The house was perfection! Updated, farmhouse, beach vibes in a private community with access to a mainly private beach. We rented a tent on the beach for the week, which made for the best beach days. Having the house a block from beach access helped with mornings spent on the beach, lunch at the house, afternoons back at the beach! While the house was a 25 min. drive from Gulf Shores, it didn't stop us from getting groceries and coffee almost every other day. Shout out to Happy Pappys Coffeehouse! to be honest, the Dollar General closest to the house also had mostly everything we needed to re-stock. No complaints about this stay, and we hope to be back in the future!

This AMAZING NEW beach home was perfect for extended family! Master Bedroom on main floor and 4 spacious bedrooms upstairs. The porches on both levels were our favorite spot to hang out. The kitchen is stocked extensively and the outdoor grill made for easy meals. They didn’t forget a thing with beach toys, chairs, cart for hauling and bogie boards for kids, and even an outdoor shower. It is situated directly next to the pool and a quick walk to the beach. If you don’t want to haul items, there is a beach service available to rent tents, chairs, paddle boards and kayaks right at the boardwalk. We took a fishing charter out of the marina right across the road. Instacart delivered all our groceries to the house making it super simple. You won’t find a cleaner more beautiful beach home! We would definitely recommend staying here at the Perch!

We stayed at The Perch as part of a multigenerational trip, and it was the perfect backdrop for relaxation. The brand new Gulf Shores Airport was an easy 40 minute drive from The Perch and everything from airport parking to baggage claim was a breeze. Airport transfers and rental cars made getting to the Perch simple. Upon arrival, we were blown away by the first class amenities including a chef’s kitchen. Instacart and Walmart delivery services to the house made getting groceries and supplies stress-free as they were dropped off to the front porch as we relaxed and enjoyed time with family. The beach was a short walk from the house, and we were THRILLED to be able to rent a beach tent and chairs for the week. This luxury option made going to the beach so much more enjoyable as all we had to bring with us to the beach was a cold drink and good book. The setup of the house made it great for a multigenerational group as there were lots of places for everyone to both gather and escape for some solitude. Stop looking and book The Perch while you can! It won’t disappoint.

We absolutely loved our stay at The Perch! Fort Morgan Beach is by far our favorite. The Perch was SO nice, clean and equipped with everything we needed. It was very spacious, modern and new feeling. This rental is very close to the beach, outdoor shower was a plus, and lots of parking. We will absolutely be back to stay here again! Thank you for having us!!!

The house is new, very clean, nicely decorated, and the kitchen is well stocked with cookware and dishes for eating in. There is also a grill available. The rooms are spacious and the house easily accommodated the 10 of us. Fort Morgan is much less commercial so there is plenty of room on the beach which is a short walk. There is also an outdoor shower at the house which was much appreciated after a day in the sun. Communications with the rental company were very easy and response was quick, friendly, and professional. This is a 5 star stay for sure!

This home was perfect for our big group! Short walk to the beach and the pool is literally next door. Plenty of sitting areas to relax inside and outside.
Only tip is definitely bring ALL supplies you’ll need down to salt and pepper. There are no seasonings or even counter cleaner. There’s a small starter pack of dish soap and dishwasher pods and that’s it. Definitely prepare before heading in as mainland is about half an hour drive!

Wonderful stay! Super close to the beach, and it’s a nice quiet neighborhood. The house is gorgeous and you can see the ocean from both porch’s. Overall, I would love to stay here again!

We loved this oasis. By far the most detailed home with all the amenities. We spent Thanksgiving week here and my family loved every minute. The home was amazing - the beach was perfect - lots of privacy and fun. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

The house is so beautiful, well decorated, and plenty of rooms for everyone. This house doesn't disappoint. You have awesome and relaxing views from the balcony. The community pool is beside the house where you can watch your kids from the balcony. Definitely will be back.

My family and I recently stayed at this property for a week. There were 6 of us staying in the house and we never felt one bit crowded. There are several bedrooms upstairs and 2 baths - downstairs there is a primary suite with a large bathroom that is very spacious and there is a half bath off the kitchen. So much room to spread out and be comfortable. The kitchen is also spacious and there is a half bath off the kitchen. There is also a grill so we were able to cook out and eat outside at the large table on the lower deck. The home is beautifully decorated and extremely clean. There is a swimming pool next door to the house and the beach is right down the road - a 5 minute walk away - there is also an outside shower with warm water to rinse off after the beach - What a wonderful trip we had and the house was just amazing. It is also close to several great places to eat - there are stores close by to get food and household items - the house is not far from the outlet mall and from all other attractions - restaurants and shops. Wonderful vacation and we will be back next year to stay here again!
