Everything was perfect from check in to check out. We loved the roominess and the spacious lanai, deck with hot tub and cooking area. Everything about C601 was second to none. Having to leave.

This property exceeded expectations! It was very clean and much larger than the pics! The balcony was phenomenal. Both us and my best friend's family stayed here and there was plenty of room. 4 adults and 11 kids(ages 15 all the way to 9 months ) Two things that I would change would be that some of the doors do not have a lock, including a few bathrooms. And there was absolutely nothing there(spices, filters...ect...) We left a permanent filter for the coffee pot for future guests. The grounds and pools were amazing. Our kids loved the waterslide and lazy river! Overall, we will DEFINITELY be staying here again!!

For over 30 years, we have been vacationing along the Gulf coast from Gulf Shores to the Beaches of South Walton. We have rented condos, as well as private homes. This condo at Turquoise Place is, by far, the best place we have ever rented. The condo was beaufifully decorated with high-end furnishings and custom accents. My daughter, who is an interior designer, was very impressed with every aspect of this condo. It was very spacious inside and out. The view from the balcony was beautiful with no obstructions. We especially enjoyed the hot tub after a long day at the beach. The kitchen was well-equipped with all of the utensils and appliances we could need. It was very clean and well-maintained. All of the personnel at Turquoise Place were very friendly and helpful. The lobby, as well as the grounds, were always clean and well-maintained. And, best of all, we never had to wait for the elevator!! We would highly recommend Turquoise Place and C1109. We will definitely vacation there again next year.

My family and I really enjoyed our time here. The floor to ceiling windows, the balcony space, the rooms. We traveled with a 1 year old and 3 kids ages range from 8-14 and they were able to run around and play many game a on the balcony. The water wasn’t ideal this time of year but the building itself was full of amenities that kept the kids busy and happy. Thanks again

This is the most beautiful condo we have ever enjoyed! The professional decor is just the beginning - the most comfortable beds ever in a rental and a gourmet kitchen fully equipped with everything you need. The spacious balcony has a great bar height table with 4 chairs and a new L-shaped outdoor sofa that's the perfect place for that first cup of coffee or your late afternoon glass of wine. Renting through Luxury Coastal Vacations was also a plus - so responsive and helpful! And if you or a guest accidentially break something, it is replaced at no extra cost to you - the $1,000 coverage is included when you rent through LCV. We definitely will rent here again!

Room C601 is absolutely stunning. The balcony is exactly what it is in the pictures. HUGE. plenty of room for kiddos to play.
We used this place as a central location for our wedding. It was perfect. The weather put a damper on the week—but the condo was amazing. Beds are comfortable, beautiful natural lightening. We would be more than happy to stay again!

Our party of 12 was truly impressed by this beautiful property and unit C601 in Turquoise Place. We planned the perfect getaway with our parents and children and everything from check-in to check-out was perfection. The unit was extremely clean and well stocked it and had the most incredible floor plan. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom which made us all comfortable. Our only issue was the dryer missing a power button but after one simple phone call - a replacement was deliveries and connected. The balcony was the most beautiful thing we’ve ever seen. We will definitely revisit this beautiful place in the near future. Thank you!

Like our previous stay in this gorgeous condo, our stay could not have been more pleasant! Not only is it spacious and beautiful, the balcony is truly amazing. We've been coming to Orange Beach with our family for about 35 years, four years staying at the Turquoise, and this is our all time favorite place. Mothers Day was special with steaks grilled on the balcony! Everything was clean and comfortable, we just hope this place will be available for our selected dates next year!

Absolutely beautiful condo! Perfect location too. We enjoyed the enormous balcony to view the ocean and the bay. We were also able to see the firetruck when the alarm went off on another floor. This property is beautiful but paying this amount of money, you would think that the owners would invest in better mattresses. I had the master bedroom and ended up sleeping on the sofa. That was disappointing. Ended up buying a mattress topper to make it through the week.

The condo was everything we expected and more. Fabulous condo and beach location. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process. I appreciated the text reminders about things relating to check in, if we had any needs that arose and checkout.

Only grip that we had was that the hot tub did not get hot. We checked in at 4:17pm. We went to bed at 12 am the hot tub had only heated up to 88 degrees. We checked out at 9am it had got up 94. The set point was 104. We had a electrician look at it. Was told that the hot tub needs to be on a bigger amp.

My family has been coming to The Turquoise Place for 5 years for a week during Thanksgiving. This is their Christmas present. We loved the condo especially the huge deck. Weather was nice, and my wife and I stayed 16 days. We're spoiled by the living conditions in C601. Already talking about next year.

This is the second stay in this unit for me. First time with friends, this time with family. This place has everything you could possibly want in a vacation rental. Large rooms, lovely oversized balcony, well stocked kitchen. It is decorated so beautifully. The property has very nice outdoor pools with covered bar area, 2 nice indoor heated pools, 2 very large hot tubs (plus a private hot tub on balcony), lazy river and tennis courts, state of the art fitness rooms, steam showers and saunas. Everything is so clean and nice! This is by far the best condo I have ever stayed in.

The condo was not only beautifully furnished with a fabulous view, but was well stocked for our family. We had only one issue, that the hot tub was dirty when we arrived, and there were several outlets that had shorts in them. That is all! We had a fabulous time!!!!

This was our third time to stay at Turquoise, always pleasant and our favorite place to stay in Orange Beach, and we all agree that this unit is our favorite. We loved the condo, the furniture and color scheme, the beautiful view and the awesome balcony! The only negative was the ice maker quit working on our second day, but we had freezer space for ice! All in all, a wonderful week at a fabulous place! Thank you! Meline Krupp

The condo was in perfect condition, I have absolutely no complaints. The outdoor space is the largest I have ever seen at Turquoise. We will definitely return.

Turquoise Place is always a pleasure! C601 unit has the best eastern sunrise views and one of the largest balconies in the complex! We loved grilling fresh tuna on the patio grill and drinking coffee while relaxing in the hot tub during sunrise! All of the rooms were immaculate! Great interior design and very comfortable for all! Can't say enough good things about this place...

We had our wedding here and it was fabulous!! We did all of the planning ourselves and actually held a small ceremony on the beautiful balcony of this unit. This unit is BEAUTIFUL and the pictures do not even do it justice. And my goodness the balcony is so big, I didn't even know what to do with myself! We could've had a large ceremony on it no problem! All of our guests who came to visit bragged constantly on our room. It was hard to come home from staying here. I highly recommend booking!!! We hope to come back on our anniversary every few years. Thank you so much for sharing this magnificent place!

The rooms were very tastefully decorated, and our condo had all new appliances. The extra large balcony was a nice surprise. The beach is wonderful, and the bar and grill downstairs provided some great burgers and sandwiches. The staff here are all extremely cheerful and greet you with a smile every time you see them. I absolutely loved the experience and will be back here as soon as possible.

Wow! This place is amazing. The pictures do not do this condo justice. All of the bedrooms were oversized and with balcony access to beautiful views. The master bedroom is perfect. The bed was so comfortable. The extremely large master bath (with a tv) and closet made it so easy to feel at home. Being able to access the laundry room from the master closet was a huge bonus. It's so nice having a place that has new, big tv's in every room! Normally, we go out for dinner but the chef's kitchen made it hard to want to leave. From the large pantry to the subzero fridge & freezer and everything in between!! We only went out 3 nights instead of the usual 7 nights out. Not to mention, being able to make breakfast each morning and having lots of space was so wonderful! It's nice to have a space large enough to accommodate our 7 people. We could all be in the kitchen and bar and not feel crowded. Plus, having 2 dishwashers made cleaning up a breeze. You will get a workout walking around because the space is so large…good problem to have. :) Having the wet bar with the ice maker was such a surprise. We enjoyed not having to go to the grocery store every couple of days for ice for our coolers. The living room is huge! The picture shown doesn't begin to show how nice it is. The couch was so comfortable. We had 7 in our party and we could all gather in the living room each night to watch "Shark Week". The only problem…it was hard to stay awake. It was just so cozy. Our enormous balcony made nights in the hot tub or watching the fireworks all the more enjoyable. We watched fireworks on the beach side and then ran around to watch the fireworks going on at The Wharf and then we would run back to the beach side and continue watching the ones right in front of our condo. The only slight downside to having the wrap-a-round balcony were the people above us throwing their cigarette butts down. Luckily, it only happened for a day and it stopped. The decor in this condo was absolutely perfect. Every painting, every fixture, every piece of furniture fit this place so well and we were all in love with it. We enjoyed staying on the beach until mid-day, head to the tiki bar for snacks & their delicious top-shelf margarita before back to the beach. We finished our day in the lazy river. Very relaxing. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and look forward to going back!!

The pictures on vbro DO NOT do this condo justice. It is more than beautiful. To start with it is enormous! It is decorated perfectly with much thought given to the tiniest of details. For instance...a tv in the master bath! We visited on a girls trip and all ladies were perfectly comfortable. Some brought blow up mattresses to avoid sleeping on the couch and all put their mattresses in the large closets to sleep! Great for people who snore! The balcony is beyond words. We will definitely be inquiring about renting this luxury again in the future! You will be spoiled! Again, this is a see to believe condo. Only one small suggestion - maybe a crock pot for the kitchen. Everyone at Luxury Vacation was exceptionally friendly and helpful. All emails were answered promptly and professionally. Will absolutely work with these fine people again!

This is the most beautiful condo we have ever enjoyed! The professional decor is just the beginning - the most comfortable beds ever in a rental and a gourmet kitchen fully equipped with everything you need. The spacious balcony has a great bar height table with 4 chairs and a new L-shaped outdoor sofa that's the perfect place for that first cup of coffee or your late afternoon glass of wine. Renting through Luxury Coastal Vacations was also a plus - so responsive and helpful! And if you or a guest accidentially break something, it is replaced at no extra cost to you - the $1,000 coverage is included when you rent through LCV. We definitely will rent here again!

This unit was amazing, and it was perfect for my kids and me to stay in while at the beach for my son's wedding. It slept everyone comfortably, and there were plenty of bathrooms for getting ready for wedding events. And the spacious kitchen and great room were perfect for entertaining extended family and friends in town for the wedding. The unit was more beautiful than imagined with very tasteful decorating and beautiful colors. The balcony and views were incredible with views of both the beach and the back bays. We spent as much time as we could out on the balcony. I recommend this for anyone that needs a spacious, tastefully decorated unit.

I would highly recommend this rental. The condo is beautiful! Very clean/well-maintained with all the essential amenities needed for a beach vacation. Using Luxury Coastal Vacations to book was super easy. The rental office ALWAYS provided quick responses to my questions and top notch customer service. The unit was ready for check-in before the expected time and the office called to make us aware of this. We also received a call the day after check-in to make sure the condo was what we had expected. Lastly, a follow up phone call was received to make sure we enjoyed our stay and thanked us for booking. Again, I would highly recommend staying here!

We had a few issues with the condo upon arrival; however, the manager was able to remedy our situation quickly. The stay was great and you could not ask for more amenities in a condo in the area.

This Condo is Wonderful and Just Amazing. Wonderfully relaxing and Amazingly fun. We have stayed in other condos in this area but this Condo tops them all! The Condo and Complex have so much to offer. We could be busy or we could just relax as we wished. Lots to do but also plenty of places to just do nothing. This Condo works for all ages. For over 30 years, we have been vacationing along the Gulf coast from Gulf Shores to the Beaches of South Walton. We have rented condos, as well as private homes. This condo at Turquoise Place is, by far, the best place we have ever rented. The condo was beaufifully decorated with high-end furnishings and custom accents. My daughter, who is an interior designer, was very impressed with every aspect of this condo. It was very spacious inside and out. The view from the balcony was beautiful with no obstructions. We especially enjoyed the hot tub after a long day at the beach. The kitchen was well-equipped with all of the utensils and appliances we could need. It was very clean and well-maintained. All of the personnel at Turquoise Place were very friendly and helpful. The lobby, as well as the grounds, were always clean and well-maintained. And, best of all, we never had to wait for the elevator!! We would highly recommend Turquoise Place and C1109. We will definitely vacation there again next year.

We've vacationed along the Florida/Alabama panhandle every summer since 1989, and recently spent a very enjoyable 6 days at Turquoise Place. This was our third time staying at TP, but our first time in this condo, which is on the 11th floor of C Tower. The condo is brand new and we were the first renters to stay in the unit. Turquoise Place in general has the most luxurious condos that we've ever stayed in at the beach. This condo is very well equipped with two icemakers, a wine refrigerator, indoor and outdoor jacuzzi, a bbq grill on the patio, multiple flat screen televisions, full size washer and dryer, and all the pots, pans, dishes and utensils to cook meals for large parties. Our party of nine lived and slept comfortably in the very large rooms. We enjoyed the breathtaking views from the wraparound porch. This condo has an assigned parking spot right next to the PB2 elevator, which makes loading and unloading your car very convenient. This was our first stay in the C tower. My understanding is that the D tower is populated by renters (operates like a hotel), while the C tower is mostly condo owners. As a result, the C tower has a slightly quieter feel and seemed much less crowded. It also has direct access to the tennis courts (but not the lazy river, which is in D tower), it's own pool and a separate walkway to the beach on the eastern end of the building. The C tower lobby has a more luxurious feel than D tower. There is no A nor B tower (yet). We had an excellent experience with the renter. The condo was clean (brand new actually), well stocked with towels, and an inital supply of toiletries, paper towels/toilet paper and cleaning supplies. The renter called my cell phone several times during the trip to make sure everything was to my satisfaction (it was, and then some). The financial transactions were clear and completed without issue. I paid in advance over the phone with a credit card. We made some minor, last minute changes on the day of arrival which were handled flawlessly. I had no trouble reaching the renter via phone or e-mail; this is the second time I've rented from them and a co-worker has rented from them for several years. You will not regret staying at Turquoise Place, but you will regret leaving.
