The best condo we’ve ever stayed in at Orange Beach!!

You Have To Stay Here

This is by far the best and nicest condo we've ever stayed in. I grew up going to Destin, PCB and have also stayed in 30A as an adult. This was the perfect mix of a beautiful condo, beachfront, lower crowds, restaurants close by and great amenities! You can get to the beach from the condo without having to take a single step up or down!! The boardwalk is located right next to the pool area and there's a ramp at the end onto the sand. Anywhere we've ever stayed has had at least several steps. When we stayed at Watercolor in 30A, we had to drive all of our items to the beach. The ramp made it so easy with little kids! The amenities are what led us to choose this place. There are multiple pools (indoor and outdoor), a lazy river, 4 story slide (it's very fast!!), playground, splash pad and a restaurant/tiki bar. The drinks and food were really good - better than we expected for a tiki bar! They have live music on the weekends and there's an ice cream/snow cone stand for kids! There's also corn hole, checkers and chess in the shade by the tiki bar too. The condo itself was amazing!! The owners have just renovated and they did a wonderful job. No carpet anywhere! Great kitchen with all the appliances and pans/dishes you need. There's a Subzero as well as a separate ice machine so you don't run out of ice (ice bags can also be purchased on site), Huge kitchen table for a large gathering, Large bedrooms that each have an en-suite bathroom! Great balcony with unobstructed views of the beach/ocean. Professionally designed and decorated - it felt warm, serene, inviting and cozy without being stuffy. New mattresses and lots of blankets laying around too! We were there the 2nd week of June and didn't have to wait very long for any restaurants (max 30 min or so). And there are quite a few dining options on the beach that are great for kids (with playgrounds, climbing, sand areas). Destin/30A doesn't have as many options like this and we really enjoyed this aspect. Enough other people there for our kids to interact with other kids, but not on top of each other and afraid they might get lost like in Seaside. We can't wait to go back!!

Perfection

This condo truly is outstanding. Not only is it stunning but they have also thought of every little detail and the details definitely matter. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could ever need and it’s those details that make a big difference to us. We thoroughly enjoyed coffee on the balcony in the mornings watching the dolphins swim and also having dinner with enough room for the 10 of us to sit comfortably while watching the gorgeous sunsets. This condo honestly did make us feel as if we were in paradise. We will definitely rent here again.

First time user of Airbnb, in fact downloaded the app just a few minutes prior to booking.
C2208 was really nice, we pulled up to the Turquoise, security check my driver's license, handed me an envolope with the door entry cards, map and a welcome brochure and directed me to the parking area. One parking spot was assigned to the unit and we had to park a second vehicle in an unmarked spot. There were many open spots most likely due to it being off-season.
We unloaded our stuff onto carts provided by Turqoise and accessed the unit with no issues.
Upon entering, my wife was totally surprised on how nice and how clean the place was. She is super particular. Some of the furniture seemed new with new furniture smell. There were rolls of toilet paper, paper towels, soaps, detergents, cleaners, etc. provided to us. Many extra pillows and sheets as well.
Luxury Coast Vacation Rentals manages this property and does a fantastic job with communication, maintenance and especially leanliness.
