Great view! This condo had a leather couch that faced the ocean so you could enjoy it while watching tv. The balcony furniture was very nice with seating for the whole family for meals al fresco. We also enjoyed the padded loungers and the Blue Angels flew right by our balcony! Access to the beach was easy and showers washed away the sand. Beds were comfy, towels plentiful, and great communication with Luxury Coastal Vacations. Would definitely stay here again. The only negative was the covered numbered parking space was very convenient and right next to the door, but very tight to get in and out of.

The view! The pictures do not give it justice. 10th floor giant sliders looking out over white sand beaches into the gulf. It was amazing. Didn’t think we needed a second bathroom but that was also a huge bonus. The place is clean a bright. Plenty of ways to get a breeze or eat dinner on the balcony. We will definitely have to stay again.

Our trip was great! The condo was nicely updated, clean, not overly beach themed. The beds were comfortable, and the linens were clean. My only complaint, which we made work, was that there wasn’t any pantry space. Other than that, it was a great unit to stay in and Luxury Coastal was quick to respond when I needed and very easy to work with.

The Windemere #1003 was exactly as described. My daughter and her college roommates ended up coming with us last minute because their spring break plans fell through and it slept all 6 of us comfortable. Unfortunately the days we went were cold and extremely windy, so playing games we brought in the condo was roomie enough and sat all of us perfectly and sitting on the balcony was nice (except for the people above us smoking pot every 15 minutes). The location was great for us because it was away from the Spring Breakers and the beach not crowded at all but 5-15 car ride from shopping and food. I've stayed in Gulf shore area the last 5 spring breaks and this was the 1st condo where I didn't have to wait fir an elevator...ever....no matter the time of day or night. The parking spot for #1003 has a concrete column next to it making it difficult to park anything bigger than a compact car in the spot. We mostly parked on the open 2nd level of the garage (which the ramp there too is extremely tight, but better parking was better).

This was our second visit to Windemere, and our first stay in this unit. We love the beach and the location of the condo with so many neighborhood restaurants nearby. This unit was decorated beautifully and had everything you need for a comfortable stay. We would definitely stay here again when we visit Perdido Key.

Awesome view from a large, private balcony. Bed and linens were soft. Plenty of room inside of the condo and everything was clean. Elevators were quick. This unit has the bare minimum for kitchen and bath amenities so shop/bring accordingly if u plan to stay for more than 3 days and use the kitchen. The pool and surrounding area could use cleaning and updating. Would stay here again!

This is by far the best place I’ve stayed with my family on vacation! If anyone has given this place less then 5 stars, they must be crazy! From the amenities to the beachfront view and communication from the host , I couldn’t be more satisfied. Heather and crew were personable and made sure we enjoyed our stay! If anyone needs privacy and a beachfront condo then this is the place! Personal parking space right next to the entrance and elevator! Definitely will be going back!!

This condo exceeded our expectations. Upon arrival it had been pristinely cleaned. The furniture as well as the bed were super comfortable. The condo decor was beautiful.. very unique. Patio furniture can accommodate several people and all very comfortable. Luxury Coastal Vacations is a great company to rent from. The process was easy from start to finish. The condo exceeded my expectations and looked even better than the pictures! I loved being able to fall asleep and awaken to the sounds of the ocean. The bed was very comfortable as were the living room couches. The balcony is private and I enjoyed my coffee every morning watching the waves and reading my book. Overall it was quiet and only heard neighbors a few times just because of attached condos. The condo was very clean and welcoming upon arrival. We were able to check in earlier too! The only suggestion I would have is to have a brighter light on the balcony perhaps for the table since the wall lights are pretty dim. The only minor concerns were lack of water pressure in the shower and the garage parking spot is a very tight fit. Overall I enjoyed myself so much I didn’t want to leave!
