9:30-10:30am and 3:30-5pm. The adult pool was nice, drink prices were what you expect for a resort type place. Kids loved the lazy river! Wish we didn’t have so many jellyfish in the gulf on the shores, but can’t help that and everyone got over it.

It was great check in was a little crazy with the elevators. Took longer than expected to get to room because everyone was getting there a lt 4pm and minimal elevators. Overall the room was gorgeous!

The price and the area. The size of the place was great. The pools could have been cleaner. Lots of debri in the morning in the pools. Think they should be cleaned every day in the morning.

3bd rooms, 4 full baths, had everything we needed. Just steps away from good covered parking and the beach. Kids loved the lazy River and indoor pool. Will stay again.

Our stay was fabulous. There were plenty of things to keep us entertained if we didn't want to go out, as well as being very convenient to food and fun off of the property. Our only complaint would be the limited parking due to some construction work on the parking deck, but otherwise, it was an excellent experience.

Listing was just as described and pictured. Condo was very spacious and clean. Host/manager was very attentive and responded quickly to all my questions and needs. Gave this stay a five star because over all it was excellent. The only down side is that cell service was terrible. Condo did have Wi-Fi, but I think the cellular service was wonky in the entire building. Would come and stay again though.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay, right on Orange Beach! Family of four plus two grandparents stayed here for a few days. The unit is big and well appointed. Very comfortable and clean. It’s busy, but not noisy. Very friendly guests throughout the property. A/C and internet were outstanding! Dish TV throughout the unit was great! Very poor Verizon reception in the area, so unit wifi was essential. Even with 6 elevators, we had to wait during the busy times (everyone goes to the beach in the morning, then everyone returns to their room between 4:30 and 5:30). We never had a problem parking our single vehicle in the garage. Plenty of luggage carts available to help get your luggage and groceries up to the unit.
Be prepared: plenty of linens for all guests. Only one round of consumables—1 roll TP per bathroom, one packet of DW machine soap, hotel amounts of soap/shampoo—but it was plenty for our 4-day/3-night stay. All appliances worked well with plenty of flatware, utensils and dish ware available in the kitchen. Chairs and umbrellas (set up for you within feet of the beach!) are available through a vendor on the beach if you want to soak in the sun.
The building is literally on the beach, but you’ll walk past the pools and lazy river to get there—both were really good. While we were there, they looked clean and not crazy. There’s an indoor and an outdoor pool, plus a water play area for the youngest visitors. We cracked the code—up at 6:30 AM and we had the beach to ourselves for 2+ hours, then after an early dinner, another couple of hours in the afternoon/evening. Shopping/sightseeing/lunch during the heat of the day.
If I ever owned a place on the beach, this would be it. We didn’t want to leave! It is perfect and I really want to go back!!

The room had a cigarette smell especially the master bedroom. After wiping down the everything (walls, Knick knacks, furniture and mattress) and washing the bed linens it was fine. We enjoyed our stay very much and would stay again.

The unit was great! It was everything as advertised and more. The construction limited access to some of the amenities with little to no impact to our trip. The kids loved the pool, lazy river, slide, and hot tubs. Highly recommend this unit and would look to stay here in the future.

We were here over Christmas break and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo is so nice and big with plenty of seating in the LR. There's huge big screen TV in the LR and each bedroom has wall mounted TVs. Beds were very comfortable, and the bathrooms are big with plenty of storage space. We had to call the management company about the DVD player not working in the LR, and they sent someone out promptly the next morning to resolve the issue. The unit was very clean upon our arrival. The kitchen has everything you would need for cooking and a great bar area with a separate ice maker. The complex is great with an indoor pool that is huge, an outdoor pool and a lazy river. The elevators are really fast as well! Luxury Coastal Vacations made the whole process seamless from reserving the condo to checking in and out. We would not hesitate to use them again for a vacation rental and plan to do so in the future.

This condo was everything we needed plus some! It had everything we needed and the view was amazing! My 80 year old grandmother really enjoyed sitting on the balcony listening to the ocean and watching the waves. I couldn’t recommend this place enough.

Our condo was excellent. It was the best we have stayed in and that is saying a lot because we have stayed in quite a lot.

Our room at the Phoenix West II was pretty phenomenal. We were on the 20th floor with great views and the room was really well cared for. The only complaint I had was waiting for the elevators, push up or down and take first available. The lazy river and pools were great, and the kids would not get off of the slide. Would recommend and will be back. If staying in this unit be sure to bring your own coffee grinds.
