The location was perfect for us. With a gorgeous view of the gulf and just steps from the beach, we were very happy with lazy days lying in the sand and splashing in the clear clean water. We cooked some meals in the well stocked kitchen and walked across the street for meals in the multiple restaurants when Mom didn’t want to cook. The shops that lined the street were fun to explore and we found lots to do. When we had issues they were resolved quickly, when I left messages they were answered promptly. Overall we had a wonderful time and can’t wait to come back!

We had an amazing time at this rental. Super clean, very comfortable beds, spacious rooms, easy access to the beach and pool. Views from the balcony and main bedroom are very nice. We would go back for sure! Everything was as described.

Our stay with luxury coastal was amazing! The home was clean, spacious and matched the pictures shown. We had connection issues with the WiFi but the team was responsive and got it resolved for us within the hour. Besides that, we have no complaints! Perfect spot for a family trip as the area is very calm and peaceful. Local restaurants were delicious.

We stayed for about a month at Windermere 502. Nice condo, great location right on the beach. The beds are very comfy, kitchen well stocked. Only criticism would be the workout room...leaves alot to be desired. luxury Coastal was great as usual

We evacuated for Hurricane Francine and decided to make a vacation out of it. This was a great find. The pool was great for the kids when conditions at the beach were too hazardous to go swimming. But we were still walking distance to the beach which is always nice. And we weren’t far from the grocery store and restaurants. The WiFi was also surprisingly fast which was helpful since I was still working remotely. 10/10 recommend!

The apartment was perfect and just as described. It was literally right off the beach, which was only a few steps away from the third floor entry. It had a very nice pool and hot tub on the third floor as well. The apartment was very clean and was easy to access. The staff was very responsive to all of my messages. They provided detail information for check-in, check out and local attractions around the apartment. It did take them a little while (the day of or day before) for them to determine if we could get early check out or a late check out which was difficult to plan with our flights, but as soon as they knew it was available they texted me right away. Overall, we had an amazing stay and this location is highly recommended.

The pictures are pretty spot on. Besides some stains on the couch. There weren’t any weird smells. They were very responsive with checking in, letting you know about event security, and check out. We would definitely book with Luxury Coastal Vacations again. As far as restaurants go, we would recommend Lillian’s Pizza, The Jellyfish, and Paul’s Pizza.

The condo was exactly as described and shown in pictures. Beautifully decorated. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed plus more. Stunning views of the Gulf. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony at anytime of day. Nice location to several attractions. Beach chair rental right outside the building was great. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

Beautiful spot right on the Gulf. We loved how comfy, cozy and warm the condo felt during our chilly March stay. Enjoyed the gorgeous views from the balcony (spotted dolphins each morning!) and the quiet of the place. It wasn’t crowded, no long waits for the elevator, and the beach was beautiful. Stores and restaurants were close by and the condo had everything we needed if we had decided to cook. The hosts were friendly and quick to respond when I had a question. Hope to stay here again on our next beach trip!
