Overall pretty great stay. Only complaint is the jacuzzi didn't work & neighbors to the left of us were either renovating or just liked to move furniture around starting at 10pm and going into midnight/1am. Kept all three of us up pretty late a couple nights. But I'm pretty sure that isn't the hosts fault, so I didn't take that into account for leaving my rating.
Would probably stay here again, honestly. We enjoyed it

Overall, great place! Only a couple of issues in the bathrooms which were dealt with quickly. Cell reception was spotty. But that was the worst thing we experienced (other than the extremely hot weather). As for the rest of the vacation this was a great place to stay! We were on the 22nd floor and could see the Gulf, beach, and all the pools from our balcony. The condo itself was awesome with plenty of room for our entire group of seven people. I would highly recommend staying here.

Great place, it’s really spacious never did I feel like I was on top of anyone. Everyone getting their own room with a B/R was huge.
Balcony was awesome , we ended up out there a bunch eating and just staring into the Gulf.

The mattress in the primary bedroom was odd in that the middle was higher than the sides. Not comfortable. Otherwise, the unit is very nice and clean as is the building as a whole.

Wow. What to say about our stay in Orange Beach with Luxury Coastal Vacations? We came down with another family. 4 adults & 5 kids. The 4th bathroom was an absolute luxury to have. The supplied items inside the condo were great. Furniture was top-notch. We felt like we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. And on top of that, The Oasis has amazing amenities: Lazy River, pool, bar, pickleball courts, grilling area. The beachfront is easily accessible and a short walk. We would come back every year if we could afford it! Sadly, it looks like the demand for The Oasis is skyrocketing, and prices with it. Either way, we immensely enjoyed our stay and would recommend LCV to anyone for their host. Thank you for having us!

Wonderful place to stay - this is the second time renting from LCV and 5th time staying at this complex - smooth process great customer service. The unit is beautiful with new furnishings. The bar style patio seating on the deck along with the couch made for the perfect sunset viewing. Only down side was the master closet was locked off - if you’ve stayed at this complex you know how spacious the closet is - I will definitely rent from the host again just a different unit due to this.

We had an amazing stay! The condo was the perfect size for our group and everyone had plenty of space. Everyone was super responsive when we had questions. The place was beautifully furnished, however the photos didn’t match what was in the condo. This made it a bit confusing when we arrived since we thought we were in the wrong place. We initially chose this specific condo since there wasn’t a lot of glass furniture (we have littles) but there were a few unexpected glass tables that we had to be careful with. Overall it was a great experience despite the discrepancy in the photos.

INCREDIBLE place to stay! The condo was very clean and super spacious for our group of 10. No complaints. Having 4 bathrooms was sooo nice. The primary bath was the BEST for us with 3 little ones. Huge soaking tub and the shower with two shower heads. The amenities were TOP NOTCH with the cafe, lazy river, splash pad, and water slide. One of the best condos we’ve stayed at, for sure!! The cafe food was delicious!! Don’t hesitate to order food from there! The Gulf Coast pizza was amazing!!! Our kids had the best time with the lazy river and slide. Would stay here again without hesitation. 10/10 recommend!

We loved our stay. Central location, lovely beach, nice condo. The elevators can be a bit busy at times but wasn't too much of an issue. Would recommend! The ice machine was broken and the owners had someone from maintenance bring us bags of ice. Very prompt communication. A couple things I wasn't crazy about- parking for the week was $60 per vehicle, pretty steep imo with no parking passes included. Also the mattresses were pretty uncomfortable and probably need to be replaced. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay!

We really enjoyed the place, especially the balcony! It was very spacious and great for the entire family. The kids had so much fun being under one roof and loved the water activities at the place. The fact we didn’t have to leave the place to get to beach but already had beach access was another cool feature. We also used the pavilion to have a good bbq! It was an awesome time.

My family and I had a wonderful stay and would go back to the condo we rented. The only complaint we have is the mattresses all need to be replaced especially the queen mattresses. I also felt that the amount of cleaning supplies provided could have be more. For the amount of money we paid providing only 2 trash bags, 1 tiny bottle of dish soap, and 2 dishwasher pods seems a bit stingy. But all in all we had a wonderful stay.

Enjoyed our stay at Phoenix West II. Unit 2206 is just as the pictures described. Amazing views from the balcony! I felt right at home. OBA is our home away from home and we plan to come back for future visits! Luxury Coastal Vacations were great work with and they had quick response time for any inquiries we had. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The weather was a little cool, so we got lots of use out of the huge indoor pool and hot tubs. Very spacious for 7 people, the only issue we had was with the intermittent wifi connection. Perhaps because it was the 22nd floor but sometimes we had no phone connection and lose internet connection. We called the suite’s internet service provider and they reset the internet connection to help and it was somewhat helpful. But besides that, the suite was very nice and accommodated us well.

It’s not often that the in person experience is better than the online photos when it comes to vacation properties, but this one was exactly that. We were pleasantly surprised with our unit. We were there for spring break with 11 other families from the “junior class” and we had the opportunity to see other units and we definitely liked ours the best.

It was decorated nicely, was equipped with everything we needed (except a food processor, but I’ve never rented a vacation rental that has had one-I made do with the blender).

The check-in process was MUCH easier than expected.

They will make every effort to get you in early if they can which is nice.

The communication from the management company was excellent.

I can’t say enough great things about this place. My only recommendation is for Phoenix West II, not the unit: during busy times of year (like spring break) they should try splitting up the elevators by floors (I.e., 2 for floors 1-10, 2 for 11-20, and 2 for 21-33). Getting an elevator was the only challenge during our stay and it wasn’t constant, but at busy times of the day (like when the beach chairs close at 5) it takes forever to get to the higher floors.

This place was great! The weather didn't cooperate with our visit but the property is amazing...my only complaint would be trying to get an elevator at peak times. But the beach was awesome! We worried about getting an extra parking pass but it was not an issue because they had extra. We drove 15 hours from Pennsylvania to visit here and would definitely do it again!!

It was decorated nicely, was equipped with everything we needed (except a food processor, but I’ve never rented a vacation rental that has had one-I made do with the blender). The check-in process was MUCH easier than expected. They will make every effort to get you in early if they can which is nice. The communication from the management company was excellent. I can’t say enough great things about this place. My only recommendation is for Phoenix West II, not the unit: during busy times of year (like spring break) they should try splitting up the elevators by floors (I.e., 2 for floors 1-10, 2 for 11-20, and 2 for 21-33). Getting an elevator was the only challenge during our stay and it wasn’t constant, but at busy times of the day (like when the beach chairs close at 5) it takes forever to get to the higher floors. I took my daughter and daughter-in-law and her mother as well as my 3 teenage granddaughters and my 3 year old granddaughter and my 8 month old grandson on "an all girls" trip for a graduation present for my oldest granddaughter. We had an awesome time. The condo was as stated and worked well for all of us. Plenty of room and clean and nicely decorated. The amenities at Phoenix West II were awesome. People were all helpful and polite. The beach was great. Would go again in a heartbeat and may return!! Kristi

Third time staying at the PWII and the complex is well maintained and friendly staff. Only complaint was having the elevators floors redone during a busy time making the wait time longer than usual.

The condo was very clean, beautifully decorated. Kitchen was well equipped. Lots of room--having a bath for each bedroom, was nice. The only draw back was being gouged $27 for a parking pass. I think charging you extra to park each car in the private parking deck of the property you have rented, is a rip off---especially considering that a large condo will have several families with vehicles. Otherwise, a great visit.

Even though we had to leave early because of Hurricane Nate, the condo was wonderful! We had to call maintenance regarding a broken toilet and it was fixed very fast.

Our family of ten stayed in the unit the week of the 4th of July. It is fully loaded and has a lot of room. Highly recommend this rental. Only draw back is it's on the 22nd floor and with babies it can be a little worrisome however sliding doors are not easy to open even for adults.
