I tried to send message via vrbo “contact host” to ask simple question about two weeks before and never got answer. Emails were kicked back to me as well. However, when I called rental service directly my questions were answered and resolved very quickly. Condo was extremely spacious and immaculately cleaned. I wish it had simple items like a few more trash bags, dish soap, salt and pepper, etc. The property was great for kids and families with a lot of activities. The entire facility was clean and up to date. Would definitely stay again!

Our unit was big and beautiful! I’m in a wheelchair and was able to move about freely and that was a big plus for me! The pools were nice and big. My grands loved them and the water slide. Everyone loved the lazy river! Beach was close and very accessible . I rented a beach buggy wheelchair and it fit on the boardwalk really well. The only thing was the dryer in our unit would not dry unless it was only a couple small items. Called a couple times and left messages and emailed. They returned a call to me one time and I didn’t have my phone at the beach. So I called back like the message said but didn’t get an answer.

Great experience overall! A couple of the remotes didn’t work, but that didn’t really affect our stay. Hot tub was great, although they did come to clean it during our stay. Apparently that happens throughout these properties, but again didn’t affect our day because we weren’t using it at the time they came to clean it. We loved the beautiful condo by luxury coastal vacations! It was clean and looked exactly like the pictures! Very spacious ! We enjoyed our stay very much! I would highly recommend booking this place! There were only a few cons and they really only matter if you are very picky.
The cons were the extremely squeaky and loud bunk beds in the bunk rooms, there are only 2 parking passes for this condo that fits up to 10 people (I think at least 4 parking passes would be considerate), and the host company was slow to respond to messages. Regardless of these things we had an amazing time!

Only one drawback - the eight bar chairs at Island are too tall. I needed this seating for Thanksgiving dinner. I will certainly return.

Very spacious, great views in every room, kitchen was well equipped, ice maker in the bar was a welcomed addition. The representatives at Luxury Coastal Vacations were excellent in every way. Only one drawback - the eight bar chairs at Island are too tall. I needed this seating for Thanksgiving dinner. I will certainly return.

Highly recommend! Spectacular views from this 10th floor expansive condo! Everyone bedroom with beautiful balcony and water views. Turquoise Place is the best location on the beach and has wonderful amenities. Decorated like a model unit- parking close to elevator- It’s a fabulous condo - you’ll love it!
