We always live staying at the Tourquoise Place and this condo did not disappoint. Some minor changes I have suggested to them but overall a great place to stay if you love this place.

This was a gorgeous condo right on the beach. The beds were comfortable and everything looked just like the photos. The place was immaculately clean, by far the most sanitized, cleanest place I have ever stayed in. Like WOW! The host was immediately responsive with an oven issue. The beach was not crowded as this was the off season, which we enjoyed. We are already planning to return!

Beautiful location. The condo was so clean and it was so wonderful to sit on the balcony and watch the gulf. When I picked this condo, it was advertised that it was dog friendly and it was not. I really think that statement should be removed from the advertising. We had to make other arrangements for the dog. This is the only thing that I found wrong with the property.

I think the description says there are 3 sofa sleepers in the living room but one is in the master bed, one in living room, and one in the room with 2 queens.
But it was everything I needed!

Well the pictures didn’t disappoint, it was fabulous . Master bed was a little less than comfortable and squeeked. But that may just be a personal preference. Overall a great condo to stay at . Just an FYI tho if you plan on cooking you need to bring everything ie: salt, pepper, spices, oil, sugar and so on.

I would stay here again. The only downside was that repairs were still being made to the overall property and the lazy river and pools were unheated (heater broken down); beach water was red flagged due to high winds and high waves but this was unavoidable. I still had a good time and would recommend this VRBO.

Had a wonderful stay at 406C in Turquoise Place. The condo is large and beautiful and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of extra blankets. Elevators were close by. The indoor pool, hot tub and sauna were excellent and so convenient just steps down the hall. I only wish the outdoor pools were heated. They were colder than the ocean and mostly empty during our stay. The beach was spectacular which is why we love Orange Beach.

Well maintained and clean. If anything needs to be addressed it might be the master bedding (coarse) and mattress (soft) but that might be a personal preference.

We stay here in the same unit every year if possible. We have had friends stay in other condos and they have invited us over to see them but we have yet to see anything we like better. This unit is close to the elevator and the indoor pool and low enough to the ground where you can hear the waves crash as you enjoy the evening sunsets on the patio. We will never go anywhere else:)

The developer did their homework on this one. This is a great place to stay with kids. From the grill and hot tub on the balcony to the indoor pools, outdoor pools, fitness room, tennis courts, lazy river, etc. The smallest unit is over 2,000 square feet with each bedroom having it's own bathroom. This is great for multiple families sharing condos. The condo had incredible facilities...hot tub, plumbed gas grill (no gas bottles), and a sink on the balcony, gas stove, high end appliances, wine chiller, icemaker, washer, and dryer. There were plenty of dishes, utensils, and cabinet space. The furniture was also nice (inside and on the balcony). The gas grill on the balcony is very accommodating to allow for self-cooked meals without the hassle of a community grill located on the ground level. If you have kids, you don't have to leave the beach early to fight the crowds at the restaurants. What a stress reliever! The community amenities are sure to fit nearly any lifestyle. From the beach access with permanent beach chairs for rent, to the relaxing by the numerous pools (inside and out), and lazy river to the fitness rooms and tennis courts for the active lifestyle. One other compliment I will point out is the orderly travel through the parking deck. This parking deck does have a little bit of tight feel on the sides as with any parking deck, but it is well laid out and the parking spaces are not on steep grades where your door can get away from you. There is only one dedicated parking space per unit (3 bedroom minimum condos), but you can get a second hangtag at no charge which can park in any undesignated space. In our case, we paid for a third hangtag and had no issues finding the other two spaces. The condos rent on what appears to be the high end for Orange Beach, but I think it is in line with the location and amenities you are getting. In our case, we split the cost between multiple families and cooked a few meals for ourselves on the grill to offset part of the cost. Again, our cooking reduced the stress of trying to go out to eat with small kids. What is that worth? We will definitely consider this place again next year!

This was our favorite "panhandle" vacation so far, and we've had many. Not only was the condo beautiful and spacious with everything we needed for cooking and relaxing, but the location was great too. Everyday we had a beautiful view of the sunrise and sunset. It is right on the beach so we had the constant soothing sound of the ocean, if desired. The other amenities, pools, tennis courts, exercise equipment and daily facility run activities were just what we wanted. The town and nearby towns offered many options for shopping and eating out. Truly a great vacation!

We recently rented this unit to celebrate my daughter's birthday with a weekend away--a girls' weekend in the middle of the winter for three moms and three daughters. The space was perfect for our trip, and we enjoyed everything from the large living space to the indoor pool being just down the hall. We also enjoyed some of the events available to guests on property. Just as significantly, I want to note how much I enjoy working with Luxury Coastal Vacations. We have rented with them numerous times, and we are always impressed with each member of the staff. in addition, this was the first time I tried their live chat feature to discuss various rental options, and it was fantastic. I was able to ask all of my questions in real time (outside of traditional business hours), and I didn't have to play the back-and-forth email game. I highly recommend!

The Complex was beautiful and very well maintained. All staff including check-in hostess, security guards, house keeping, pool attendants were very pleasant and helpful. The unit was wonderful. We celebrated birthdays and also brought in the New Year. All couples have traveled extensively and one had owned a condo at Orange Beach. Everyone was super impressed with the beauty and comfort of the home. The quality of the appliances, kitchen and bar ware, extra pillows and blankets were above and beyond. Icing on the cake was the hot tub and grill on the deck. Thank you for a great end to 2016 and start to 2017!

We splurged on this unit for my birthday and wow was it worth it......Great kitchen if you enjoy cooking.....view of the ocean from kitchen, living room and master bedroom.....wonderfully relaxing as every conceivable update has been made to the unit....felt like we were in a mansion......loved having our own hot tub and bbq on the balcony and a television even in the bathroom...... The property has several nice indoor heated pools, a heated lazy river and a couple of outside pools.....all very well maintained.....the staff seem to be very pleased working there as evidenced by their polite greetings..... We booked this unit through Luxury Coastal Vacation Rentals and they were very responsive during the booking process.....sent us a nice travel package full of maps and brochures and were very dependable during our stay...... I would definitely stay here again and have already started recommending it to friends and family......

Very nice and immaculate luxury property. Awesome 180 view of beach. Hot tub and grill on a huge balcony. Several pools on the propery, including a kiddie pool and a long lazy river. It also has a playground. So my 3 yr old was never bored.You may have to spend a little more , but it's well worth the money. This condo is the nicest place on the gulf, and we've stayed in a lot of places on the gulf. The property manager was professional and courteous during both the booking and the stay. They are very friendly, helpful and I plan to deal with them in the future. I highly recommend this condo.

I'm writing this review on our day of departure. We may never again get to stay in a place as nice as this one. This condo is 2400 sq. ft. of true luxury. It has every amenity you can think of, and more. Top of the line appliances, beautiful decor and plenty of room to roam around. This is the life. This place has Jacuzzis, a fireplace, a wet bar with a stand alone ice maker, and a hot tub and grill on the huge balcony. The 180 view of the beach and ocean is amazing. The Turqouis Place complex is quite awesome. Beautiful, clean and filled with amenities. We have a 3 year old, and it was nice to have the options of either the zero entry pool, the kiddie pool, the indoor pool, the beach or the playground. The lazy river is also impressive, although we didn't take advantage of it. The property manager is professional, helpful and courteous, and was available anytime I had questions. Top notch. Although you may find a condo less expensive, this condo is well worth what you pay for it. I promise you will not regret it. I know I probably sound like an advertisement, but this was by far the best place we've ever stayed, and we've stayed in a lot of places along the gulf.
