Amazing family vacation.
The condo was perfect. We had 6 adults Nd a baby plus lots of drop ins for meals. We had absolutely everything we needed. I was so excited to have a Keurig coffeemaker. Really a home away from home. Ideal location on the beach plus the pools at the condo. I would definitely go back. Joe is a dream to work with. He made us feel like family.

Exquisite Condo!
I have stayed in condos/homes for all of my vacations, and this is the Top 1!! The amenities in the condo are exquisite! Everything you need to have that "just like home" feeling is here..the rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable, plenty of seating in living/dining areas, and large kitchen with top of the line appliances! We watched dolphins off the balcony each day, and enjoyed beautiful views of the Emerald Coast! I would strongly recommend this property to anyone making a trip to Orange Beach! In addition, Joe greets your arrival with a special treat! The property has great amenities on site for kids, young and old! Thanks Joe and we'll be back next year for certain!!

Awesome place!
Great view from the 27th floor. The condo was very open and airy with lots of ambient light. However, the black out curtains were cool when we wanted to sleep in. It was high enough above the beach below to afford peace and quiet. Furnished kitchen allowed us to make meals to save money when we didn't feel like getting out. Master walk in shower was pretty awesome. Outdoor jacuzzi and sun chairs on the deck allowed for sunbathing or relaxing with privacy. The extra rooms were good for the kids to have their own space to be out of our hair. We would definitely recommend this to future vacationing families. The resort had gyms in both towers to work out. The indoor poor was cool on cool windy days and our kids loved the lazy river on the 4th floor. Not sure if it was due to the Holiday Weekend, but the live music at the lower pool was awesome to chill too. All of the little games and slides put out for the kids was much appreciated.

Extremely accomodating owner
Unfortunately due to an error on my part we were unable to fulfill our rental obligations. Joe was beyond gracious and provided a full refund. If we return to visit Orange Beach we will definitely contact Joe.

Wonderful vacation
Everything was exactly how we expected it to be there and there were no surprises. Everything worked how they should. The condo itself is wonderful. You're high enough you don't get ground noise from those around the pool but still hear the ocean without problem. The large HD TV made watching the baseball playoffs very nice during the evening. Joe also keeps everything you need for the beach in laundry room with the best beach cart ever. Many were envious of the beach cart. We used the kitchen pretty well daily and had everything we needed for what ever meal we were cooking. The parking for the condo for this particular unit was in the basement and seemed much less busy with traffic than other locations in the garage which was very pleasant. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Annual Winter Get-away
We had a wonderful time and the Condo was fabulous. The owners supplied lots of extras that added a special touch. They even offered use of their beach cart once they found out I liked to fish from the beach. The hot tub worked very well and we even fired up the grill for shrimp kabobs. The balcony has great furnishings and we spent most of the time out there since teh weather was perfect. We will book again next February for sure!

Girls trip to Orange Beach
Turquoise Place is absolutely stunning and the location is perfection. We fell in love from the minute we pulled up. Joe was amazing to work with from the very beginning of the booking process. He made me so comfortable and let me know he was available for any questions both before and after our arrival. Just a genuinely great guy. I feel like I know him even though we have never met in person. The unit was very large and absolutely stunning. We did not want for anything. The hot tub on the deck was an added bonus, especially when it rained our first day. 3.5 bathrooms came in very helpful. We had more space than we needed, but loved every inch of it. The beach and view were breathtaking. The staff throughout were kind, friendly, and helpful . The nachos at the little pool bar were to die for. We had an amazing experience. Met some wonderful people. Can't not wait to go back!

No need to leave.
We stayed with 2 other families (total: 6 adults, 5 kids) and it was great. Plenty of room inside to spread out and the balcony was amazing. I haven’t stayed in a better condo; actually I probably spent most of my time on the balcony. All the pools kept the kids entertained and when they got tired of one we just moved to another. There wasn’t really any reason to leave the property we were so busy there. Joe was great at communicating and answering questions. I would definitely stay here again.

Spectacular condo!
This is the most perfect place!! The large ,spacious rooms have every amenity you could possibly want. The balcony is HUGE with a hot tub,grill and comfortable outdoor furniture to enjoy the beautiful, lofty view. The den is open and spacious and the kitchen with it's highend appliances is to die for. If I could give it 10 stars I would. If you want the perfect place to relax, enjoy the beach AND be close to everything, this is it. You will absolutely love it! I highly recommend this condo and would definitely stay again!

Family vacation for all ages
We had an amazing time at this condo!! We hope to return. The condo was beautiful and the owner is so personable and polite!! They offered beach chairs, a beach stroller and others items for the kids. It was great not to have to buy and bring this stuff when we were already low on space in the cars. We found lots of wonderful ocean critters while we were there too: sand dollars, star fish, non stinging jelly fish. Our whole crew had a great time!!

Spectacular Place to Stay!
Brought the grandkids for a few days of beach time - it was difficult to get them to leave this place, they were certainly wowed. Great views, comfortable rooms and very clean and well maintained. What more could you ask for! We had several friends staying in other condos, this was the one they all designated as the official meeting place. Really enjoyed our stay, no issues whatsoever. Best Condo we’ve ever stayed @ in Orange Beach !!!
It’s a really nice Condo. Joe the Owner is just a phone call away if anything is needed. The bedding is all very nice & the Condo has everything needed for cooking wonderful meals. Wonderful Experience
We had an excellent visit to Gulf Shores and to Turquoise Towers. We have visited the property before, but found the experience with the owner above top notch! Not only did we arrive to be surprised to find a complementary bottle of wine--but had a follow-up call from Joe during our stay to check on how the visit was going. He provided follow-up within a day (if not minutes) prior to our departure with suggestions on restaurants, etc. Aside from the spectacular views and décor, the unit has everything you need. This includes more than enough beach towels, beach chairs, cart, and even sand toys! We enjoyed relaxing on the deck early morning and into the evening. We traveled with 3 teenagers and never felt like we were stepping over ourselves--better than home (what a vacation should be). Everything was clean and spectacular. Looking forward to renting the unit again!

Spacious and Love the Balcony View
Spacious and comfortable. There were 6 of us and more than enough room. Kitchen was spacious and had all the necessary items to cook your meals. Lovely balcony to watch the sunrise and view the beachfront. Property manager communicated and responded timely to all messages. We enjoyed the beach, pools and lazy river. Absolutely the BEST condo on the coast!!!
At the last minute my girl and I decided to get away to take final exams. We enjoyed every aspect of the unit. The condo could not have been more perfect, and the owner Joe could not have been more helpful or accommodating. The decor is great... not the fish pics and wicker furniture typical of most condos! The view from the balcony is amazing, we enjoyed the grill and Jacuzzi! We saw plenty of sea life and marveled at beautiful sunrises and sunsets!! As it was December we spent most of our time in the condo with the fireplace on and the patio doors open to let in the fresh Gulf air. The beds are SUPER comfortable, the master bath is a dream! There's not enough I can say in this review to express the comfort, joy, and relaxation we experienced during our stay... Don't waste your time looking at two-thousand other units!!... Book with Joe NOW!!! We were literally planning our next trip while we were there!! See you in a couple of months Joe, thanks again!!!

This place is everything quoted and more. Very clean and spacious. Condo is beautiful and they come daily to check on hot tub and if you have any maintenance issues, Joe is quick fix them. I highly recommend this place.

Wonderfully blessed time had by all!
Some friend from college met my son and I for the week. We live in Michigan, and they live in Delaware and Seattle. The weather varied but the couple of 70 days AND the view were all we needed! Wonderful Getaway
We immensely enjoyed our stay at Turquoise. The weather was great and our condo was even better! We traveled with 6 adults and 2 babies. Needless to say we brought a lot of junk with us! The condo was so spacious and allowed everyone to have more than enough room to be comfortable and feel right at home. We loved sitting on the balcony and saw dolphins most every day. On the last day we were greated by the owner and hot beignets from a local breakfast place. What a nice treat!! We would love to make this an annual trip and continue to stay here. Amazing place
The location was amazing! Right on the beach with amazing views. The balcony had a lot of comfortable, sturdy furniture to just sit out and enjoy the weather. Inside everything was very high end and well maintained. We had one incident with a door handle coming loose and Joe had a maintenance man there within a half hour on a saturday night! I would definitely come back and recommend this place to everyone.

Mr Joe D. is just the most personable owner I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. He is available by text , by phone, and in person. He is passionate about his condo and the people who chose to stay in his amazing property. He truly wants you to have a memorable experience and gives you his very best. At the end of your stay you will call Joe your good friend. :) God bless you friend ! This vacation home on the beach is absolutely gorgeous, you feel so special being able to share in this property for a week. Impeccably clean , beautiful well thought out decor. A wall hair dryer in all full baths (so don't pack one ) . Each ensuite bathroom has it's own special touch. The master , has a television and a large jacuzzi tub, plus a really upscale shower, so elegant! The kitchen has top of the line Sub Zero refrigerator , Wolf brand wall ovens and a warmer, gas stove , every cooks dream kitchen. Then , you won't be missing one item in the kitchen , Joe has it all there for you. Even your choice , Kuerig or Drip coffee maker . Plenty of seating area for your 11 people , and all very comfortable fun seating too. We love the swivel , rocker chairs and our son made use of the sleeper sofa for a week so you know it must have been comfortable he's a 30 year old guy and would have said something. Nice big television in the living room then also one in the dinning area , as well as one in each bedroom. The balcony was one of my favorite places, and my favorite seat was the blue balcony bar chairs with the connecting table. ( I am already on the hunt to find some to purchase for a upper deck area around my pool at home. Ample seating outside just to relax and visit , sip coffee , wine, pina coladas etc. Of course we could not pass up the hot tub , so much fun !! We used the BBQ to cook some delicious steaks one night and burgers another. The Turquoise Property itself offered so much to do so even with a bit a rain here and there our vacation carried on! My granddaughter got her first hermit crabs while we were here , my son celebrated his 30th birthday and his engagement to his soon to be bride, and my son in law and eldest daughter , as well as my husband and myself,all had an unforgettable vacation together in a very special condo on the beach . Thank you again Mr. Joe !

Never thought I'd stay at a place this nice!
This condo is absolutely amazing, and the owners are the kind of people you'd want to be around. We shared the condo with my brother in law's family, and had 4 adults and 9 kids total in the condo. There was plenty of room! Amenities are absolutely amazing and you will love the pool side bar and lazy river. There was a small issue with malfunctioning smoke alarms, but it wasn't enough to put a dampen our trip.

You won’t find a better view or condo
We had a terrific stay at Turquoise Place 2706C. The condo is beautiful and comfortable and Joe was responsive to all questions. The facilities are also nice and there is a great running trail .5 miles away. We will be recommending to friends and family and will probably be back ourselves - we are trying to visit all 50 states as a family but now we just want to come back to Orange Beach and this specific condo!

What a wonderful property! A bottle of wine was waiting for us when we got there...Everything was just as I hoped. We went to the store the first night we got there, but only had to leave if we wanted to eat out. We went to the beach, pool, or lazy river during the day and grilled out and enjoyed the hot tub every night! Was just PARADISE! Thanks for a wonderful week!!!

First Class
My wife and I have visited the Orange Beach area, including Destin Fl., over 2 dozen times. I have never written a review for a property but felt compelled to after my stay at Turquoise Place. It is by far the best resort period. No contest. It is filled with elegance from the moment you arrive. The condo is amazing. It is so big inside. The living room furniture is so comfortable and set up perfect. Everything you need is in the condo including a computer, bose radio, WiFi, gas fireplace, hot tub on balcony, outdoor sofa on the balcony, and 2 ice makers.This condo will make you want to call a Realtor and purchase a Turquoise Place unit. Mind blowing
Joe's place is amazing and so is he. Joe D. called the night before to explain some small stuff to us and wished us a safe trip. The cleaning crew did an amazing job, There is so much room for everyone. We grilled steaks and had a great wine our second night right there on our own balcony !! No rushing to find an empty grill to use ! The view OMGosh it was beautiful. By the end of all our days from shopping, exploring, swimming the inside pool, we were to exhausted to sit in our own hot tub. !! We were sad when it was time to leave. Thank you to everyone for such a relaxing vacation.

Great Beach Front Property
My friends and I stayed at Joe’s condo for a friends wedding. Joe’s place was very clean on arrival. Joe is a great communicator through out our stay. He was only a phone call away in case we needed anything. The views of the ocean were breathless. We could not have been happier to stay in such a great place that made us feel like we were in a 5 star hotel. If we ever come back. We will be sure to book with Joe again!

I love staying at Turquoise Place, and this condo had everything we needed to have a great time! The condo was clean and well-kept, the beds were comfortable, and we loved sitting out on the balcony enjoying the ocean and the sun. The weather was perfect my entire stay, and Joe was very quick to reply to any questions I had (which were few). Perfect
The property was just as advertised. We had 6 adults and 4 children and plenty of room for us all. The condo is beautifully decorated and very comfortable, with a TV in every room (even the master bathroom). We especially enjoyed the bottle of wine left for us, the use of the pack-n-play, beach cart, boogie boards, floats, sand toys, etc. We had everything we needed when going to the pools or beach. Every one of us loved the balcony....a view to die for! We made use of the grill, hot tub, and conversation pit every day we were there. I would recommend this property and especially this particular condo to anyone visiting Orange Beach.

Family Vacation
The condo was exactly what I expected from the pictures. It was clean and had all the necessary items needed. They even had beach towels, a cart, toys and chairs! The gas grill was great to have when we felt like staying in and the hot tub felt amazing. The view from the balcony was spectacular! We saw dolphins, a manatee, some rays, and even a few sharks! Relaxing Family Vacation

Lovely beach resort
The property was very nice and well managed. There were two towers, so a lot of amenities, such as the pools, were replicated across both. The beach was well kept and not too crowded. We really enjoyed the features of the condo itself, especially the on-deck jacuzzi, full kitchen, and laundry. My only critique would be the TVs, all of which seemed older. The main TV had some hotspots and looks like it needs to be replaced. Otherwise, the cabling was rather sloppy, and it was difficult to find available outlets for my kids' game consoles. A newer smart TV that just lets you sign into your own streaming accounts would be a better fit than the various Dish network boxes and remotes.

Incredible!
This place was beyond our expectations. Between the view and the gorgeous condo, we couldn’t have asked for more. We were also greeted with many gifts upon our arrival. Fabulous Condo on the 27th Floor
This was 5 stars in all aspects. Commercial grade appliances, very comfortable beds, Jacuzzi bath indoors with a hot tub on the deck, unbelievable views off the large deck with brand new furniture, outdoor grill on the deck and that's just in the condo. There's several pools inside and out, hot tubs, steam rooms, lazy river and underground parking. This place sets the standard for all the rest!

This is an awesome condo. This is our second time staying in the condo and everything was great! The new furniture on The balcony was really nice. Only recommendation, when using hot tub need to but a towel on floor. The floor does get slippery. We had 7 adults and there was plenty of room.

Wonderful condo!
We had an amazing vacation at Turquoise Place! This unit is beautifully appointed and very comfortable. Mostly it was just the two of us, but when our family and friends visited, the accomodations were perfect.The decor is very relaxing and elegant. The view from the 27th floor is nothing short of marvelous. We enjoyed watching the gulls and pelicans fly below us while having our morning coffee on the terrace. It is so peaceful to watch the dolphins play right off the beach. The amenities of the building are so nice that you barely need to leave the building - except for eating. The owner, Joe, provides a huge list of nearby places for that. The maintenance and management staff are also really good and very responsive. They want you to relax and enjoy. We particularly like where the building is located - away from most of the commercial areas but with lots of nearby restaurants and with perfect beaches. Joe is very responsive and really cares about this beautiful unit - and being sure we enjoyed ourselves. We even had a bottle of wine waiting for us! We are already planning our trip back next year.

Family Vacation

AMAZING Everything!
We had a fabulous time during our week at the Turquoise. Joe's unit (2706) is spectacular! The views, the finishes, top of the line appliances, the furnishings.....everything was fabulous!! I can't say enough about how awesome this place is. The kids LOVED the hot tub on the balcony, we loved that everyone was able to gather on the balcony or in the living room together as there was plenty of seating. The blue director chairs on the balcony made an awesome perch to watch for dolphins every morning.

Fabulous, Comfortable and well equipped
We have stayed in several Turquoise Place units and this one is, by far, the best one! The furniture and beds are comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals the times we did not eat out (recommend Big Fish Restaurant and Cobalt) and the views are spectacular, particularly at night. The "extras" are incredible - beach toys, chairs, etc. etc. etc. And we were blown away by having a welcome bottle of wine which was much appreciated after a long trip. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you so much, Joe, for having such a wonderful place for a vacation.

Gulf coast beauty
My family and I try to make it to the Turquoise Place at least once a year (summer) and have done so for the past five years. This was our first time staying at Joe's place and it was an exceptionally wonderful experience. Many of the TP units are furnished nicely, but lack character and sometimes function. For example, the balconies most often are furnished with a dining set and a lounger. While this arrangement is perfect for a meal, it's not ideal for a social gathering spot. Joe has done an excellent job of thoughtfully furnishing his unit. His balcony includes a large sectional for gathering and a set of blue chairs just the right height to view the emerald gulf waters. We really enjoyed spending time on the balcony. Of course, the interior is also very well furnished and included family games, beach toys with a cart, beach towels among other items. This was very unique and added to the overall experience. Would recommend Joe's place to any and all looking to unwind and enjoy the gulf coast.

Beautiful Condo and View
The condo exceeded my expectations. The view was spectacular. There is noise during the day right now as the building is under repair from the hurricane last year. The noise is minimal and did not affect our stay. There were some issues that arose during our stay. Nothing that could have been forseen or expected. For instance the jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom worked the first time we used it, but the second time it did not. When I informed Joe of this or any other issue that arose he responded quickly and contacted maintenance (or the necessary party) to have the issues resolved as soon as possible. I would stay again.

Great Vacation
Unit 2706 was fabulous as well as Joe the owner. Most helpful and easy to get along with property management and owner we had ever dealt with. Condo was clean and ready on time and had everything we could have asked for including grill on porch and hot tub. Also the owner was nice enough to offer us his personal beach chairs and beach toys for the kids to use While we only had I young baby the offer was very nice and unexpected and he also offered use of high chair and other useful personal items . Overall the beach, elevators, grill downstairs, pools and parking were awesome and we loved every minute of our stay. This place is amazing! Joe is very available and very approachable, first of all. He responds very quickly if you have any questions, and he reaches out to you if he thinks of something you should know. His condo is immaculate and absolutely gorgeous and comfortable. Joe's attention to detail is evident everywhere. The reserved parking spot is so convenient and close to the elevators, and the condo door is literally about five steps from the elevators (but very quiet, so don't worry!). He even ordered up gorgeous weather for us while we were there - ha! His team at Luxury Coastal Vacations is really friendly and knowledgeable, too. I didn't intend to cook on my vacation - and didn't - but the kitchen appeared to have everything one would need. We are already making plans to have a family vacation here next spring with our grown kids and our grandkids, so we'll utilize the kitchen then. The pizza at Rotolos was yummy, iced coffee and the Hawaiian Sunrise beverage at Liquid Life were so good that we went there every morning, try brunch at Brick and Spoon - you won't be disappointed, enjoyed a great meal at Shipp's Harbor (blackened duck and Island Mahi-Mahi), and, surprisingly, our best meal and maybe the best steaks we've ever had (and we're from Texas!) was at Cotton's, pretty much just across the street from Turquoise Place. This trip was a 60th birthday celebration for me, and my husband and I had a fabulous time! We would book this place and work with Joe again in a heartbeat!

Plenty of room for the kids to run around in, big enough to accommodate two families with ease. The kids loved the lazy river and my husband and I really enjoyed having wine in the hot tub in the evenings! I will recommend to everyone and be back myself as often as possible! From the moment we drove up on property, we knew that we had picked the right place. We walked in the condo and found ourselves at home!!!! The appliances are top of the line!! The owner has made extra efforts to provide every pot, pan, utensil that anyone could need. The view is perfect. The owner furnished the balcony as nicely as he did inside. The beds are very comfortable. We have a 10 month old. We were concerned prior to arrival about the baby crawling on a floor -- and wondering if it was clean. We never worried one time as soon as we walked in. It was spotless. If this wasn't enough, we had the opportunity to talk to the owner. He just wanted to check in and make sure everything was going okay. I have stayed a lot of places .... And rented a lot of condos, but this one was my favorite. We took advantage of the all the pools, lazy river, and beautiful grounds. Not a single complaint from my family. We will be back.

Excellent Condo for a Girls Trip!
Six of my friends from college all met at OBA for a girls weekend for Labor Day. We had a wonderful time. This condo is one of the best, if not THE best one I have ever stayed in. I stayed here in April 2015 too with another set of friends and I will definitely be back in the future. Incredible amenities, awesome décor, bed situation was perfectly fine. This condo is huge and easily sleeps 10 women. Joe was wonderful to deal with and we felt well taken care of. I give this property five stars!!!!!

Breathtaking
This was our first experience with a VRBO and we couldn't have been more impressed. The place is absolutely stunning and spacious. We had 11 people (4 adults, 7 kids) and there was plenty of room for everyone. Joe does an amazing job making sure everything is just perfect. The small things like the beach cart with beach chairs, sand toys, umbrella were so nice to have as it was less to bring along. The view from the 27th floor is like none other. The amount of furniture on the patio is perfect so everyone can sit and enjoy the view together. The decor throughout the condo is beautiful and very welcoming. We would not hesitate to stay there on our next vacation. Not to mention the resort fit all of our needs....an indoor pool for the days it wasn't that hot, a lazy river for a change of pace, tennis courts, oversized games, daily activities, multiple outdoor pools. We were so pleased with our stay. And lastly Joe was so great to work with. He checked in on us a couple times to ensure we had everything we needed. He quickly responded to all emails we sent prior to our vacation. It was great to know we booked with an honest, trustworthy man. And lastly our son left all his DS games in the drawer and Joe quickly gave us the information we needed to get our games back. It made what could have been a real pain very easy to deal with. Thank you Joe for opening your beautiful home to us!! We will be back!!!

Girls!!! Your going to LOVE this Condo~~ THE BEST!!!!!!
Absolutley Breathtaking! From the spacious interior to the Fabulous Balcony with sectional seating for everyone and the high chairs are the best, you can sunbath on the or the two loungers. My husband really loved the outside grill on also, gas and charcoal, first i've seen on Condo balcony. Hot there also. View is endless from East to West. Also has beach chairs for you use with push beach cart to carry alone with ice chest and beach towels and umbrella. Enough about condo. Joe is the BEST conciere. He knows all the local spots to eat and party in the area. We called him for recomindations all the time and he hit on all. Oh! Joe sent over a bottle of wine on our arrival which was perfect and one moring beinjets for breakfast. The only regret was we did not stay longer but we will be back for sure. TN

The Place Was Incredible
Didn't know what to expect. Never even knew Alabama had shoreline. But what a time we had. For starters Turquoise Place is beautiful. the place is very clean, spacious and very nicely furnished. the balcony on the 27th floor offers an incredible view of the gulf. I brought binoculars and would watch the dolphins every morning. The condo is fantastic, very open and as i said, spacious. All the appliances are high quality. seating is very comfortable. I found my bed to be also very comfortable. The balcony is nicely furnished, with comfortable seating, a hot tub, and gas grill. I very much hope to go back to the Orange Beach/Gulf Shores of Alabama and when i do I want to stay here again. There was plenty to do for all, i.e.. helicopter rides, zip lining, BeachFlight (a very light,aircraft that takes you on an incredible ride along the shore) Beautiful beach,some great restaurants, go kart racing, sky coaster, great golf, fishing, Flora-bama, dolphin watching boats, etc. On the second to last day the owner stopped by in the morning with a box of warm beignets, a very nice gesture I thought. In closing, I would highly recommend staying here, I wish I was there now

Luxury Condo
Condo was fantastic! Spacious and upscale. Kitchen was amazing and furnished with anything you might need during your stay. Wine cooler and ice maker at the bar was also an extra not usually found in condo rentals. Bedrooms had lots of room and each had its own bathroom. We especially enjoyed the balcony and took advantage of the outdoor kitchen and hot tub. The tall adirondack chairs were great for watching the dolphins play and follow the fishing boats. The condo is convenient to the elevators from both the lobby and the garage which provides covered parking. One afternoon we also took advantage of the Lazy River. It was a relaxing end to the golfing & shopping activities. Thanks to Joe there was a bottle of chilled wine waiting for us upon our arrival. Looking forward to another stay in this fabulous condo.

Family Trip
We always enjoy visiting Orange Beach. During the off-season, the outdoor pools and lazy river typically are not typically not useable due to weather or annual maintenance, but the beach and view make have plenty to offer. The indoor facilities gave the grandkids plenty of entertainment. The space and accommodations are more than ample. The owner responded quickly to any questions.

Turquoise Place C2706 is beautiful! You will not regret one moment of your stay.
What can I say other than perfect? We love staying here, and try to often. The owner Joe, takes pride in his home away from home and makes sure that every minute of your stay is all you hoped for and more. There is plenty of room for everyone with the 3 br and 3 1/2 baths. He provides a great beach buggy, chairs and beach toys for your stay. The appliances are top rated too! The fridge is a subzero big enough to hold any and all you have. I was there during the tropical storm and the staff was very attentive to any concerns and our safety. Joe even called several times to check on us. If you’re looking for somewhere to stay where you can truly relax and enjoy your time, you will not regret staying here. You are treated as family and not just another tourist. Thank you Joe! We can’t wait until we come back.

Incredible Condo
We stayed at this amazing condo celebrating my 60th birthday. My daughters and friends were overtaken with the views. I can't say enough how incredible this place is. The pictures do not do it justice. The views from the balcony were breath taking. We enjoyed every morning drinking our coffee on the balcony planning our day and discussing where to eat. The beds were very comfortable and the bedrooms were large. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need. Large dinning room table was perfect to eat dinner at and play games. My girls really enjoyed the sauna and workout room. Joe is the nicest person you will meet. He bends over backwards to make your stay perfect. Will definitely stay here again.

27th Floor Turquoise Place, 3BR Condo Amazing Accommodation-You MUST stay here!
The photo's the owner has showing his 27th floor place are good, but they do NOT come close to doing it justice! The luxury, cleanliness, high end appliances, travertine tiles throughout and utter spaciousness will amaze you. the owner has lounge chairs, an umbrella and a cart for the beach. The sunrise, sunset and panoramic views of the ocean (from the huge balcony) will keep you at peace on your trip. If you are an early riser and love walking on the beach, the beach will be yours with few people to be seen in either direction. We stayed from the end of January to the beginning of February and enjoyed seeing porpoises, brown pelicans and a great blue heron which was not phased by us walking within 4 feet of him. We saw many Ospreys, seagulls and many other birds we couldn't identify. "Fish Balls" of bait fish were common and once the birds figured out where they were (which was very close to shore) the show really started as they all were diving to catch a meal. Speaking of food, don't miss eating some Royal Reds, seafood gumbo & shrimp bisque from Blalock's -you won't be disappointed. For the best prices on liquor, wine & beer go to Flora-Bama on the border, which is just a short drive over the bridge. I have had multiple back surgeries and the bed in the master suite was wonderfully supportive and comfortable. Not once in 16 days did I wake up sore! We can't wait to return to use the heated pool, hot tub, steam room and sauna on the 4th floor -we never missed a day of relaxing enjoyment there. This was our first trip, but it will not be the last! the owner is an accomplished host whom is eager to make sure that your stay will be memorable. He left us a bottle of fine Chardonnay to enjoy. The very best!
We brought the Granddaughters and they have had more fun here than anywhere we've taken them! The pools and activities scheduled for children kept them entertained so the adults could have fun also. We enjoy cooking so the Wolf (gas) appliances were a huge treat and this unit has plenty of room to entertain friends. One guest is in a wheelchair and with the ramp going out to the patio, she could easily enjoy the view from the 27th floor! Oh yes, and dolphin watching! We can't say enough good things about our visit.

Beautiful Condo and A Caring Owner
This condo is absolutely gorgeous and has everything you could want. This is the 1st condo I stayed in where the owner actually supplied a computer in their condo for your use. The outdoor balcony furniture is also a great touch. There was nothing more relaxing than relaxing on the balcony and watching the sun rise just past John's Pass. We have stayed at Turquoise Place before and always enjoyed it, but never had the comforts that this condo provided. I encourage you to book this one if you can. We will be back again!

ATTENTION: If you are in need of the absolute PERFECT condo (hands down, the best that I have ever stayed in), then I repeat, the PERFECT condo..you have met your match. I have never felt more taken care of and at home when staying in someone else's condo, then when I was here. As soon as I booked the condo, I received a phone call from the rental manager going over everything I needed to know (not only about the condo but about Orange Beach and its' surroundings--very helpful!) The condo was very accurately described and way over-exceeded my expectations. Hands down, the best part of the condo was the amazing balcony--We used the hot tub every single night and grilled out the last night!! It was super easy to work and the food was even better! Perfect Stay!!
Our condo was absolutely perfect... We had 7 people in our condo and had plenty of room for more. Everything you need is in the unit, chairs for the beach, floats and even buckets/shovels for the little ones. Unit is very clean and completely top of the line. Our unit was ready hours before we arrived and Joe had a bottle of wine chilling waiting on us, he also had warm pastries delivered one morning for breakfast. Wish I could stay longer
This complex was outstanding, This particular condo was perfection. We loved the high floor, and the ocean view. We enjoyed the hot tub and outside space thoroughly in the late afternoon and evening times. This place has everything a family needs.(ages 13-84). We did many water activities near by including fishing. We enjoyed Flora-Bama, the Pensacola Naval Station Museum, and saw a minor league game for the Wahoos! (Beautiful staduim) In our down time we enjoyed the comforts of the complex including the lazy river, a fun slide, and pickleball! We used the board games and puzzles in the condo in the evenings. We truthfully didn’t want to leave. It was the most calming vacation I’ve had in a long time. So much so, I did almost no work that I brought to do;) The kitchen was stocked with cooking utensils and appliances. We rented chairs and umbrellas at the beach rather than what was in the condo. Place was clean however, it was not ready at 4. We waited outside the unit and probably pushed the cleaning service to move a bit faster. I felt bad doing that, but it was Easter Sunday and we had dinner reservations. Otherwise, a great stay, a great area, and lots of family time! Well worth the money spent! I wish I could retire there! Thanks Joe!

Hurricane Sally
We were there during Hurricane Sally and the condo held up great. Outdoor furniture is very comfortable and sturdy and barely moved during a category 2 hurricane. The condo was very clean, well furnished and neatly decorated. I have stayed in several condos along the Gulf Coast and this is by far the nicest I have stayed in. Fantastic olace
The owner Joe is simply fantastic. He was available if needed anything, just a phone call/text. I must say didn’t really need anything because the place was in tiptop shape, not a single issue. It was ready early and he got us setup to check in a few hours earlier. The unit was amazing, clean and everything in it was top of the line. The patio setup is where it is at, from the high chairs to the conversation set and the hot tub, it was where we spent most of the time after dinner and just relax after a day on the beach. We had 4 adults, 2 teenagers and 3 kids under 11 and there was plenty of space. All the kids shared the 3rd bedroom, the pull out twin in there is a great extra in the room. The beach cart was a life saver he has in the laundry room as well as the extras, beach toys for kids to play in the sand and a few boogie boards along with chairs. We didn’t buy any chairs because there was at least 8 good beach chairs in the unit. The complex was really nice, the pools where clean and the lazy river was fun to relax after being on the beach all day. The bar by the pool made some pretty good drinks as well. The bar was a little slow because they were under staffed but that is true of every restaurant we went to in Orange Beach and Gulf Shores. Joe has a superb unit and he is a just a great guy to talk to and work with. Going back next summer and he is our first call when looking for a place.

Family NYE Rendezvous
We had a wonderful time at Joe's lovely Turquoise Place getaway! Joe and the condo management provided great communication, and the staff at TP were all very friendly, too. The view is incredible and we made good use of the spacious balcony. While we prepared our New Year's Eve dinner on the gas grill, someone on the beach put on an impromptu fireworks show. (Thank you ;) whoever you are!!!) Joe has everything you need for the beach... chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, pails + shovels, along with a big cart to roll it all down to the shore. This is a HUGE bonus, since you don't have to buy all of that stuff or haul it in your car during your trip. There were also plenty of "starter supplies" available. Hopefully, we will be back soon!

Perfect with breathtaking Views
We stayed with my kiddos and my parents. The condo was perfect! Space and layout was great for all of us. The balcony and view was beyond amazing! The Blue couch is Perfect for morning coffee and evening cocktails. The amenties that were at the condo and the little extras Joe provided were really nice. Great Stay!
This was our second time in this particular condo and it remains as described. There is some wear and tear throughout, nothing that impacted our stay, but would benefit from paint. There are lots of little extras like games, beach toys, pack and play, etc. that make the stay more comfortable. We loved the new hot tub. Communication with Joe was quick and easy for any questions that came up. The water slide and renovated pools were awesome! Overall, no concerns and plan to come back. Highly recommend!

This is our 3rd time staying at Turquoise Place and our 1st time staying in a 3 bedroom condo. This 3 bedroom exceeded our expectations! We traveled with another family that had never stayed at Turquoise Place and they were blown away by the condo complex and this particular unit. We travel a lot and this by far is one of the nicest units that we have stayed in! The decor was fantastic and comfortable. Rob was wonderful to work with and made sure that everything met or exceeded our expectations. The sectional couch on the balcony was a wonderful asset to the condo. Great Condo on the Gulf
This property was everything that showed in the pictures. Joe, the condo owner, has been hands on since we originally booked. We definitely will be back with our extended family in the near future! The only drawback we had was the weather! Sometimes this time of year, the weather gets dicey and can be a little chilly. The days we were able to "beach it", it was FABULOUS. We used to come to Gulf Shores when our children were young during Easter vacation and we did a reunion! We can't believe how much growth Orange Beach has had!

Absolutely Beautiful... Stunning
On our recent stay, we were completely impressed with everything. Joe had all the amenities you would need for a wonderful stay and outings to the beach. Having a 21 month old we were worried we would not have everything, but Joe had anything you could imagine for us. We cooked and had all cookware and dinnerware we needed. We were taken away by how beautifuly the condo was decorated and the flow of the condo. We would wake up to have breakfast on the balcony and then get ready for our day at the beach. After our day we would come back and relax. I would enjoy the full size jacuzzi tub and relax. My son enjoyed this as well, it was like a swimming pool for him. My husband enjoyed both walk in showers. I couldn't get over how big the master suite and bathroom were. My son stayed in the other king bedroom and enjoyed the spaciousness for his pack and play and toys. I was impressed with the open floor plan. I absolutely loved the huge kitchen. The Turquoise Place amenities were great. The lazy river was relaxing, the pools were beautiful, and the Tiki Bar gave us a break without having to go inside. The beach service was great. The guys on staff took care of us well. They moved the umbrellas all day long to help shade our little one and were so friendly to speak with. This was our first family vacation and thanks to Joe's ease to talk to and having thought of everything made this our first of many and not our last. We will definitely book again for next year. Family vacation
We are a family of 4 children and 6 adults and the condo accommodated us very comfortably. The master suite and bath are very luxurious. The kitchen is very spacious and was stocked with all the cooking equipment that we needed . The balcony and the view are amazing! Joe, the owner checked in with us several times and made us feel very welcome. He graciously left us a bottle of wine for our 50 th wedding anniversary celebration. The weather was perfect! The beach had a little too much algae towards the end of our stay and it attracted too many jelly fish. We had a wonderful time at ocean beach and will definitely book this condo again.

Absolutely the BEST condo on the coast!!!
At the last minute my girl and I decided to get away to take final exams. We enjoyed every aspect of the unit. The condo could not have been more perfect, and the owner Joe could not have been more helpful or accommodating. The decor is great... not the fish pics and wicker furniture typical of most condos! The view from the balcony is amazing, we enjoyed the grill and Jacuzzi! We saw plenty of sea life and marveled at beautiful sunrises and sunsets!! As it was December we spent most of our time in the condo with the fireplace on and the patio doors open to let in the fresh Gulf air. The beds are SUPER comfortable, the master bath is a dream! There's not enough I can say in this review to express the comfort, joy, and relaxation we experienced during our stay... Don't waste your time looking at two-thousand other units!!... This is an amazing unit. The condo is immaculate. You are greeted with a bottle of wine chilling on the wet bar. The kitchen is stocked with various pots, pans, gadgets to prepare any meal. The gas grill on the balcony is great for grilling oysters. Joe thinks of everything, even had a beach buggy in the laundry room loaded with beach chairs and toys for the beach if needed. Gulf sounds and sight during the day- Stars at night!
Home away from Home is how I would rate this condo. Everything you need was in the kitchen. If anything had a problem I would call Joe and it was taken care ASAP. Beach, outdoor pools, Lazy river and indoor pool were all used by our family. I never felt crowded and we were their during spring break for college and families.

Incredible views from an incredible condo!
I had very high expectations for this condo and it did not disappoint. From the moment we opened the door, we were mesmerized. The view from the 27th floor is incredible. The condo is beautifully decorated and provides everything you could possibly need to enjoy your vacation. The rooms are spacious and the beds were very comfortable - even my husband slept well, which is pretty unusual! The kitchen is well-appointed and the blender was used daily for our morning smoothies. There is LOTS of space in the condo, and even though we were only a family of 4, there is easily enough room for 2+ families. The weather during our stay was unusually cool so we did not spend much time on the beach. My son and I spent several hours each day hanging out on the balcony. One of the things that sets this condo apart from the others is the very comfortable patio furniture on the balcony. Many of the other condos at Turquoise Place only had a set of metal dining furniture on their balcony but this condo not only had plenty of very comfortable outdoor seating, but also two loungers and a pair of elevated bar stools, which was our favorite place to hang out in the mornings watching the birds, planes and helicopters fly by!!! The hot tub was used every day. We watched a movie every night and just enjoyed hanging out and relaxing. This was a fabulous condo to rent, probably one of the nicest places we have ever stayed (and we've stayed at some pretty nice places). We hope to visit Turquoise Place again and will definitely book this condo!! Thanks Joe - you have an awesome condo!

Felt like home
I can't give this place enough stars! The owner is the best that I have ever booked with. Joe really does care about his renter. Whole we were there Space X landed in the gulf and we would have never got to see the re entry from space if he didn't let us know. It was an amazing experience all the way around. Beautiful condo
We stayed in this condo over spring break and have absolutely nothing but great things to say. The view is incredible but even better are the comfortable furnishings provided to make the view that much better! The condo is decorated lovely and the kitchen fully stocked. The owner was very helpful with giving us suggestions of places to eat and things to do. We visited fort Morgan and the navel museum watching the blue angels both of which I would highly recommend. We golfed fished and enjoyed the beach and pools. The only downside was the outdoor pools were not heated and the water was too cool to swim. The indoor pools are nice but kids prefer outdoor. There is so much to do in gulf shores we will definitely be going back!

Excellent vacation!
This is by far the best place to stay! Lovely condo, well maintained. I especially liked the tile floors throughout as my son is in a wheelchair and carpet can be an issue. Smart TV with Netflix, HBO Go. DVD players in every bedroom. Wonderful deck furniture with grill and hot tub. Joe even provided a bottle of wine on arrival!... I'm going to book again next year!

The condo worked perfectly for our group. Several amenities helped up save trips to the store. Having an in room ice maker and a grill on the balcony was wonderful. The views were phenomenal from the balcony, and the seating on the balcony was prefect for our group. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a lovely vacation! Wonderful Anniversary Trip
Our stay at Turquoise Place was perfection! The condo was emmaculant. A nice bottle of Chardonnay added a personal tounch. Mr. Joe was hands on, available for any questions! Great Week!
Everything was absolutely perfect! Great views, great beaches a very safe and family atmosphere. We traveled with 3 teens and an 11 year old. I felt comfortable with them and not having to be with them at all times. The condo was absulutely wonderful, great decor and it was great that Joe makes it personal. He was very welcoming and accomodating before, during and after our stay. Checking to see if there was anything we needed, bringing us breakfast and recommending local eating establishments. Great Condo
Our entire family had a great experience in this condo. The condo was well decorated and very clean. Joe, checked in with us on the day we checked in and the day before we checked out. We not only received a welcome gift but also received a nice surprise departure gift the morning we were leaving. When making my decision on which Condo to pick, the pictures of this condo is what help make my decision. The pictures does no justice, it's amazing. I have to say, Joe your condo is amazing, from the location, size, accessories, everything that Turquois offers , and above all your southern hospitality. It was our first time to stay at Turquois and I will be coming back next year and hoping to rent this same condo. This condo did feel like home away from home. Exceeded Expectations!
This GORGEOUS condo is even more amazing in person that in the pictures! Our group stayed at this Turquoise unit for the 4th of July, and the owner Joe made it so special for us! We were greeted with a welcome note and bottle of wine from Joe! The condo is immaculate, has tons of space, the kitchen was loaded with high-end appliances and cookware, and the bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and very well decorated. We also LOVED the massive balcony -- the water views from the 27th floor are STUNNING, there is an amazing outdoor kitchen, surplus seating, and a hot tub! It was so much fun to watch fireworks from the condo! Turquoise Place is such an incredible property, and this condo was the icing on the cake! I would highly recommend it to families, couples, and groups looking for a luxurious and fun beach getaway!

A Turquoise Christmas
SIMPLY OUTSTANDING! Having been return guests to the Orange Beach area for the past 20 years, we can attest that you will not find a better condo ANYWHERE up or down the beach! To say you should rent with confidence is an understatement! We would have no reservations about coming back to this unit. The condo demonstrates exquisite beauty in every detail! There is no equal for Joe's balcony. That couch and those high back Adirondack chairs were the perfect place to hang out and take in the breathtaking view from the 27th floor. Having slept in many different beds, we seriously wanted to take this one home. With extra pillows, it was so comfortable! The utility room is well-stocked with beach chairs and even a cart to carry them down to the beach. This owner has thought of everything to make your stay complete. The complimentary bottle of wine and a check-in call "to make sure everything was absolutely perfect" attest to this owner's commitment to each guest's complete satisfaction. This is one owner who you can easily work with. He's a genuinely nice guy! And one last thing –Joe makes living the dream realistic. This was our first time in Orange Beach. We’ve stayed at a lot of places in Destin and Panama City- this is by far the cleanest condo and resort! Joe was very easy to work with and responded quickly.

Wonderful Spring Break!
We really enjoyed staying at Joe's condo. It was clean, spacious and well equipped. Turquoise Place is a very nice building with a great location and beautiful beach. It was fairly early in the season, so the building was under some maintenance. We were a little disappointed to find the tennis courts, playground, kiddie pool and one outdoor pool not open. Luckily, there was still two indoor pools, a lazy river and one outdoor pool open for us to enjoy. This condo has a great balcony on the 27th floor with comfortable furniture, a grill and hot tub. The views from up there were amazing. The condo itself was spacious enough for four adults and three children to be able to get away if needed. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to make meals and the wet bar with ice maker made cocktail making very easy. It was great to have a washer and dryer in the condo, it made traveling a little lighter possible. The condo also had a beach buggy with plenty of beach chairs and toys for us to enjoy. We really enjoyed our time at Joe's place and would definitely stay again.

Great Stay!
We were pleasantly surprised at the condo’s little extras (games, puzzles, sand toys, boogie boards) for the kids. The condo was quiet and fully stocked. We had zero complaints. The only issue we had was one morning we didn’t have water. It turned out, the tower’s water pump went out. It was a mild inconvenience for about an hour before it was fixed. We highly recommend this condo and we are very picky! The listing doesn’t do it justice. We will definitely be back! Thanks for sharing your space and we hope to be back soon…. Great Unit! Great Location!
This is a beautiful condo in a great vacation spot! I wouldn’t think about staying anywhere else on my next trip to Orange Beach. Unit is in decorated and maintained beautifully will all high-end furnishings and appliances. The unit has a great balcony overlooking the Gulf and we spent more time out there than in the condo. There is easy access to the beach and pools making the location perfect for a family vacation. Owner made sure everything was perfect before our arrival and checked–in to make sure we didn’t need anything during our stay. He also provided us with recommendations for activities and restaurants and even delivered breakfast one morning. There are plenty of activities for children of all ages. We went on a helicopter ride, dolphin cruise, zip-lining, to the beach and pool every day and returned to this great condo every night.

Wonderful Winter Getaway!!!
Our stay was marvelous! It was intended to be an adult getaway for my husband and myself. Our grandson found out we were going. We had taken him to Tourquois Place before. We didn't have the heart to say no as grands often will not. He and another 13 year old came along. I did not mind cooking more than I had planned in the gourmet kitchen. My husband was chef fantastic on the gas grill. They guys loved all of the amenities. My husband and I just enjoyed the view and private hot tub on most days. Our last full day was Saturday, Sabbath, a warm day to explore beach nature. It was great! The weather was cool to cold most days but we equipped ourselves with warm drinks and enjoyed the comfortable balcony furniture. The fireworks displays were exciting right from the balcony. I am crushed that some has this beautiful condo already booked for this time this year.

Thanksgiving for a crowd
Instead of anyone having to endure the stress of hosting multiple famies at their home for Thanksgiving, we all decided to gather in "neutral ground" at Joe's condo. The gas stove, double ovens, and outdoor grill offered ample cooking space to prepare a feast for 12. The cooking utensils were top notch; everything we needed for gourmet food prep was there. The grocery store is only about a block away. After meals there was plenty of space in the den area for everyone to get a seat for watching football on the large LCD TV. Views are spectacular. The large dining room table offered a great place for family card games in the evening. On the cold days the kids loved the indoor pool. Walks on the beach on those sunny fall days are so relaxing. The separate bedroom suites offer some reprieve when you need a little break from the crowd when occassionally needed, and offer enough isolation so that sleeping-in could be uninterrupted. Parking is easy and convenient. Definitely a great place for extended family get-togethers.

Perfect spring break and birthday celebration!
From the moment we stepped foot in Joe’s condo, we were impressed! Not only did the size and upscale accommodations amaze our family, but the view of Orange Beach from the 27th floor was also spectacular! Hanging out in the balcony was a favorite pastime during our stay, from lounging on the comfortable couch and recliners to relaxing in the hot tub. It was our daughter’s 6th birthday celebration, and she thoroughly enjoyed watching the sunrise over the horizon on the patio and eating her cake in the spacious kitchen and dining area. Our bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable - did I mention there’s a huge jacuzzi in the master bath? The location is also perfect because it’s a few steps away from the beach and so close to many restaurants that served delicious seafood. To top everything off, it was a pleasure working with Joe. It was easy to tell that he genuinely wants his guests to enjoy their stay with his pleasant, cheerful and thoroughly helpful manner. We would gladly rent from him again anytime! It was an amazing spring break vacation!

Family Vacay!
We absolutely LOVED this condo!! It was very spacious and nicely decorated. We had a family of 11 and never felt crowded in this unit. The owner's description of the property is exactly as described. The pictures do not do the place justice!! We were contacted by Joe, the owner, prior to our arrival to answer any questions we had and again after we arrived - just to make sure we found everything OK. He made us all feel welcome and at home. We were pleasantly greeted upon our arrival with a chilled glass of wine and had the pleasure of meeting Joe himself when he delivered breakfast the next morning! The weather was extremely nice during our stay which made the nights out on the balcony wonderful!! Having the grill right there for family cookouts was very convenient and the comfy furniture and hot tub made it all the better. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone wishing to visit Orange Beach. My family has vacationed there for the past several years and we have never experienced a nicer stay anywhere else. We loved this condo! The high-end kitchen made cooking fun and easy. The layout provided privacy as well as family community space that made it easy to have three different families in one space. The deck was also added living space with the comfortable seating arrangements, the built-in grill, and the hot tub. We spent a lot of time on that deck, where we were at eye level with the birds and the helicopters. And the view was fabulous and hypnotizing. It is by far our favorite place. Best condo ever
This condo far exceeded our expectation. We had a girl's trip planned for more than 6 months for 8 of us. We walked into the condo to find a bottle of wine chilling for us. The condo came equip with everything you needed even chairs for the beach and towels for the pool and hot tub. We enjoyed the lazy river, indoor pool, outdoor pool, sauna and steam room. Having our own hot tub was an added bonus. We also had short drives to restaurants and the grocery store. The best thing was that Joe had someone deliver hot beignets to us one morning as we were trying to decide if we were going to get out to go to breakfast -the timing was perfect. When we left we all decided to do it again the same time next year. This was one of the best trips to the beach for me. Can't wait to do it again next year.

Our family of 10 stayed very comfortably in this beautiful condo! They views were amazing - I think we spent as much time outside on the porch as we did inside. The furniture and beds were very good quality - noticeably better than other condos we have stayed in in the area. He wanted to make sure we had his contact information so we could call him direct with any questions we might have leading up to the stay. The pictures on line do not do the apartment justice. When you walk through the hallway leading up to the open concept kitchen/Dining Room/Living Room, the horizon of the Gulf comes into spectacular view from the 27th floor. The view gets even more spectacular as you stand on the large balcony overlooking the pristine beach and coastline as you hear the crashing of the waves. The balcony curves out so you can get an unobstructed view of the coastline from both directions. The view from the balcony gives you a wonderful view of the sun setting. On the balcony, as you can tell from the pictures is a hot tub and grill. We used both! There was also plenty of patio furniture that allows for guests to relax and enjoy the outdoors. The condo is just as advertised. We had 7 adults in our party and it was very comfortable. As advertised, there was a bottle of wine awaiting us. It is very obvious that Joe cares about those that stay in his place and wants their stay to be as comfortable as possible. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Orange Beach and a big part that made that possible was Joe's caring nature and his beautiful Condo. Thank you Joe, for helping make our stay in Orange Beach enjoyable and memorable.

Unbelievable.
A group of 8 of my closest girl friends head to the beach every year in April. This is our fourth year to visit as a group, and this was by far the best experience we have ever had in Orange Beach. Joe's condo is immaculate. It has absolutely everything you can imagine needing during a beach stay. This condo had beach towels, beach chairs, and a beach buggy that we were allowed to use which made packing way much easier!! The decor in the condo is very nice and classy. The kitchen was huge and had incredible appliances that one of our friends used a couple of times. My favorite part was the huge sectional out on the balcony that allowed all 8 of us to sit together in the evening and have a glass (or maybe a bottle!) of wine and listen to the ocean. The hot tub was used a few times as it was overcast and quite windy while we were there so it was nice to sit in the hot tub and still experience the outdoors!! The first night at the condo, we couldn't seem to get the hot tub warm enough so I called Joe and he called me right back. Excellent service from the owner of this unit. Oh, and when we arrived, Joe had left a bottle of wine for us which was a nice touch!!! We are already looking at booking this same unit for next year! Best beach experience ever!!!!

Beautiful condo right on the beach with beautiful sunsets!!!
This condo is wonderful. Beautiful upscale complex with comfortable beds, big screen TV’s and well equipped kitchen! The deck furniture is amazing - so comfortable! We spent much of the week on the deck in the comfy furniture looking out over the beach/gulf. What a place to refresh the soul! Beautiful sunsets! We were wanting a nice place to getaway for a quiet week to kick off the New Year and this was perfect! Unfortunately, the amenities were closed due to hurricane, pandemic and winter (which we knew before we went) so we weren’t able to enjoy them, but we still had a fantastic week. The wet bar with ice maker was great. The grill and hot tub on the deck was so nice! Lots of extras like beach buggy, chairs etc. We have rented in Gulf Shores at least 10 times and this was primo! Can’t wait to come back when pools, lazy river and such are open. I would highly recommend this condo!!!!

Excellent unit.
This is our 4th spring break at turquoise. Joe’s unit is well maintained and clean. Joe provided excellent recommendations on dining. We had a great time and I highly recommend his unit. One note - you can hear the elevator in the bedroom closest and it scared my 8-year-old the first night. Once we realized what it was we bought a sound machine from Walmart and all was well.

The property was absolutely beautiful! It was definitely the nicest condo we have ever stayed in.
I highly recommend this property to everyone. It is amazing! It is very spacious & the kitchen is definitely top notch. It has it's own under counter ice machine. This was very handy. The balcony area was very roomy also. The beach and pools were beautiful. We will definitely stay here again. The owner, Joe was very helpful with anything we needed help with. A great vacation spot!

Family/friend fun
We vacation in Orange beach every year and had always wanted to stay at Turquoise Place and it was a wonderful as we had dreamed! We had 11 people and any other condo would have been too small! Our condo was plenty large that we never seemed crowded! Joe was very generous and easy to work with! We were concerned abou being on the 27th floor bc of elevator waits(and my son sleep walks) but we never had any trouble! Plus the view was worth it all! We also really enjoyed being able to check in early, and all of the beach supplies he has available to use! Love our trip!!

Perfect stay!
We loved every moment here. Joe is wonderful to work with and checked in with us to make sure that we were pleased. I even left a piece of luggage and they called me to let me know they would be sending it to me. Can’t wait to stay again!

Spectacular Gulf Coast Vacation
Spent an incredible week in this stunning condo! The Turquoise is a beautiful facility with impeccable amenities , attentive staff, and a breathtaking views. The condo had everything you needed- kitchen was well stocked, beds were incredibly comfortable, and the balcony was spectacular. This is the nicest rental we've ever stayed in thru all of our years of using homeaway. Our party of 10 (4 adults, 3 teens & 3 kids) was comfortable and had plenty of room. The photos and reviews are fantastic- but won't prepare you for how amazing this rental truly is. Our favorite part was watching the dolphins swimming by every day! Joe, the owner, is fantastic to work with and very responsive. Can't wait to visit again!

WOW! EXCEEDED EXPECTATIONS
This condo is spectacular in every respect. Beautifully decorated, comfortable furnishings, kitchen a professional chef would give 5 stars, awesome view from a huge balcony. We were three couples getting together for a week and had plenty of space to be together but also privacy with bedrooms with individual TV's and bathrooms. The Owner was so easy to work with. Responsive to any questions and thought of everything to make your stay so easy. He anticipated any need you would have. We will definitely return and refer this condo to friends and family.

Perfect Condo 27 floors high in Orange Beach.
This is a condo that has everything you are looking for in a Luxury condo. The master bedroom and bath are great. The other two bedrooms and bath exceptional. The den is very large and can accommodate a large group. The balcony was my favorite. The view was fantastic. We watched dolphins every morning. This made for wonderful family time. Thank you Joe for allowing us to share your beautiful condo.

Beautiful home away from home
We love this unit at Turquoise Place. It is perfect for our family and our host, Joe, could not be more helpful or welcoming. We have spent several weeks each winter for the last two years, and are completely comfortable. The unit is not lacking for anything to make your stay the best ever. Having morning coffee on the large outdoor terrace watching the beach-walkers and seeing the dolphins swimming by - wow. Joe is a generous, caring owner and wants his guests to feel at home. The unit is furnished beautifully and is an elegant place to enjoy all the great things Orange Beach has to offer.

We gathered as a family for a much needed get away. Joe the owner was in regular contact and made suggestions when asked about places to eat and fishing guides etc...property was awesome and Joe went out of his way to make sure our stay was perfect. We will definitely be back.

Fabulous!!!
This condo it’s beautiful! The patio is the place to be, and that’s where my son decided his online classes would be because of the virus shutdown! Imagine taking a test at the beach when we where in high school in the 80’s! Or whatever year! So hopefully things will get back to normal, and this condo is the place to pick. Joe, the owner, is quick to respond to texts and emails. And the bottle of wine....thank you, Joe! Also, the beds are beyond comfy. I had three nights of painless sleep. I now need to find out what brand that mattress is in the main bedroom.
