We had a great time here! Great location, balcony views were great! All the amenities were so nice especially with a small child. The food and drinks at the cafe were also delicious & so convenient for long days at the beach and/or pool. We can’t wait to return next year!

The condo was clean and stocked well for a stay at the beach. It looked like the pictures. There is zero cell service in the building and only 6 elevators so during peak foot traffic times it takes quite a while. The walk to the beach is nice. All the outside amenities such as the pools, lazy river and splash pad are very nice and have ample seating.

The beach behind the condo was beautiful.

This was a great stay for us. It was spacious enough for our family of 6. Our kids loved the pools and water slide. And it was so nice to be as close as we were to the beach. The elevators can get very busy at certain times but when we avoided those times, we got around just fine. There also was very limited cell signal inside the unit, though this honestly didn’t bother us much. The condo looked just as pictured and overall, we really enjoyed this vacation! Would recommend.

Tolles Haus!! Wie ein zweites Zuhause!Das Haus ist top ausgestattet. Es gab wirklich alles, was man braucht, und noch mehr. Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Die Lage ist super: Rewe, Lidl, Müller und eine Bäckerei sind direkt in der Ecke.Michael war sehr freundlich, jederzeit erreichbar und unkompliziert. Auch Anni war sehr nett und hat uns alles gut erklärt. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt.Wir waren mit unserem 6 Monate alten Baby da – es gab Hochstuhl, Spielbogen und sogar eine Hängeschaukel auf der Terrasse, die unser Baby geliebt hat. Auch eine kleine Spielecke für Kinder.Leider war das Wetter schlecht, sonst hätten wir die Terrasse noch mehr genossen. Trotzdem: absolut empfehlenswert – wir kommen gerne wieder!!!! Danke!

Perfect home away from home. Plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 puppies to spread out. The backyard was a perfect spot for the pups to do their business and run around a bit. Wonderful views if the beach from the balconies. Loved the close beach access right across the street. We would definitely stay here again.

The property was nice and comfortable. The room and linens were clean. The pool bar waa a nice added convenience. Cell service was very iffy which can be a plus to get away but inconvenient if you want to listen to music. Some areas of the pool had wifi but not all over. Overall, this property was still a 5 out of 5.

Our stay in Orange Beach in this condo at the Oasis was fabulous. We loved being right by the beach and ocean, waking up to it every morning. It was great having our own private space with a kitchen so that we could make our own meals and not have to go out every night. We loved having the choice of pools and other recreational activities besides the beach as well. So much is accessible by foot, which is another plus. With some of our kids living on their own in other states, it was truly magical to get to all meet up in Orange Beach and have saturated time together in the way that is unique to our family. We needed a get away as a family and this was perfect. We will definitely be returning next year. Thank you kindly.

Our visit was over the Thanksgiving holiday.
The property was perfect for us: 6 adults and 2 kids. The kids enjoyed being indoors on the cooler days. There were a lot of things to do.
Downfalls:
Cell Phone signals are bad inside the condo, both ATT and Verizon.
All the Kitchen appliances need to be replaced. The appliances were clean, just worn out.
All in all, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

This was a last minute booking for 4th of July and was perfect for our women cousins reunion! We even brought my 93 year old great aunt and wheelchair bound cousin who’d had a stroke. Everyone was able to get in, up, and around the condo with relative ease. The condo was very clean and a high floor. We had enough towels and the kitchen was fully stocked on plates and utensils. We bought basic spices like salt and pepper, extra toilet paper because we ran out with that many women, and paper towels. We ordered from Walmart+ and they easily delivered to the unit. The resort itself had just about everything else. Pools, immediate beach access with rentable chairs and umbrellas, adults only section, and the sound was well insulated between units. It was a wonderful experience!

We have been visiting Gulf Shores for the past seven years. This was the first trip where we were all truly impressed with the condo and overall experience. It was everything the pics and description said it would be. Amazing beach view from the 22nd floor. We loved it! Would definitely stay here again. Light and airy, yet very comfortable home feeling. I really enjoyed the fact that there were a lot of lamps to create a cozy space. I love the thought that was put into this place to create the perfect atmosphere. It was an amazing time of renewal and refreshing for our family!

I can’t speak highly enough about this property. The unit was clean, spacious, and most importantly (for us), toddler friendly! For the adults, all beds/furniture/balcony furniture were VERY comfortable to sit/sleep on. Amenities in the building we great, the beach was clean and family friendly. For the toddlers: no sharp objects/decor in reach, no sharp corners, and they loved the balcony. The resorts splash pad, pools, lazy river, and slide were clean and our kids had so much fun there. This place was close to several great restaurants and grocery stores. Everything was a 5-15 minute drive away. I would LOVE to come back next year!

This was a perfect location for our family vacation. Communication was precise making check in smooth and easy. The unit was great! It was clean, spacious and well stocked with everything a family would need. Let me also say the view was awesome. We had 5 adults and 2 small children and all had a wonderful time. We were just steps from the beach and then could head to the lazy river to relax when the little ones got tired. There are plenty of restaurants, arcades and other activities nearby to enjoy as well. We loved it so much, we are already planning our return trip.

Stayed at this airbnb for 7 days on orange beach for the hangout music festival and this may be my favorite airbnb condo so far. Unbelievable views from a high floor, crazy fun amenities like a lazy river and human sized chess to keep you busy when you are not at the beach, comfortable beds, huge balcony, fantastic kitchen, short walk to the beach, and close to all of the best restaurants. We went to docs on the last day and tore up our meals. The staff at Pheonix west II went above and beyond to make our experience great and the people that live there are just as kind. I would %100 stay at this airbnb again, after having our first airbnb booking cancel on us we were extremely fortunate that luxury coastal vacations had our back, please check out this condo and all of there other property’s if you want to have a stress free, unforgettable experience on the beach -Love Michael

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. Great weather, beach and bike trails across the road at Gulf Shores State Park. Condo was spacious and kitchen well equipped. The entire process was so easy! The condo was in wonderful condition and pictures were completely accurate. Only issue we had throughout the process was the delay and wait for the elevators, although I understand this is not an owner issue as much as the size of the establishment. Can definitely see renting this condo out in the future.

2208 is a Great unit!!! Updated and clean. Very roomy for a large group with 2 families. Sat out the tail end of tropical storm on our first day and didnt mind staying in the room at all! Only gripe about phoenix west 2 was elevator wait times otherwise a great place to stay and wouldnt stop me from booking there or unit 2208 again! Great time at OB!!!

We stayed in this unit last summer (2014) and it was wonderful! We could not believe how the unit was exactly as depicted in the pictures...actually a bit better. Sometimes when rooms are shown on line, the reality is far less nice...this unit is just as beautiful in person as it is in the pictures. The service was also impressive. When we called with any questions we were able to get a courteous actual human being who was helpful. The unit was spotless and the bed linens and towels were very nice. The beds were very comfortable. Even the flateware and plates were beautiful. The building is amazing. We only left it once as everything we needed was there. The children loved the pool area and lazy river, and having the beach just steps away! Overall, it was a fantastic trip in a great unit. We stayed in this beautiful condo for 4 weeks and had a wonderful time. The condo has everything anyone would ever need while staying there. The kitchen was fabulous with beautiful dishes and any other cooking item you would need. The balcony was WONDERFUL and a great view all day long. I would recommend this condo to anyone and we hope to return next year. Also, Luxury Coastal Vacations were GREAT to work with to set up our visit and offered help if we needed anything during our stay!

We were looking for a nice place to escape the Midwest winter for a few days and were very happy with what we found. The condo was well furnished, comfortable and very clean. The balcony was a great place to enjoy the sunrise each morning and sunset each evening. The listing was accurate and the photos accurately represent the property. The building is brand new so a few of the property amenities will be even nicer once the building is completely finished. We were able to enjoy the indoor pool and hot tubs. Access to the beach is easy. My kids would have loved the lazy river had it not been January. This was our sixth time to be in this part of the Gulf coast and we would certainly consider coming back to this condo again. We enjoyed the proximity of restaurants such as Cotton's Restaurant, Doc's Seafood Shack & Oyster Bar, and even Guthrie's for a quick lunch. A short drive away in Perdido Beach was favorite - The Crab Trap. While in Florida we had a great time at the National Naval Aviation Museum.
