This place is amazing. The condo is so spacious and clean. It doesn’t feel like a small apartment. Views are beautiful. The building has a lot to offer, especially for those traveling with kids - from several pools, small playground, lazy river. The condo also has games and puzzles. The beach is in the backyard which is exactly what we came for. Additionally it’s easy to get from your assigned parking spot to the condo so coming to and from the place is so easy. The only thing I’d clarify is that beach chairs are available to rent (I think one of the pictures may have made it seem that the place had them to take down). That said, there are always plenty. We’d love to come back.

We loved our stay at Turquoise Place. The oceanfront view is incredible—we caught gorgeous sunrises and sunsets right from the unit. The condo was clean, well maintained, and in a great location close to restaurants and activities.
One thing that I found very disappointing was that the hot tub was set to 105°F, which was way too hot to use. I turned it down, but it reset back to 105°F the next day. If the hot tub matters to you, I’d recommend calling ahead to have it set lower (or adjusting it well in advance). This was a major disappointment for us as the main reason we booked the place was for the hot tub.

We chose this condo because it was close to walking to the Mardi Gras parades. Beds were comfortable. Everyone we dealt with at the facility was very friendly and helpful. The unit was comfortable and on the 7th floor which was perfect. We would definitely stay here again.

We chose this condo because it was close to walking to the Mardi Gras parades. Beds were comfortable. Everyone we dealt with at the facility was very friendly and helpful. The unit was comfortable and on the 7th floor which was perfect. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at this property with my parents and my son and his family came to visit. It was very spacious with upscale appliances and tastefully decorated. The building the condo is in was very well kept and right on the beach. I can't say enough great things about this location or the condo itself. The entire condo was clean and spotless and very well maintained. We all felt right at home and would love to stay again. Everything about this place is a winner!!

The condo was not only very clean, but also well stocked. It is very roomy. The furniture and beds were all comfortable. It provides a great view from the roomy balcony. I would definitely consider renting this unit again.
