A spacious breakfast bar overlooks the living area and the floor to ceiling glass windows with views of the Gulf of Mexico, offering bar seating for 5. The dining area boasts a chic hand-crafted wood table accommodating 6, and there's even a wet bar with an under-counter ice maker and wine chiller where you can shake up a martini or mix your favorite cocktail for you and your guests.

**Vista Del Mar allows one assigned covered parking spot and one unassigned parking spot in the surface lot on a first come/first serve basis only. No additional spaces are available.
Please note: Vista Del Mar is currently conducting an A/C replacement project and an exterior restoration project simultaneously. As a result, this is affecting the property in various ways. The A/C project is anticipated to end sometime mid to late May 2024 and the Exterior Painting project is anticipated to be complete come June 2024. Both projects are schedule permitting and the painting is at the mercy of the weather at times.
Here is what to expect:
• Closure of the gym, children's room, and indoor pool.
• Intermittent closure of the outdoor pool when swing stages reach the amenity area. Please reach out for updates.
• Intermittent noise is expected from the A/C project in the common areas. (drilling and sawing)
• GUESTS ABLE TO USE THE BALCONIES. Balcony furniture IS INSIDE of the UNIT at this time which guests can bring back and forth UNTIL the property RESTRICTS ACCESS. Contact us for updates.
• Work hours will be 7am - 5pm.

Vista Del Mar 303 was the best place we have stayed since we started coming to the beach as a family 10 years ago. The unit was flawlessly clean when we arrived. It was impeccably decorated but not overdone like some condos we have stayed in. The kitchen was well stocked and there were ample linens available. The appliances are state of the art. We never had to wait for an elevator and the beach wasn't crowded at all. What really made this condo unique was the unobstructed view from the balcony. The property is adjacent to a State Park which means there will never be any new developments to the east. It also faces NAS Pensacola, which allowed for a perfect place to view the Blue Angels when they practiced. This was our 2nd year to book with Luxury Coastal Vacations and they did not disappoint. The staff is always a pleasure to deal with. They even send a text message when the condo is ready for your arrival. Bottom line-this property and unit were so perfect, that I almost hesitated to give it a great review because I want to keep it a secret! We will definitely return next year.

Wonderful Property
I typically try to read reviews before I book a place to stay. When you look at the pictures on the website that is exactly what the condo looks like. The condo was clean and well maintained. Very roomy and quite and a beautiful view out toward the state park. The lobby, indoor pool, outdoor pool, work out room, kid room everything was just perfect. Close to Blue Angles Museum, State Park within walking distance. Lots of restaurants to choose from. This was my first trip to the area and we did not find the WOW restaurant, but several were good. Indoor pool was open and gym looked great but we preferred walking on the beach and road (closed to car traffic still) down Gulf Islands National Seashore. View was great. Publix just across the bridge. Bring your own spices/foil/parchment paper. Nice to have the Keurig. Loved the ice maker in the wet bar area. Kitchen had all the pots, pans, etc you’ll need. This unit was exactly as pictured. Very spacious, great view and comfortable beds. Perfect place to relax with our family. I would definitely recommend this condo and complex to anyone. Beautiful condo
Our stay at Vista Del Mar 303 was fabulous. This is a beautiful condo with updated appliances, very comfortable beds and large sofa in living room. Very spacious throughout; plenty of room for 6 adults. Bathrooms were very clean and had plenty of towels and toiletries provided. Large walk closet in master bedroom. Balcony view was expansive and had a large dining table plus two comfy loungers to enjoy the balcony.
