Absolutely amazing
This property is the best place we have ever stayed! We are locals in OB and it takes a lot for a condo to impress us! The furnishings were stunning and super comfortable! The view and balcony were over the top amazing! This place was epic, period! We will be back!

Fourth of July week
Easy check in. Spectacular view. On the beach. Fireworks show was right in front of us. Breathtaking show. Unit was showing its age just a bit but well laid out and right on the beach. A few minor issues (light bulb. Remote batteries. Burners out on the grill). Same day response Well run building. Lots for kids to do I would rent this unit again

The views, the building, and the unit were spectacular. We would highly recommend this unit. We had 4 adults and 5 children in it, and it never felt close to cramped. The leasing company provided great instructions and everything went flawlessly. Thanks!

It was Great!!!
Beautiful unit. Clean!!!!! Furniture was clean and very nice as well. Decorated well but not overdone. Kitchen could have had more serving dishes and storage containers but other than that it was absolutely perfect!!!!!

This was an amazing rental!! RENT IT, you won’t be disappointed! The resort is also fabulous! We loved the lazy river, the slide, the food at the pool, and the beach were all fantastic!!!

Clean, huge, luxurious, comfortable!
The property was even nicer than expected. Impeccably clean, even in corners/behind furniture. Comfortable mattresses, soft -- not cheap! -- towels, high-end sheets, and so many extras! Ample room for all our "stuff" (6 adults, 4 kids). We could have even fit a few more people in there with no problem. Kitchen is well stocked far beyond just the basics. This is a high-end place that is still extremely comfortable and family friendly. Would recommend to anyone, and will do business with Luxury Coastal Vacations again either at this property or another.

Both sets of parents, groom's sister, groom's son, bride's niece, the bride and groom stayed in this unit for our wedding weekend. We all had ample space. Everyone had their own access point to the balcony. Our steaks were awesome off the grill Saturday night. The kitchen is large enough for all the family to gather and no one was in the way. The master closest and bathroom was the perfect size for bride to get ready without being seen by anyone. Beds are comfortable with soft linings and pillows. Bunk room was perfect for the kids. The pool and lazy river were like ice because they do not start heating them till later in the year. We would love to stay here again.

Turquoise Place
Our vacation exceeded our expectations! The condo was absolutely amazing, so much space for family and friends. The booking and check-in process was so easy. So much for the kids to do. Any texts with questions we had were responded to immediately. Highly recommend, we will be back!

This is a beautiful , luxury condo!! views are amazing , very spacious. We went in the winter and wanted to use hot tubs as pools were out of order, but the hot tub was out of service too. except that everything is truly a paradise.

Surpassed Expectations
This condo was perfect for our large gathering. We had 9 adults and 4 kids under 10 and it was magical. The kitchen was out gathering place and it was perfectly outfitted for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I was able to cook without stepping over other people. Having the outdoor grill really helped out. The large fridge was ideal for storing plenty of food and drinks. The A/C worked perfectly and we had no issues with showers, bathtubs, or toilets. The only recommendation I have is to possibly have some outdoor chaise lounges.

Gorgeous model decorated condo- Incredibly spacious!
Highly recommend! Spectacular views from this 10th floor expansive condo! Everyone bedroom with beautiful balcony and water views. Turquoise Place is the best location on the beach and has wonderful amenities. Decorated like a model unit- parking close to elevator- It’s a fabulous condo - you’ll love it!

Bama Beach Reunion
We were looking for a place large enough for our 3 Children and their Families to comfortably stay at the beach. We hit the jackpot when we found Luxury Vacations Condo at Turquoise Place Towers. It was spacious, luxurious with amenities beyond our desires! Each Family had their own room with en-suite bath! The spacious kitchen accommodated us nicely! The Grandkids LOVED the pool, lazy River and beach! We will be back!!!

Wonderful Girls Weekend
We loved our stay here with 8 friends. It was super spacious -- we honestly could have comfortably fit a couple of more people. It was very clean and location was perfect. We loved the views from the large balcony and enjoyed the hot tub! Coastal was a quick 5-10 min (beautiful) walk on the beach and we really enjoyed having lunch/drinks at the beach bar. Love our stay! Thank you!

A little pricey but well worth it. Condo was awesome, the views beautiful. We check-in on an off day so check in was a breeze. It appears that Saturday is a big check in day so be prepared for long waits at check-in and the elevators.

Thanksgiving at the beach
Very spacious, great views in every room, kitchen was well equipped, ice maker in the bar was a welcomed addition. The representatives at Luxury Coastal Vacations were excellent in every way. Only one drawback - the eight bar chairs at Island are too tall. I needed this seating for Thanksgiving dinner. I will certainly return.

Beautiful Condo
Condo was beautiful, spacious and very well kept. Only down side was the hot tub wasn’t working. Also, Turquoise Place is not maintaining the property very well. One of the pools was a murky mess, there were not enough pool chairs and the ones they had were in poor condition (ripped, dirty). That said my family had a great vacation.

Orange Beach Condo
Beautiful condo that was excellent for our family including our 4 adult children plus 2 spouses. The facilities, access to the beach, view were all perfect. The condo and balcony hot tub were great so we only used the hot tub at the pool once. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything was great the only issue was trying to check in to our condo.
Everything was perfect except for the fact that checking in took forever. We had to wait even after I got a text that we could check in Bc the check in company I booked through did not give the front desk an email like they were supposed to! It pushed all of our plans back. Was only upset about that!

Connell Family 4th of July Beach Vacation
Beautiful 4 bedroom 4.5 bath Condo. Loved the wall finish in the main areas. Comfortable, perfectly located on the west end of the east building. Comfortable beds, lots of room for four families staying together in one unit. The Luxury Coastal Vacation Rentals staff and the Turquoise Place Front Desk Staff were very accommodating. Would love to stay here again next year for the 4th of July!

The condo was absolutely amazing!! Besides a little wear and tear on some of the doors/walls, everything in the condo was very nice! The appliances, dishes, linens, etc. were great quality! The location is perfect, and the beach was lovely! Nothing can beat the views from every room in this condo!

Perfect place to vacation!
First trip with the whole family and new grand baby. There were enough rooms and bathrooms for everyone to have a littl getaway spot. The kitchen is stocked to the maximum for preparing our own meals when needed. The facility is chock full of amenities and the staff is so friendly and helpful. We will be back. - Happy Gammy

Great place for family
This was our 3rd time to stay at Turquoise Place. Our only issue with this condo was the main dishwasher made a loud noise. But there is a smaller back up dishwasher so we managed. We have small children as well as a family member with Celiac disease so we eat in a lot. The kitchen had plenty of plates, cups, utensils, etc. to accommodate us.

Beautiful and Spacious
The views are amazing. The layout of the unit is perfect. Beach access was very easy. I loved the appliances and having the ice-maker was great. Some of the furniture is pretty worn and the master shower leaks onto the floor. Other than that, it was perfect for our family vacation.

Beautiful condo, clean and wonderfully outfitted with necessities for our stay. I was so surprised to see hurricane damage to the balconies and common areas still not repaired. That had nothing to do with our condo, but gave the Turquoise Towers in whole a sort of "run-down" feel.
To be clear, this did not affect our stay, we had a wonderful experience.
