Condo is beautifully furnished and very spacious. Awesome views! Large balcony! Very convenient and short walk to the beach. Huge kitchen with every appliance you need. Make sure to bring your own spices, coffee, etc. Perfect size for our group of 7. Had starter kit of supplies (dish detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, paper towels, travel size soap, shampoo, conditioner) which was helpful. Comfortable beds and nice bath towels (beach towels not provided). Loved having a private grill and hot tub on the balcony. Very clean upon arrival. Our children are preteen and teenagers, they enjoyed all the amenities from the slide, lazy river, pools, fitness center, cafe. Rented beach chairs and umbrella from the on-site vendor prior to arrival. Was set up and ready for us each day. Super convenient! We got lucky as there were extra beach chairs, boogie boards, and cooler in the condo so we didn’t have to go out and purchase those. The property management company was not very thorough in their communication with us for check in. Had to reach out to them before our arrival to get check in details. Helpful if they could provide a welcome email to include parking instructions, a list of starter kit supplies provided in condo, list of appliances, and how to dispose of trash. Overall, fantastic experience. We highly recommend.

Check in was easy and quick. They had numerous carts to transport our belongings up to our unit. Resort was well managed. The unit itself was clean and stocked with all needed things. We had a very minor maintenance issue and within one hour someone was there to fix it. The condo complex is right on the beach and is a short walk. The stand alone ice maker was wonderful. The kitchen cabinets are in need of replacement but did not affect our stay. They provided plenty of bath towels but did not provide beach towels (listing stated they were not supplied) so bring your own. The kitchen chairs could use felt pads to prevent the loud scraping noise they made. We heard the upstairs units chairs moving very clearly. We had a noise issue with our next door neighbor who decided to play very loud music after 10 pm. We called security and they addressed the issue quickly. We enjoyed our stay and will return again in the future.
