The Oasis at Orange Beach 2006 (Phoenix West II)

We had a fantastic stay at the 3-bedroom condo at The Oasis managed by Luxury Coastal Vacations. The condo was spotless, spacious, and incredibly comfortable for our family. The beds were comfortable, the living area was perfect for relaxing after a day out, and the kitchen had everything we needed.
One thing we especially appreciated was the air conditioning. It kept the condo cool and comfortable even during the hottest part of the day, which made coming back from the beach a welcome relief.
The amenities were outstanding. Between the pools, fitness center, beach access, and everything else The Oasis has to offer, there was never a shortage of things to do. The property is well maintained and has a true resort feel while still providing the comfort of home.
Overall, this was an excellent experience from start to finish. If you’re looking for a spacious, comfortable place to stay with great amenities, we would absolutely recommend this condo and would gladly stay here again

Really nice place! I loved how spacious it was. Perfect for a group. The host was very communicative and provided helpful information right after booking. If you're looking for a spot that comfortably sleeps 10–12 people, this is a great choice. It also had extra appliances like a crockpot and specialty glassware for drinks, which was a nice touch. The only downside was the elevators, but that’s to be expected in a large building. Overall, highly recommend!

The room and view were amazing. Very spacious and clean, and well decorated. The pools, splash pad and beach access were perfect. Everything was so good. I read a few reviews about elevator wait times and we had no problem with that at all. We will be returning. My only negative is the cleaners, cleaned very well, but also left a lot of residue on the floor from mopping so it was somewhat filmy and slippery on arrival.

This condo was exactly what we needed for our whole family, including 2 grandkids ages 1 and 4). We had plenty of room and each bedroom had its own personal bathroom so that was great. The only negative that I could say we experienced is elevator wait times. There are 6 elevators for 30+ floors. We got there at 4pm and it took us a good hour and a half to get our stuff to the room. We had multiple trips to make. Once we learned peak times for the elevators and avoided those times it was fine.

We had a group of 8 adults and 1 kid and this apartment was very spacious. There are king beds in 2 rooms and 2 queen beds in the other room so everyone could sleep on the bed without needing to sleep on the couch in the living room. Place feels pretty luxurious with a great view and clean furniture. I would recommend this place to everyone. The lazy river and hot tubs were amazing and also the beachfront location with walking access is great. Only downsides were the TV and the internet wifi service. The Netflix and Amazon apps on the TV were not working so we could not log in to use them and also the WiFi in the rest of the building besides the room is very poor. But it works with a different WiFi in the room so it was not too bad. These 2 points should we worked upon since TV is an essential for the price we paid. Even YouTube wouldn’t load on the TV because of the poor WiFi. Our group had planned to watch a movie together beforehand but that plan didn’t work out

We had a group of 8 adults and 1 kid and this apartment was very spacious. There are king beds in 2 rooms and 2 queen beds in the other room so everyone could sleep on the bed without needing to sleep on the couch in the living room. The price and the area. The size of the place was great. The pools could have been cleaner. Lots of debri in the morning in the pools. Think they should be cleaned every day in the morning.
