The owners have just completed several upgrades, including new paint and custom tile throughout, new furnishings including a sectional sleeper sofa and draperies, a new refrigerator and updated electronics with flat screens in each room, to name a few! The living room offers sophisticated yet comfortable furnishings, a large LCD television and most importantly, beachfront balcony access! Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors open to the expansive covered lanai, and with plenty of seating you can enjoy your favorite beverage and even savor a delicious meal while delighting in panoramic vistas of the sparkling Gulf Coast!
The kitchen is equipped with everything you’ll need to create the perfect meal, including upgraded appliances, in-door ice and filtered water dispenser, a double sink, plenty of counter space, a breakfast bar and all the small appliances and utensils necessary to get cooking! Our stay was comfortable and perfectly located.
The room was spacious and comfortable. The beach was amazing! Not overcrowded and had a ton of room in the water to play before it got deep. There is a huge sand bar right behind the condo, so I felt very comfortable letting the kids play in the water without worrying about rip currents. Not a single thing!- Reviewed On: 5/31/2026

This place was nearly perfect! The location was amazing! Not a crowded beach, at all. Also has a very short walk to the beach. The one and only complaint we had was the beds. Loved our place and the peaceful surroundings, no crowds which are typical in Florida. Only complaints, which may be out of Luxury’s control as they don’t own the property, were the repairs being done to parking area, hot tub and plumbing (lost water for a full day.) A week away
