Twin beds were a bit hard. One of the guests ordered a bed cover during the stay, to be able to sleep better. Everything else was fine.

This apartment was just like the photos and description. We had a good time. You do get one free parking spot with the rental, which is covered in the basement ramp near the elevators up; that whole ramp has a 7 ft clearance and the spot itself is next to a pillar, so not every car will get into it; we had an Equinox/Rogue, and that was about as big as could be done in one try. All of the other available rentals on the beach side of the road look comparable, but I don't really know; this one has laundry in the apartment, which was pretty nice, and I don't think it is standard. The kitchen is minimal, but fine; don't expect to be able to make anything fancy; there is like one big-ish bowl and one small measuring cup, etc. The shops are not very walkable because there is no great sidewalk, so you have to run across the road. There is a great grocery store just over the bridge from the key, but you'll have to drive it and fight the key traffic. The beach is easy and awesome.

The direct view of the ocean from both the bedroom and living room was exceptional! The entire space was just lovely. The building is newer and doesn’t show signs of deferred maintenance, ample elevators, sprinklers throughout so you feel safe. This one’s on my list to stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was extremely clean and free of clutter. The only downfall of our stay was the pool was closed for renovations. The description beforehand mentioned repairs being done and we anticipated that. We did not know about the pool being closed completely. Overall, we would stay at this condo again!

Condo was very clean and air worked well. Gorgeous location. Master suite bed super comfortable. Parking was a bit difficult. We only had one vehicle but it’s a Tundra truck so we couldn’t get into our tiny space in parking garage. We parked on top deck so it’s first come first serve. That I would say is my only issue with the property. You can park across the street. The condo and property are excellent, parking not so much.
