We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo in Orange Beach. It was a beautiful, well-maintained property in an excellent location with easy access to everything we wanted to do. It is one of the nicest condos we've stayed in, and we've visited Orange Beach several times. We highly recommend this condo and would definitely stay here again.

I was concerned about the crowds and elevator wait times since we were there during a peak holiday weekend. But we never waited for an elevator. The pool and beach never felt crowded. The kids loved the waterslide. We able to play pickleball every night. Everything about this condo and the location was great. Easy walk on the beach to Coastal. The beds were comfortable. I was also a little concerned about them coming into your condo every day to check the hot tub, but they are in and out quickly. We hardly noticed them. I have nothing negative to say about the stay. Probably one of our best beach vacations so far.

The property was very nice and well managed. There were two towers, so a lot of amenities, such as the pools, were replicated across both. The beach was well kept and not too crowded. We really enjoyed the features of the condo itself, especially the on-deck jacuzzi, full kitchen, and laundry. My only critique would be the TVs, all of which seemed older. The main TV had some hotspots and looks like it needs to be replaced. Otherwise, the cabling was rather sloppy, and it was difficult to find available outlets for my kids' game consoles. A newer smart TV that just lets you sign into your own streaming accounts would be a better fit than the various Dish network boxes and remotes.

This was our second time in this particular condo and it remains as described. There is some wear and tear throughout, nothing that impacted our stay, but would benefit from paint. There are lots of little extras like games, beach toys, pack and play, etc. that make the stay more comfortable. We loved the new hot tub. Communication with Joe was quick and easy for any questions that came up. The water slide and renovated pools were awesome! Overall, no concerns and plan to come back. Highly recommend!

This complex was outstanding, This particular condo was perfection. We loved the high floor, and the ocean view. We enjoyed the hot tub and outside space thoroughly in the late afternoon and evening times. This place has everything a family needs.(ages 13-84). We did many water activities near by including fishing. We enjoyed Flora-Bama, the Pensacola Naval Station Museum, and saw a minor league game for the Wahoos! (Beautiful staduim) In our down time we enjoyed the comforts of the complex including the lazy river, a fun slide, and pickleball! We used the board games and puzzles in the condo in the evenings. We truthfully didn’t want to leave. It was the most calming vacation I’ve had in a long time. So much so, I did almost no work that I brought to do;) The kitchen was stocked with cooking utensils and appliances. We rented chairs and umbrellas at the beach rather than what was in the condo. Place was clean however, it was not ready at 4. We waited outside the unit and probably pushed the cleaning service to move a bit faster. I felt bad doing that, but it was Easter Sunday and we had dinner reservations. Otherwise, a great stay, a great area, and lots of family time! Well worth the money spent! I wish I could retire there! Thanks Joe!

This is our 4th spring break at turquoise. Joe’s unit is well maintained and clean. Joe provided excellent recommendations on dining. We had a great time and I highly recommend his unit. One note - you can hear the elevator in the bedroom closest and it scared my 8-year-old the first night. Once we realized what it was we bought a sound machine from Walmart and all was well.

We always enjoy visiting Orange Beach. During the off-season, the outdoor pools and lazy river typically are not typically not useable due to weather or annual maintenance, but the beach and view make have plenty to offer. The indoor facilities gave the grandkids plenty of entertainment. The space and accommodations are more than ample. The owner responded quickly to any questions.

We had a wonderful time at Joe's lovely Turquoise Place getaway! Joe and the condo management provided great communication, and the staff at TP were all very friendly, too. The view is incredible and we made good use of the spacious balcony. While we prepared our New Year's Eve dinner on the gas grill, someone on the beach put on an impromptu fireworks show. (Thank you ;) whoever you are!!!) Joe has everything you need for the beach... chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, pails + shovels, along with a big cart to roll it all down to the shore. This is a HUGE bonus, since you don't have to buy all of that stuff or haul it in your car during your trip. There were also plenty of "starter supplies" available. Hopefully, we will be back soon!

The condo exceeded my expectations. The view was spectacular. There is noise during the day right now as the building is under repair from the hurricane last year. The noise is minimal and did not affect our stay. There were some issues that arose during our stay. Nothing that could have been forseen or expected. For instance the jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom worked the first time we used it, but the second time it did not. When I informed Joe of this or any other issue that arose he responded quickly and contacted maintenance (or the necessary party) to have the issues resolved as soon as possible. I would stay again.

Home away from Home is how I would rate this condo. Everything you need was in the kitchen. If anything had a problem I would call Joe and it was taken care ASAP. Beach, outdoor pools, Lazy river and indoor pool were all used by our family. I never felt crowded and we were their during spring break for college and families.

We are a family of 4 children and 6 adults and the condo accommodated us very comfortably. The master suite and bath are very luxurious. The kitchen is very spacious and was stocked with all the cooking equipment that we needed . The balcony and the view are amazing! Joe, the owner checked in with us several times and made us feel very welcome. He graciously left us a bottle of wine for our 50 th wedding anniversary celebration. The weather was perfect! The beach had a little too much algae towards the end of our stay and it attracted too many jelly fish. We had a wonderful time at ocean beach and will definitely book this condo again.

We really enjoyed staying at Joe's condo. It was clean, spacious and well equipped. Turquoise Place is a very nice building with a great location and beautiful beach. It was fairly early in the season, so the building was under some maintenance. We were a little disappointed to find the tennis courts, playground, kiddie pool and one outdoor pool not open. Luckily, there was still two indoor pools, a lazy river and one outdoor pool open for us to enjoy. This condo has a great balcony on the 27th floor with comfortable furniture, a grill and hot tub. The views from up there were amazing. The condo itself was spacious enough for four adults and three children to be able to get away if needed. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to make meals and the wet bar with ice maker made cocktail making very easy. It was great to have a washer and dryer in the condo, it made traveling a little lighter possible. The condo also had a beach buggy with plenty of beach chairs and toys for us to enjoy. We really enjoyed our time at Joe's place and would definitely stay again.

This condo is wonderful. Beautiful upscale complex with comfortable beds, big screen TV’s and well equipped kitchen! The deck furniture is amazing - so comfortable! We spent much of the week on the deck in the comfy furniture looking out over the beach/gulf. What a place to refresh the soul! Beautiful sunsets! We were wanting a nice place to getaway for a quiet week to kick off the New Year and this was perfect! Unfortunately, the amenities were closed due to hurricane, pandemic and winter (which we knew before we went) so we weren’t able to enjoy them, but we still had a fantastic week. The wet bar with ice maker was great. The grill and hot tub on the deck was so nice! Lots of extras like beach buggy, chairs etc. We have rented in Gulf Shores at least 10 times and this was primo! Can’t wait to come back when pools, lazy river and such are open. I would highly recommend this condo!!!!

The location was amazing! Right on the beach with amazing views. The balcony had a lot of comfortable, sturdy furniture to just sit out and enjoy the weather. Inside everything was very high end and well maintained. We had one incident with a door handle coming loose and Joe had a maintenance man there within a half hour on a saturday night! Joe's place is amazing and so is he. Joe D. called the night before to explain some small stuff to us and wished us a safe trip. The cleaning crew did an amazing job, There is so much room for everyone. We grilled steaks and had a great wine our second night right there on our own balcony !! No rushing to find an empty grill to use ! The view OMGosh it was beautiful. By the end of all our days from shopping, exploring, swimming the inside pool, we were to exhausted to sit in our own hot tub. !! We were sad when it was time to leave. Turquoise Place is absolutely stunning and the location is perfection. We fell in love from the minute we pulled up. Joe was amazing to work with from the very beginning of the booking process. He made me so comfortable and let me know he was available for any questions both before and after our arrival. Just a genuinely great guy. I feel like I know him even though we have never met in person. The unit was very large and absolutely stunning. We did not want for anything. The hot tub on the deck was an added bonus, especially when it rained our first day. 3.5 bathrooms came in very helpful. We had more space than we needed, but loved every inch of it. The beach and view were breathtaking. The staff throughout were kind, friendly, and helpful . The nachos at the little pool bar were to die for. We had an amazing experience. The condo was exactly what I expected from the pictures. It was clean and had all the necessary items needed. They even had beach towels, a cart, toys and chairs! The gas grill was great to have when we felt like staying in and the hot tub felt amazing. The view from the balcony was spectacular! We saw dolphins, a manatee, some rays, and even a few sharks! We were there during Hurricane Sally and the condo held up great. Outdoor furniture is very comfortable and sturdy and barely moved during a category 2 hurricane. The condo was very clean, well furnished and neatly decorated. I have stayed in several condos along the Gulf Coast and this is by far the nicest I have stayed in. The owner Joe is simply fantastic. He was available if needed anything, just a phone call/text. I must say didn’t really need anything because the place was in tiptop shape, not a single issue. It was ready early and he got us setup to check in a few hours earlier. The unit was amazing, clean and everything in it was top of the line. The patio setup is where it is at, from the high chairs to the conversation set and the hot tub, it was where we spent most of the time after dinner and just relax after a day on the beach. We had 4 adults, 2 teenagers and 3 kids under 11 and there was plenty of space. All the kids shared the 3rd bedroom, the pull out twin in there is a great extra in the room. The beach cart was a life saver he has in the laundry room as well as the extras, beach toys for kids to play in the sand and a few boogie boards along with chairs. We didn’t buy any chairs because there was at least 8 good beach chairs in the unit. The complex was really nice, the pools where clean and the lazy river was fun to relax after being on the beach all day. The bar by the pool made some pretty good drinks as well. The bar was a little slow because they were under staffed but that is true of every restaurant we went to in Orange Beach and Gulf Shores. Joe has a superb unit and he is a just a great guy to talk to and work with. Going back next summer and he is our first call when looking for a place.

This condo it’s beautiful! The patio is the place to be, and that’s where my son decided his online classes would be because of the virus shutdown! Imagine taking a test at the beach when we where in high school in the 80’s! Or whatever year! So hopefully things will get back to normal, and this condo is the place to pick. Joe, the owner, is quick to respond to texts and emails. And the bottle of wine....thank you, Joe! Also, the beds are beyond comfy. I had three nights of painless sleep. I now need to find out what brand that mattress is in the main bedroom.

When reviewing this property, one thing that stood out was all the positive reviews and how it seemed a majority of the reviews mentioned "Joe", and how awesome he is. We made the reservation on Saturday and heard from Joe on the following day. He wanted to make sure we had his contact information so we could call him direct with any questions we might have leading up to the stay. The pictures on line do not do the apartment justice. When you walk through the hallway leading up to the open concept kitchen/Dining Room/Living Room, the horizon of the Gulf comes into spectacular view from the 27th floor. The view gets even more spectacular as you stand on the large balcony overlooking the pristine beach and coastline as you hear the crashing of the waves. The balcony curves out so you can get an unobstructed view of the coastline from both directions. The view from the balcony gives you a wonderful view of the sun setting. On the balcony, as you can tell from the pictures is a hot tub and grill. We used both! There was also plenty of patio furniture that allows for guests to relax and enjoy the outdoors. The condo is just as advertised. We had 7 adults in our party and it was very comfortable. As advertised, there was a bottle of wine awaiting us. It is very obvious that Joe cares about those that stay in his place and wants their stay to be as comfortable as possible. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Orange Beach and a big part that made that possible was Joe's caring nature and his beautiful Condo. Thank you Joe, for helping make our stay in Orange Beach enjoyable and memorable.

We were pleasantly surprised at the condo’s little extras (games, puzzles, sand toys, boogie boards) for the kids. The condo was quiet and fully stocked. We had zero complaints. The only issue we had was one morning we didn’t have water. It turned out, the tower’s water pump went out. It was a mild inconvenience for about an hour before it was fixed. We highly recommend this condo and we are very picky! The listing doesn’t do it justice. We will definitely be back! Thanks for sharing your space and we hope to be back soon…. I haven’t stayed in a better condo; actually I probably spent most of my time on the balcony. All the pools kept the kids entertained and when they got tired of one we just moved to another. There wasn’t really any reason to leave the property we were so busy there. Joe was great at communicating and answering questions. I would definitely stay here again.

This property had everything we needed and more! It was so nice to have beach gear and baby gear already there and ready to use. If we forgot something, joe had it covered. Very spacious and great for a family trip.

This property was everything that showed in the pictures. Joe, the condo owner, has been hands on since we originally booked. We definitely will be back with our extended family in the near future! The only drawback we had was the weather! Sometimes this time of year, the weather gets dicey and can be a little chilly. The days we were able to "beach it", it was FABULOUS. We used to come to Gulf Shores when our children were young during Easter vacation and we did a reunion! We can't believe how much growth Orange Beach has had!
