This was our 4th time staying in Perdido Key /The Windemere & this was our favorite stay by far! The condo unit was clean and spacious. It was decorated so cozy and nice. I loved being there. It had everything we needed. I wish we could have stayed longer!!!!

Very comfortable and spacious multi-floor house, a sort of duplex, but totally private and quiet. All amenities are of recent installation and work very well. The place is spotless. Ample off parking . An exceptionally good thing about the house is the location: well positioned to explore the Piedmont and Lombardy, we traveled to Aosta, Lago Maggiore, Milan, Torino, Genoa and all up down the wine country in the Piedmont hills. Aosta at about 2 hours drive was the most distant. There is a COOP in the nearby town of Trino, many fine restaurants and cantinas in the area. Manuela runs the nearby pub, The Iron Cutter also nearby with an excellent menu. Just off a kitchen terrace is a beautiful view of the nearby church and valley. Manuela very very personable and helpful...we had no problems whatsoever in this stay and would recommend it highly.

Our trip was great! The condo was nicely updated, clean, not overly beach themed. The beds were comfortable, and the linens were clean. My only complaint, which we made work, was that there wasn’t any pantry space. Other than that, it was a great unit to stay in and Luxury Coastal was quick to respond when I needed and very easy to work with.

The Windemere #1003 was exactly as described. My daughter and her college roommates ended up coming with us last minute because their spring break plans fell through and it slept all 6 of us comfortable. Unfortunately the days we went were cold and extremely windy, so playing games we brought in the condo was roomie enough and sat all of us perfectly and sitting on the balcony was nice (except for the people above us smoking pot every 15 minutes). The location was great for us because it was away from the Spring Breakers and the beach not crowded at all but 5-15 car ride from shopping and food. I've stayed in Gulf shore area the last 5 spring breaks and this was the 1st condo where I didn't have to wait fir an elevator...ever....no matter the time of day or night. The parking spot for #1003 has a concrete column next to it making it difficult to park anything bigger than a compact car in the spot. We mostly parked on the open 2nd level of the garage (which the ramp there too is extremely tight, but better parking was better).

This was our second visit to Windemere, and our first stay in this unit. We love the beach and the location of the condo with so many neighborhood restaurants nearby. This unit was decorated beautifully and had everything you need for a comfortable stay. We would definitely stay here again when we visit Perdido Key.

Awesome view from a large, private balcony. Bed and linens were soft. Plenty of room inside of the condo and everything was clean. Elevators were quick.
This unit has the bare minimum for kitchen and bath amenities so shop/bring accordingly if u plan to stay for more than 3 days and use the kitchen.
The pool and surrounding area could use cleaning and updating.
Would stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at the Windemere 1003 Beach View AirBnB hosted by Luxury Coastal Vacations!
The condo was very clean, nicely decorated, had great WIFI, and its waterfront location had such beautiful views! It was also a quick and easy drive to the Naval base, beaches, groceries, and restaurants.
It was well-stocked with everything, and the balcony lounge chairs and the couches were very comfortable!
We highly recommend the condo and would stay there again!

We LOVED our stay at this property. We arrived at 10:00 p.m. after a 19 hour drive from Nebraska. As soon as we turned on the lights we were so happy. We went straight to the balcony overlooking the ocean. It was just great! There were no problems with anything during our short 2 days stay. The beach is just outside the door. Well stocked with dishes, towels, and very clean. We can't wait to go back with all of our family!

Beautiful condo, great location, beautiful view and awesome beach! Kids loved the pool. Friendly people in the building. Clean. We saw dolphins in the morning in the ocean. There were a few negatives... Palmetto Bugs aka cock roaches in the condo but only saw a few on the counter and in the bathrooms. Also our assigned parking spot was unavailable due to construction but we always found a spot to park in on the upper level. But other than those few draw backs we loved it! It was a beautiful place to stay for the week!

This condo exceeded our expectations. Upon arrival it had been pristinely cleaned. The furniture as well as the bed were super comfortable. The condo decor was beautiful.. very unique. Patio furniture can accommodate several people and all very comfortable. Luxury Coastal Vacations is a great company to rent from. The process was easy from start to finish. The condo exceeded my expectations and looked even better than the pictures! I loved being able to fall asleep and awaken to the sounds of the ocean. The bed was very comfortable as were the living room couches. The balcony is private and I enjoyed my coffee every morning watching the waves and reading my book. Overall it was quiet and only heard neighbors a few times just because of attached condos. The condo was very clean and welcoming upon arrival. We were able to check in earlier too! The only suggestion I would have is to have a brighter light on the balcony perhaps for the table since the wall lights are pretty dim. The only minor concerns were lack of water pressure in the shower and the garage parking spot is a very tight fit. Overall I enjoyed myself so much I didn’t want to leave!

This was our first time booking through VRBO and booking a condo and when I tell you it was simply AMAZING!!! Everything was wonderful. I love the fact that it was DIRECTLY on the beach and we did not have to move our car for anything. We brought food with us and was able to cook right there in the condo. Only thing I would say displeasing would be that when we walked into the condo, it smelled like someone had mopped the floors with old/sour mop water. I didn't like that, but other than that the place was clean! I did have to contact the property once about the television (even though we figured it out) and I did not get a quick response, so I would say that communication should be a little better. But other than that I give this place 5 stars and I do plan on returning here in the future!!

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at this property. The unit was in great condition and we had no reason to contact the property manager at all. The only reason that I did not give 5 stars for location is that we found the choice of restaurants in the area to be just average. Obviously, that is not the fault of the property owner. We would definitely look at staying here again if we vacation in the Pensacola area.

This was our 4th time in the Perdido Key/OB area and this condo was by far our favorite. The condo is neat, clean and overall comfortable. The master bed was a little soft for our liking but still nice. The condo was well stocked with kitchen items, towels, etc. Luxury Coastal Vacation Rentals was very attentive and kept us well informed from the time we booked through checkout. We will plan to stay in this unit in the future. The area is beautiful and relaxing.

This condo exceeded our expectations and was a GREAT deal! My friend and I wanted a quick winter break - being a little limited physically, the balcony and view was a BIG deal - and this one was over the top pretty and comfortable. We've enjoyed many condo's in this area, but none was nicer and as close to the water. We didn't try the pretty pool, but enjoyed the hot tub a couple of times. None of the negatives I saw in the reviews were an issue - I slept like a baby in the amazing king sized bed, listening to the surf all night and my friend loved the 2nd bedroom. It was clean, very beautiful and comfortable. And the best price I found that met our needs. Would DEFINITELY recommend this property!!!

We loved this unit for our family of 4. It was very spacious and had a great view of the ocean. We even watched the dolphins one morning from the balcony. We especially liked the large sectional sofa in the living area. The second bedroom with the twin beds was perfect for our 2 kids. Lillian's Pizza, directly across the street, is now one of our favorite places to dine. We can't wait to come back and hope this unit will be available.

We totally loved this place. It was the perfect place to stay in Perdido Key. Great balcony which is one of my most important things, and it literally take you 2 to 3 mins max to get from your room down to the beach. Close to the store and all of the local restaurants. I would most definitely stay here again.

Tips for travelers: Triggers Seafood is a family diner with delicious full breakfasts like shrimp and Creole cream sauce over omelettes and grouper with eggs, homefries, and a biscuit. If you stay here, don't get your hopes up about the hot tub. It's small and was occupied 4/5 times we went to get in. We DID get lucky and had it to ourselves for about 20 mins once. We've already planned to come back next year.

This condo is fantastic. It was cleaned when we arrive, the bed was very comfortable, couches were very comfortable, love the dining room table setup. You can see the ocean from the kitchen which is awesome. And the balcony is awesome as well...we would sit out there every morning, drinking a coffee and watching the dolphins swim. The beach was very clean and quiet. The location was very convenient to restaurants and shopping...only about .5 miles away from The Jellyfish and ice cream shop, right across the street from the pizza place and about 4 miles from Flora-Bama.. My only complaint was the difficulty in working the TV's. I am not technically challenged but figuring out how the cable worked was a challenge. I used the channel lineup that was provided but it appears that both TVs only got a few local channels. It was not your standard cable channels which was a little bit of a bummer bc we like watching TV at night but other than that, everything was perfect. We will absolutely be back next year!

Beautifully decorated! The patio overlooking the ocean has plenty of comfortable seating and a gorgeous view. Elevators were always quick! Easy access to beach! We will definitely be back!

Over the past several years, we have stayed at several different condos between Gulf Shores and Pensacola, but this one was the nicest one so far! The unit (recently remodeled) was well equipped with some new appliances and really clean. Lots of family visited during our stay and they all remarked about how nice this unit and the property were.
