I loved being right on the beach and also a little out of the crowds, shops were near by but was quiet where we stayed. I never received info on where to park, eventually just parked in a spot that said it was reserved, I looked multiple times for the "packet" that would have the info but never found it. We also had a very large truck and didn't know until the following day that there was an overflow parking across the street. Parking is very tight at the building.

I had a wonderful time!! The process was extremely easy. I booked the condo through Airbnb, for 5 days. Very affordable. I reached out to address a few questions and concerns. The response was very quick. Condo looks just like the picture. I love the views! Absolutely beautiful!! Very private and peaceful. Restaurants are in walking distance. A couple are on the beach. Just a few things I didn’t like. The living patio door wasn’t accessible. Permanently locked. The only option was to go through the primary bedroom to enjoy the patio. Also I couldn’t enjoy the patio at night, due the lights being out. Plus my neighbors were heavy smokers. I loved the free parking, didn’t like the tight curved entrance and exit. I rate my experience a 10! I enjoyed myself so much I reached out to extend my stay.

3rd time at Windermere, 2nd with this listing company, but 44th summer on Perdido Key. Love this place. It’s convenient but also accessible as I have a handicapped mother. Open spaces, wide bathroom in master, and a flat surface to the beach made it easy to get her out. Thanks for a great trip.

Parking is convenient, pool and hot tub are nice, beach is very easy to access, room is updated and clean. Beautiful large balcony with lots of seating. Bring extra toilet tissue (1 roll each bathroom) and coffee and filters for coffee pot. Other than that, all comforts are provided!

If you are looking for the easiest beach access possible, this condo is it! we absolutely loved our stay. THE GREAT: -beach view balcony was spectacular and huge -beach access on Floor 1 took all of 60 seconds to get from room to the beach -amazing comfy king bed in primary bedroom!!! we are very picky with beds and this bed passed the comfort test -huge sectional for multi-family hang outs, same with dining room / eat in bar area -towels and linens provided were good quality THE COULD BE BETTERS: -each bathroom only had 1-2 rolls of TP- bring your own! -the WiFi didn’t work for us the entire time. not an issue as we aren’t super “connected” with work, phones, streaming etc but we couldn’t get the Cable to work without internet either -the parking is atrocious and needs to be seriously reconsidered. there’s a whole parking garage but all short term rentals get pushed to deck “2” which is less than 25 spaces. this would make me hesitate to book here again. even then, 5/5⭐️⭐️⭐

This unit was exactly as it was described. The layout worked great. We had 2 families (7 people total) and we were very comfortable. The unit came with plenty of towels and extra blankets. It was very clean, even the cabinets and drawers (we are unpackers) were dustless! The host was very helpful as well. They were easy to communicate with and responded quickly.

Had an amazing vacation! Loved the Condo! Very clean and spacious for our family of 5 with 4 adults and a 17 year old. The bunky room is great for small kids but tall teen was not able to sleep in it comfortably. Large sectional couch/pull out was great for him! The balcony furniture like new, clean and comfortable. Great view! Large, very clean pool! Charcoal grills on the lower level, clean and easy to use! Close to grocery stores and several state parks with beautiful beach access!! Only downsides: Parking spaces are very small hard to get large vehicles in. Overflow lot across the street with much easier parking but needs a crosswalk. Limited space on the beach. Half the beach access is reserved for umbrella rental company plus condo guests set up their stuff on the beach at sunrise and save spots all day even when not in use. So get to the beach early if you want a good spot. Overall we had an amazing vacation and would definitely recommend this condo!

Great view of Gulf. Accomodations were very nice, great patio furnishi gs. Beds and mattesses were wonderful. Only suggestions would be instructions for main TV, a Keurig and a better hair dryer. We brought our own but did check theirs out but it didn't work well at all, but those were small problems. Would definitely stay there again!!

We enjoyed our stay! Great views and comfortable beds. Kids loved the bunk beds. Wish we had a better heads up about the parking situation (or lack thereof) on-site. Building is older so we understand that parking spots for Airbnb guests were lacking; small section to park. Easy overflow parking across the street was seen so easy enough to park there if you can't find a spot right in front of the building. It also didn't seem clear to us what to do with our trash at checkout. Didn't know about the garbage chute. We were given the wrong Wi-Fi network and passcode in our introduction email from the management team. They were nice and quick with correct Wi-Fi instructions when we reached out. The building has a no-smoking policy that our upstairs neighbors did not abide by so smoke came into our condo at times. We could clearly hear their conversations and footsteps. Not the best upstairs neighbors! Not anyone's fault and not constant, so we did not report.

We love this place! The condo is more than comfortable and the kitchen has everything. The view is spectacular and we love to sit on the balcony. However, even though smoking on the balconies is against the rules, we smell cigarette smoke often when we are out there and it is having a negative impact on our vacation.
