The living room affords plenty of seating, with a sofa and loveseat, along with 3 cushioned arm chairs situated in front of a large state of the art flat screen HDTV. Natural light pours in from the floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that open up to your expansive beachfront balcony, hosting tons of space for everyone to hang out and relax including a dining table with seating for 4, two captain chairs and two chaise loungers! The kitchen is fully stocked with all the cookware, dishware, utensils, large and small appliances needed to prepare a culinary masterpiece!

The kitchen is a chef's dream, featuring brand new commercial stainless appliances, custom cabinetry, granite counters and all the small appliances, cookware and utensils necessary to cook like a top chef! The huge breakfast bar overlooks the living area and the floor to ceiling glass windows with views of the Gulf of Mexico, offering bar seating for 5. The dining area boasts a chic handcrafted wood table accommodating 8, and there's even a wet bar with an under-counter ice maker and wine chiller where you can shake up a martini or mix your favorite cocktail for you and your guests!

I have spent a lot of my life going to Perdido Key. I alwasy look for a beach less crowded which is tough, and a nice place to call a “home away from home.” This was it. Vista Del Mar is the last place before the state park, and the unit we stayed in 402, was amazing. It was clean, the floor plan is spread out and the 2 bedrooms are away from the master. Chef’s kitchen, spacious living and dining. The balcony was large, the view was awesome! Best of all, the beach and the pool were never crowded. I can’t say enough good about the experience.
The host was on spot, communicated directly and very well. They run a tight ship! Carlos was amazing and helpful!

This is an amazing unit! The location cannot be beat. It was Spring Break for us and the beach crowd still wasn’t overwhelming. It’s so beautiful! Very quiet units and friendly people! Would definitely stay again!

Breath-taking views and splendid decor are sure to get you excited about this property! Even on cloudy/rainy days being able to see over the vast openness of protected beaches and the ocean is simply wonderful! Perhaps the only suggestion would be to have a short list of instructions for the TVs since all had 3 different remotes (master bedroom TV wouldn't turn on at all) and maybe short instructions on the range/oven (since it's gas, not electric). Everything else was absolutely wonderful and we all made comments about possibly making an annual trip here just for the views and relaxation!
