This place is amazing. The condo is so spacious and clean. It doesn’t feel like a small apartment. Views are beautiful. The building has a lot to offer, especially for those traveling with kids - from several pools, small playground, lazy river. The condo also has games and puzzles. The beach is in the backyard which is exactly what we came for. Additionally it’s easy to get from your assigned parking spot to the condo so coming to and from the place is so easy. The only thing I’d clarify is that beach chairs are available to rent (I think one of the pictures may have made it seem that the place had them to take down). That said, there are always plenty. We’d love to come back.

Happy the building’s pools, playground, lazy river, games and puzzles, and beachfront access made the trip easy and fun for your family. Appreciate the note about beach chairs — they’re available to rent on-site, and sorry for any confusion from the photos. Great to hear the assigned parking made coming and going simple. We loved our stay at Turquoise Place. The oceanfront view is incredible—we caught gorgeous sunrises and sunsets right from the unit. The condo was clean, well maintained, and in a great location close to restaurants and activities. One thing that I found very disappointing was that the hot tub was set to 105°F, which was way too hot to use. I turned it down, but it reset back to 105°F the next day. If the hot tub matters to you, I’d recommend calling ahead to have it set lower (or adjusting it well in advance). This was a major disappointment for us as the main reason we booked the place was for the hot tub.

Rick — thank you for the 5-star review. Glad you loved the oceanfront view and enjoyed the clean, well-maintained condo and great location. I’m sorry the hot tub temperature kept resetting and that affected your stay—understandable disappointment when it was a main reason for booking. We passed this to our maintenance team to check the controls and prevent future resets. For future stays, please reach out during your visit and we’ll be happy to help adjust it. We’d love to host you again and look forward to welcoming you back. ~Sunny regards, Luxury Coastal Vacations
