Such a wonderful beach spot with a lovely view of the gulf. Love that we had access to the pool and hot tub right from my balcony. The bed was so comfortable. It was all just perfect for me and my husband. We plan to come again. ✌️😊

We REALLY enjoyed our stay here. The location of the condo is great! A quick trip up the stairs from the beach and it’s on the first level of condos. (1st and 2nd floor are parking deck.) but my 9 and 6 year old were able to EASILY navigate from the beach to the condo all on their own without having to wait on an elevator! It can be difficult to find the front door when you first arrive, but just follow the instructions and you’ll find it! It’s tucked away in the corner. The pool is EASILY accessible. Only drawback is that there is no door to the bedroom, it’s a super open floor plan. It worked fine for us, but some folks may not like it. Close to restaurants (walking distance), beach, and lots of fun things to do in Perdido Key!! We highly recommend for a small family with young kids!!!

We absolutely loved our stay! The location was perfect, just steps from the beach, and we especially loved having the pool and hot tub so close to our balcony. Check-in was super simple, and our covered parking spot was clearly marked and easy to find. It was also really convenient being able to leave our beach chairs and gear downstairs for quick access. The condo was extremely clean, quiet, and the kitchen was well stocked. There were more than enough towels and toiletries provided. There’s even an ice machine and a lounge area right outside the door, which was a nice bonus. The only thing to note is that the bedroom doesn’t have a door, but that was shown clearly in the listing photos. Overall, it was a great stay and we would definitely recommend it!

We had such an amazing stay! This place was not only beautiful and incredibly clean, but being just steps from the beach made it extra special. Waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying coffee with an ocean view was a dream. The space had everything we needed and felt so welcoming and comfortable. My husband and I stayed 3 nights and this unit was a perfect stay for a cheaper, quick visit. Great location and beach front view. Nice to be at the end unit. We borrowed chairs from the pool area on same deck. Deck is not private, but shared. Condo very clean. Mattress sagged and definitely needs relaced. Overall very nice unit.

Our stay was awesome. The only issue was there was not a roll away bed and the 2 air matresses they brought us didnt hold air. If my kids would have been willing to share a bed not a hig deal, and we just had our youngest sleep with us. Location to the beach was amazing. It would have been even better if they werent so stingy with only 1 roll of TP and 2 trash bags though. Would come back for sure.

The condo is well located between Pensacola & Orange Beach. We liked it because there were many other families there and it didn't seem to be a party spot. The property is freshly remodeled and was very clean at check-in. The beach access couldn't be easier and the view of the beach from the unit is amazing. We woke up many mornings to dolphins swimming across the water!

My daughter and I have stayed in this unit for several years and we love it. It's a corner unit, so it is very bright, which we love. It's small, but it's perfect for us. The kitchen is appointed with everything we need. The bed is super comfortable! We love that we can easily walk to dinner, after a lazy day of lying on the beach. Amazing condo! I planned a surprise getaway for my husband and this was one of the first condos I found. When we walked in we both said "WOW"! Small and cozy with very little beach themed items. Some places over do it but this was very tasteful and beautiful. The layout is different than anything I've ever stayed in. My husband was wowed and that's all that matters. They were doing a little work on the pool area, but that was ok because we didn't come for the pool. The beach is very clean as is the entire Windermere. We decided this was going to be our spot to come, this exact condo. We had plenty of towels, wash cloths, and dish cloths. There were soaps, shampoo, and conditioner that I actually wanted to use. The bed was very comfortable and clean. Overall I would say it was the best experience I've ever had. We WILL be back!

My daughter and I visited Perdido Key for the second time, in as many years. The beaches were incredible! The food and atmosphere in the restaurants were exactly what we wanted from a beach vacation. The property is in a great location and the unit we got was nearly perfect. The only negative thing I can say is that the sofa was broken or poor quality. This issue did not take away from my “rating” as we were only in the room to sleep, so the couch wasn’t a big deal, but I could see it being an issue for some. At the end of the day, we had all the space we needed, a comfortable bed and easy access to the beach....you can’t ask for more than that. Thank you! We will be back.

Was a little worried when we realized the balcony was the same as the pool deck. It was actually very convent. There wasn’t much space to dry towels outside, ours were out on the chairs and came up missing.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo looked just as advertised, and the views were amazing! We had an issue with a broken lock on a door that was fixed almost immediately. We were fortunate to have enjoyed much of our stay before the pandemic became as it is now. We would stay again! The only suggestion we have is that it would be helpful to have some staples available (salt, pepper, a few spices) so that not everything needs to be purchased. Loved having the washer/dryer! Went home without dirty laundry😊

I’ve stayed here three times and have enjoyed it very much each time. The property is well maintained and the amenities are excellent. The beach is what it’s all about. Fantastic access to the beach and easy access to your covered parking spot with a world class view of the Gulf from the deck. Walking the beach, listening to the waves and relaxing in the hot tub makes it the perfect quiet getaway.

This updated condo is super comfortable and my husband and I loved it. It is beautifully decorated and has all of the comforts of home. We also liked that it was an end unit right on the pool level. We could walk right out to the beach only used the elevator to get to our car in a covered parking garage no less. We loved it. Perdido Key is the best kept secret in Florida. Will return!!

This cozy space was the perfect size for my family of four. My kids loved how close it was to the beach and how loudly we could hear the waves in the evenings. They also loved being able to walk right out to the pool. Great location, super cute and comfortable. Would love to stay again when we visit the area.

Our view was amazing, and the rental was so clean! These two factors are a must, and my family wasn’t disappointed. I was initially concerned when I realized we wouldn’t have a private balcony, but we were on the end and had no through traffic, giving us a lot of privacy, with the GREAT perk of being directly by the pool and right by the beach. This being said, it was never loud, like one may expect. Also, everyone was so nice. The fellow renters we met have been there year after year and they gave us added confidence that we chose the right place. The drop-off area where people leave beach items they don’t want to travel with upon the end of their stays was my children’s favorite perk! They enjoyed those recycled beach toys and were happy to leave them for the next kiddos to come through. We will definitely be back!

Exactly as described. Small but perfect for 2. Nicely decorated and not overdone with the beach theme many units have. Fantastic view of the Gulf and extremely clean. Would definitely come back to this unit!

We were worried that we would have people walking by our door because we were on the pool level. Once we got there we could see that we were the last balcony on the deck and we had plenty of privacy. It might be different in a busy summer season but was very convenient for us to walk out to the pool, hot tub, and beach. The room was very clean and both the King bed and the pull out sofa bed were comfortable. The condo has good quality cookware and knives, an ice maker, and all the utensils we could need. I would only wish there was room for one more comfy chair in the living area. We would definitely book again in October.

We stayed here with our 3 year old and couldn't have asked for a better experience. The condo was the perfect size for us and was conviently located on the 3rd floor where we could easily access the pool and beach without constantly getting on the elevator. We loved the location of the property and how it wasn't it the middle of a super busy area but everything we needed and wanted to do was just a short drive away. The condo was fully equipped with everything we needed, the kitchen was fully stocked, plenty of towels and extra blankets and pillows. The only thing I wish the condo had was an additional mirror other than just the one in the bathroom or maybe a full length mirror on the door. We really enjoyed our stay and can't wait to plan our next beach vacation!

Perfect layout for enjoying the views of the Gulf of Mexico. The furnishing are modern and well maintained (neat as a pin). Tina's communication was excellent, and full of many helpful tips on how to enjoy your stay in Perdido Key. A great couples weekend!

I stayed in #301 for two weeks this February. It was my first time at Perdido Key and i found the unit to be very nice. There are plenty of soft towels and linens. The kitchen is very well stocked with quality pot, pans and accessories. The TV and DVD player worked fine and the couch was great for napping. Even in February there was plenty of sunshine in the main living space. The space is cozy but will easily accommodates two people. I will have no problem recommending this unit to my friends.

This little unit was an excellent get-away for my husband and me. Despite the fact that it rained almost the entire time we were there, it was still enjoyable to be able to have direct access to the beach and see it even if we couldn't be out there. Being that close, we were at least able to go out quickly for a 15-minute stroll in between the rain episodes. All-in-all, it was a great trip!!

We had a wonderful anniversary getaway in this condo and we would recommend it to anyone who's looking. Tina does an amazing job making sure you have a great stay at her condo. It is very clean and it provides everything you need. The deck is so relaxing and a great way to enjoy your mornings and evening on. It's proximity to the beach is unbeaten as it's only steps away from the sand. The covered garage parking is a plus with 3 elevators to access so there's never much of a wait if at all. The ice maker out by the pool is a great plus and the beach service is very helpful and prompt. We enjoyed very nice dinners out at the Villaggio (The Wharf) and the Crab Trap which are both just minutes away. We had great po-boys from the Shrimp basket for lunch and some amazing donuts from City Donut. The Publix is only a couple of miles away so in all, it's a great location on the beach near shopping and great food. We went to the outlet mall in Foley which is also only a short drive away. We would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a couples get away. It was perfect for us and we had an amazing Anniversary trip!

This condo really made our beach vacation amazing. Located on the third floor, it had direct access to the pool/hot-tub and a small section deck with two chairs outside the door that you could look out at the ocean from. This also made beach access very simple, we could go from the room right to the sand without having to go in/out elevators and lobbies. The decor was well done, tied together, and gave the place a nice elegant beach-feel without all of the cliche and tacky decorations you normally find at a beach rental. It was bright, open, and airy. The condo was very clean, well-maintainted, and the managers were incredibly friendly and attentive. Here are some specifics: The large windows flooded the area with light and the tile, fans, and A/C kept the inside nice and cool. A large HD TV in the living room and a smaller TV in the bedroom kept us entertained when we felt like lounging indoors and relaxing. The kitchen was adequately equipped for every meal we wanted to prepare. The bed was large and comfortable with plenty of pillows and extra blankets. The bed was on the softer side so people with back issues should be wary. The bathroom was typical; nothing extraordinary. Standard layout with a normal tub/shower combo. Parking was very easy and great restaurants and bars were in a minutes drive. We don't often make it to Florida but when we come back, we will try to get this condo again before we look at anything else.

Our stay at this condo was absolutely wonderful!! Beautiful view, steps away from the beach, priceless memories. The actual condo itself is very cozy, updated, clean and the King size bed was so nice and comfy. We will definitely be returning to this condo. Perfect couple getaway!! Thankyou

We rented this condo for a quick beach getaway. The condo was all that the owner described during the reservation process. Looking out from the patio (or the inside sofa) it felt like you are on the beach. The pool and the the boardwalk stairs are just steps away. The Windemere property is well maintained with extra attention to small details . . . live potted plants surrounding the pool, the ice machine at the pool, numerous boardwalk sand showers, BBQ grills, and even an air hose for inflating floatation devices. This unit is tastefully decorated, comfortable and well stocked with all the amenities. The owners communication was timely and responsive from reservation to departure. Tina was accessible and a professional in every way. We highly recommend this condo and look forward to our next visit.

My husband and I took a "babymoon" and stayed in this condo in March. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and just the right size for the two of us. The only problem we had was not with the condo itself, but with whoever rents out the beach chairs. We decided not to bring our own, but the first 2 days of our stay, no one ever came out to allow us to rent out the chair cushions, so we sat on hard wooden chairs. Finally, at 2:30 on the third day someone came and told us we'd need to move or rent out the chairs. We asked how much and the guy told us the price for the full-day rental. We told him we'd only be down a couple more hours, and asked for a prorated rate, which he denied us. We ended up moving our towels onto the sand for the remainder of the day. The next day was our leaving day. Once again, this was not the condo owner's fault, but we never had a comfortable beach chair. Overall, good experience, and we hope to come back!

Wonderful condo with great views of the ocean. Clean and beautifully decorated with everything you could ever need. We enjoyed breakfast every morning on the patio while watching the Dolphins play. The condo was everything we were told it would be and then some. We plan on staying here again. Hopefully soon, we didn't want to leave.

Tina's unit was absolutely perfect! We had the most amazing view of the Gulf and even saw dolphins some mornings. The unit is stocked with everything you might need. It was very easy to access the pool, parking, the outside grill and the beach. The restaurant recommendations were also wonderful. We cannot wait to book for next year. It will be our go to place.

We very much enjoys this condo! Everything was so listen, new, exceptionality clean, and perfect!!! It was very close to the pool and excess to the beach area! The beach was quiet and peaceful! The ice machine is close, which is loud, but not so bad that we didn't enjoy everything else about our stay!!! We also were excited that any activities we wanted to do, and dinning were very close driving distance! The owner and staff at the condo area were all VERY nice and easy to work with!!! We will return in the future!!!

Everything was perfect! Loved the location and condo. Perfect for 2 people wanting to get away from it all and relax. I would highly recommend it to all my friends. My boyfriend and I loved this condo. It had everything we needed! Even though we were steps from the pool it never got loud. The pool was beautiful and big, the balcony had a wonderful view. Everything in the condo was so cute and updated. All tile floors which is a huge plus for us! We will be coming back to this place again! Tina was more than helpful and very very sweet! All of the check in-check out instructions and parking instructions were very easy and stress free! Recommending this condo to all of our friends!

We loved staying at Windemere. The condo has everything needed for two people to have a really relaxing vacation. We wakened in the morning to our view of white sand and the Gulf of Mexico. The only sounds from our patio were the waves and the birds. Walking on the beach is a pleasure, we walked for miles.

We had a 3 day weekend visit in January. The condo was lovely, very clean, newly decorated and very cozy. Beach was deserted, being January, but in great shape---very clean! This condo is just steps away from the pool and hot tub, and the little balcony gives a great view of the gulf. Tina was really accommodating and helpful...recommended for couples, but more people could stay because the sofa is a sleeper sofa (for little ones, or a couple of adults even).

My husband and I were joining friends in Perdido Key for a long weekend of bike rides, beach time and good meals. This condo is perfect for a couple. Beautiful ocean view and easy access to a quiet beach. The owners wee extremely customer service oriented and even provided us with a list of fun attractions. My friends and I went to the Shrimp Festival - which was like a big state fair with bad shrimp. But otherwise we loved our time at the beach and the condo!

We were delighted with our stay at this condominium. It was clean, quiet, and well appointed. The view of the gulf is beautiful, and the pool is just a few steps from the back door. The manager repeatedly contacted us to ensure that we had everything that we needed, and that all was well. She also sent detailed information including restaraunt recommendations which we found to be accurate and helpful. We felt like this was a great deal!

The condo exceeded our expectations by a long shot, and was most convenient with direct access to the beach, pool area and parking garage. We enjoyed dinner on the balcony each night and grilled downstairs twice. The "trek to the beach" is usually an unpleasant, long journey, but not in this condo-- it's just a few steps away to your beach chair and relaxation. Tina was most accommodating, leaving a huge selection of DVDs, a bottle of wine and phenomenal recommendations. She was very available to us during the entire trip, should there have been a problem. In this condo, however, there were no problems. You can find fun in Perdido if you want with parasailing, Florabama, shopping and boat cruises, or you can just relax on this peaceful paradise of a beach! Can't wait to return. It's a perfect couple's retreat.

My husband and I recently stayed in this lovely condo. All new appliances, super comfy bed, and extremely clean! We watched dolphins swimming from the balcony, a nice SHORT boardwalk to the beach, nice pool and covered area for grilling! Tina was always accessible and able to answer any questions. Would definitely stay again. Most accurate and nicest VRBO rental I have had in quite some time!
