Absolutely loved the place! It was gorgeous, we took lots of advantage of the hot tub and walked down the beach every day to Coastal- our new favorite bar! The only thing I wish we had were beach towels for the hot tub/ beach or more laundry pods to turn over the towels.

We often book our stay in the summer but we turned my daughters gradation from the University of South Alabama (Mobile) into a beach long weekend to celebrate! The condo was just as pictured, perfect location, check-in and arrival and check out was so easy! We loved our stay at The Turquoise! So many fun things to do this time of year also! This condo is absolutely amazing! For several years we have stayed in multiple condos and this one is the best one by far. The views from the balcony was spectacular but the best was the private grill on the balcony. We could cook and take our time without having to share or go down several stories to cook. The entire condo was just as pictured, spotless tons of cookware and plenty of room the whole family! The communication between the owners and Turquoise Place was outstanding! Thank you for making our vacation the best one yet!

Property was just as described. Had some trouble with the TV as we thought there was Dish Network - but we just ended up logging into our streaming services. Location was on point - just steps from the ocean. Pools and other amenities were also great!

My family had an incredible time at this beautiful condo! Every attention to detail and comfort created an ideal home away from home. The view was unbelievable and the amenities and location of turquoise place was perfect! We so appreciated the attentiveness of the owners who provided wonderful recommendations for some of the best meals and treats near the condo. This experience was simply the best family vacation we have ever had, and we will certainly be coming back next year!

When we first stumbled upon pictures of condo D1306 we were blown away with how perfect it looked, and it met our expectations plus more in person! The beds are very comfortable, the main living area is spacious, and the view from the balcony is gorgeous. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking supplies, plenty of dishes/silverware, and spices that we appreciated not having to bring ourselves. We greatly appreciated the convenient designated parking location right by the elevators in the covered garage plus the condo being close to the elevators as well. Turquoise Place is located near many restaurants that we enjoyed as well as very close to several excursion options. Our favorites were The Gulf less than a mile away and Dolphins Down Under 2 miles away. The condo was beautifully decorated which made for a calming and relaxing atmosphere and to top it all off had a brand new hotop installed on the balcony while we were there. This condo is perfect for a single or multifamily getaway. The kids will surely appreciate the close and direct access to the beach as well as the hotels own lazy river. This condo is an easy book, you won't regret it.

We left the cold and rain of Northern California to get some sun and warmth in Orange Beach. We were a large family group: 4 adults and 6 kids ranging in age from 8-12 (adults ages 43-50). We had a blast in this gorgeous ocean front luxury condo! The view to the gulf through floor to ceiling windows and the huge communal space for game nights and family dinners was perfect. We cooked all meals for the week we were there - the kitchen had tons of dishes and all the cooking appliances we needed. The beds and linens were so comfortable - we used all of them for our group including pullout couches. My room was the expansive master suite with HUGE jacuzzi tub, separate shower and the master closet was large enough for my 8 year old to make it “her spot” to sleep in! The condo was so quiet and peaceful, everyone slept like babies with just the sound of the ocean outside. The temp when we were there was 75-78 and was perfect with the mild humidity for ALL the fun we had at the pools, the lazy river, and the beach. Every day was a blast as the kids went from pool to lazy river to indoor pool to hot tub to the beach and back to the condo. Rinse and repeat each day! We rented a car to get from the small and easy to navigate Pensacola airport (30 miles/45 mins drive) as well as to drive to all the shops nearby (less than a mile) for groceries, beach toys, wine and beer. At the condo building was also a gym (weights and cardio machines), and poolside was a restaurant and bar (we hit the gym but not the restaurant or bar because we shopped at the local Publix for all our own groceries and drinks once there). Tennis courts were there but we didn’t use. Huge plus was ability to do laundry with the in-unit full size washer and dryer. (Bring your own beach towels or you will be washing the condo towels daily with such a large group). One more thing hugely important to us with 3 middle school daughters: this area was completely family friendly - no rowdy spring breakers. I saw no inappropriate behavior at the pools or beach, no excessive drinking or smoking or even swearing. No one even wore skimpy bathing suits that are now so popular, or dressed inappropriately. I felt completely comfortable letting my kids run around without me having to be on top of them. Another plus: The staff was so friendly and unassuming, and they helped get us what we needed (extra blankets for all the kids). Definitely would love to return! Thank you for making our vacation so special, so memorable, luxurious, and fun.

We stayed in condo 1306D over spring break and had the most wonderful experience. We have been traveling to Gulf Shores/Orange Beach for spring break for over 15 years, but this is our first time staying at Turquoise Place. It far surpassed our prior hotel experiences with a beautiful, spacious room and comfortable amenities that made it feel much more like a home. We had a group with 7 adults and 2 kids and everyone had their own space and fit comfortably in the main living space to hang out together. The views from the large windows and deck were spectacular and the walk to our chairs on the beach was short. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking to enjoy this beautiful area.

Stunning! Five Stars+ Love love love Turquoise Place and D1306!!! Turquoise Place has amenities for all ages and is the best of the best in Orange Beach! When we walked in the door of D1306, we immediately knew the owners must really care about this unit and have recently refurbished because everything looks fresh and new! The large beautiful sectional in the living room is a perfect place for cozy nights after a day at the beach which is literally just a few steps and an elevator ride away! The spacious balcony with a great outdoor grill, comfortable seating and hot tub provide fantastic outdoor space with an unobstructed view of the ocean! Designated parking, on the 1st level of the parking garage directly across from elevators, make for easy access to D1306! This unit is a win, win! You will love staying here!!!

We decided last minute to do a Spring Break trip with our three small kids. We found this condo and couldn’t have been happier we did! The place was clean, beautiful and had everything you could imagine. Spices, every kitchen item, sound machines (which were great for our kids!), beach cart, etc. we honestly could have just packed our suitcase of clothes and be set. The parking place was right next to the elevator, and the room was also close to the elevator, making it super convenient. We had no noise issues. View was incredible, and beach had smooth white sand and calm waves, making it great for our kids to play. The restaurant in the building was super convenient the day we got there and for some adult beverages throughout our stay. Had a great experience and will definitely be returning as soon as we can!

This condo is stunning! Everything was in pristine condition, and we truly felt like we were on a lavish vacation meant for the rich and famous. The property has everything you will need for the best vacation ever. The views off the balcony are breathtaking, and even better when sitting in the hottub. **Only complaint is that the beds are rock hard—they need foam toppers or something. They are new, quality mattresses but have zero give. Despite this, we would choose this property again and again as we have never loved a vacation rental this much. :)

Turquoise D1306 is INCREDIBLE. If we could give 10 star review, we would! The unit is fully updated and has assigned parking spot in covered attached garage. The views are unmatched, the decor is clean, comfortable and classy, the KING beds in all rooms are comfortable with quality linens. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you could need and more- and grocery store is less than 5 min away. Property is directly on the beach, no highways to cross. Indoor and outdoor pools, lazy river, dry sauna, fast elevators and…. PRIVATE hot tub and grill on your own deck, does not matter what the weather is, you can enjoy an unbelievable view, watch the dolphins and relax in style. The owners are gracious, easy to work with and very responsive. They gave great detailed suggestions to local/regional restaurants and activities- we had a last minute adventure and had never been to the area. Easily accessible from several airports. If you have the chance to stay here- don’t hesitate! When we return to the area, this will be the unit we will reserve every time.

We love everything about this condo (D1306)! This was our second time to stay in this condo this year. We felt like home here. The place was spotless when we arrived. The kitchen is large and well stocked. The appliances are all top notch, wish I had ones as good as these in my own home! The staff was incredible. Plenty of room for our party. Our daughter loved the playground, pool, beach and especially the children activities the staff arranged. There were plenty of towels and linens. There was something about all white linens that gives you extra assurance of clean!! The dedicated parking spot is right next to the elevator, the new sectional in the living room is the most comfortable spot to watch a movie on the huge TV. Since this stay was in November, we loved using the gas fireplace in the living room. The decor is high end while also being beachy and kid friendly. Having a king bed in each bedroom is such a great setup.  They were insanely comfortable. I am missing it already. I worked remotely during our entire stay and the internet is very fast. Being able to take breaks on the huge oceanfront balcony was definitely a perk! We used the built-in gas grill and the hot tub on the private balcony almost everyday! Thanksgiving day here was a blast full of forever memories!! We can’t wait to come back to D1306 our favorite condo in an exceptional building.

We have been traveling to Orange Beach/Gulf Shores for years. We have stayed in many condos and many different properties. This unit was by far our favorite. It was extremely spacious and VERY clean. The pull-out sofas in the bedroom and the living room are in excellent/like new condition and allowed our kids to spread out even more. All the furniture was nice and in great condition. The mattresses on the beds were quality too. We also enjoyed the amenities at Turquoise Place. Our kids loved the snow cone vendor by the pools. The unit has a dedicated parking space that is close to the elevator which is also close to the room. Very easy to get in and out. We will be booking this unit again.
