We enjoyed our stay - condo was very clean and the bed was so comfortable. Grandkids enjoyed the bunk beds too. Had wi-fi issues but I was told sometimes you have to reset the router. I didn't even call to ask about this issue because wasn't a big deal. We mostly stayed out on the beach or at the pool for our entertainment. Everyone we met was super nice...would visit again!

We absolutely love staying at this location. Perfect for our family of 4! Having the cabana was one of the best amenities because we were easily able to store our beach items without having to go back to the room. Our kids loved being able to go the beach and then come hang out by the pool. Book this place, you will not be disappointed.

The building is nice and very well located.
The check in process was smooth and very easy.
The unit is very clean and has a very nice view. We are a family of 4 and it was the perfect size for us.
Be aware about toilet paper and soap/shampoo, they only supply the minimum amount; bring your own!
We will definitely be coming back.

We booked this condo last summer for our annual family vacation and couldn't have been happier. This was our 2nd time staying at this property, first in #904. It was the perfect size for us and our 2 boys (7 & 2). And the poolside cabana made beach days SO easy to come up, eat lunch and take a rest without having to drag everything back upstairs. We fully intend on booking this same condo again for several years to come! (especially while our boys are young).

Nice property. Manager texted us for an early check-in and that worked out well because we were a little early arriving. Cabana is a big plus and made it very easy to have snacks and store chairs without having to go all the way up to the ninth floor. Will stay again if available in the future.

The condo is a little on the smaller side but worked great for my kids and I. The bunk bed mattresses ended to pretty comfy when you stacked them on top of each other. The cabana was great to keep beach things in, snacks and drinks.

Beautiful property just like the pictures! Everything was very convenient- the parking was next to the elevator which was right next to the unit. The unit overlooks both the ocean and the pool. It is the last condo building on the beach, so it was easy to find space to spread out. We had a great stay at the property. The only tiny drawbacks were the lack of storage space (it was a tight squeeze for a family of 4, but works) and older/noisy bed. However, the cabana was a lifesaver for keeping all of the sandy gear out of the condo. We would not hesitate to stay there again - We loved it!

Super clean. Comfortable bed. Super cool bunk beds if you have kids in a hallway cubby. Living room is spacious with comfortable couch. Kitchen has enough of everything you need to cook and the fridge, stove and microwave we're updated and very clean. BUT......you will have problems enjoying any of this stuff as soon as you walk out onto the balcony!!!!! The view is so mesmerizing and the sound of the waves is the cherry on top of what is a great condo. Had the best 10th anniversary stay with my wife here. Felt genuine sadness having to go home because we're going to miss drinking our morning coffee watching the dolphins playing from the balcony. Thank you for letting us rent your wonderful condo!

As usual, the week was awesome to visit and Windemere did not disappoint. Luxury Coast Vacations had ample communications and the room was amply furnished and stocked with dishes/pots, etc. Had a few small live bugs, but seems after the hurricane all the places we stayed on our trip had some of those pests. But over all, we had an excellent trip/stay.

Nice condo, loved the cabana, not a big fan of Sally. She did a number on the island and caused us to cut our trip short. Would stay there again barring any named storms entering the gulf. The travel insurance company we bought did refund a good portion of the trip.

We had a great time. You may want to have the condo sprayed for roaches. Saw a few in the kitchen near the ac closet. Also the toilet in the large bath flusher was hanging up and the toilet in the small bath was running.

Loved our week at Windemere 904! The weather was great. The condo was compact but had everything we needed. Besides, we didn’t spend much awake time there. We kept all our beach stuff in the cabana. Being able to go there and get out of the heat was great. The only thing that put a damper on the trip was the pandemic’s impact on restaurants in the area. Maybe next time we visit we can sample some of the great places to eat. We will be back.

Property was clean and check in/out process was very easy. It was very nice to have the pool cabana to get out of the sun and to put beach items in instead of hauling them up to the condo each day. More space for dry food storage would have been helpful, but we made due without any issues. The view from the balcony each morning was very nice and we even saw a few dolphins out in the gulf! Although our stay was just after the area opened back up after Covid-19, we found great places to eat out nearby.

This was our third time visiting Perdido Key to escape the cold up north. The beaches are beautiful! The condo was very well equipped and had plenty of space for the 4 of us. This property is managed by Luxury Coastal Vacations and their customer service is excellent. They are very accommodating and quick to respond. We had a couple of minor issues during our stay and they did their very best to ensure we were happy.

This property had everything that we needed. The view was unobstructed of the beautiful deserted beach. The furniture was comfortable except for the bed, which needs to be replaced. Both of our backs really hurt, and we won't stay there again unless the bed is replaced. It's a shame that the bedroom window is on the walkway looking at the trash chute, so we kept it closed the entire time. It was quiet when we were there estimating maybe 10% occupancy. Thank you for a wonderful memorable stay!

What a beautiful home this is! The property itself was very inviting. The condo was perfect for my husband and I adult only get away. All the furniture was very clean and comfortable. They had everything we would need to cook a great meal. The cabana was a great addition that we never thought about! We loved the shaded area of the pool after a long day in the sun. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home. A few weeks ago we rented a condo that was less then desirable so we where so thankful to come into your clean and inviting home!

My wife and I came for a weekend getaway and found this unit perfectly suited to our purposes. Too small, probably, for any but the smallest families; we found it to be just right for a couple. Well supplied with kitchen gear, which we appreciated. All the appliances worked fine (though we needed to call the maintenance man to help us figure out how to start the dishwasher), and there was a good supply of starter consumables (trash bags, toilet tissue etc.) as well as a great many towels. Bring your own coffee filters! Nicely located, overlooking the beach and the pool. Given that it was still fairly cool at the beginning of March, we didn't really make any use of the pool or the cabana, but at another time of year those would have been great additions. Hot tub (by the pool) is nice to have too. Very pleasant being able to listen to the surf and survey the Gulf while having morning coffee. The one disadvantage of this unit's layout is that the master bedroom (the only real bedroom) is on the side away from the water, so you can't leave the window open and listen to the waves. We didn't hang out in that room much, but when we did we were able to access wi-fi internet easily, and also watched TV in there. The television in the main living/dining room is a little smaller than we are used to, but it was comfortable enough. Pleasant decor, not overdone as many condos are.

My husband and I enjoyed staying here. We enjoyed coffee on the balcony while listening to the waves crash on the beach. The beach was very clean and great for walks long or short. The kitchen was very well stocked - everything we needed and more. The unit was very clean. We would definitely stay here again!

The condo was very clean. There were a few things that needed fixing so I called and all things were fixed. The light in the bedroom would come on but the fan would so he added a string to on the light. The remote for the living room TV would not work. The repair guy took it to the cable company and returned with a new one. The condo is surprising quiet and I seldom heard the traffic on the highway. I loved the view on the small balcony. I will consider renting this condo again. It was perfect for me as I was alone.

We took a chance and booked this for one week. We found the condo to be spotless with a great location on the beach. We loved Perdido Key which is located on the gulf shores, less than 30 minutes from Pensacola Airport. The real surprise was the secure cabana that was part of the rental. It is located at the pool deck. Looking forward to returning for another vacation.

Beautiful views every day and night. Pictures on Vrbo were consistent with what we saw. Very easy to access beach. Directions for WiFi, parking, getting in and out of condo were easy. The only negative were people smoking so we had to smell that sitting out on the balcony or sometimes when I wanted the doors open.

We had a nice stay at the Windemere. The condo was cozy for a family of 5, but great for our stay. Easy to walk right out onto beach, and the area was not crazy busy. Easy drive to the strip of Orange Beach and just a bit farther to Pensacola Beach. Condo was clean and well equipped for a week.

The unit is beautiful with an amazing view. We watched dolphins pass playfully by each morning. Everything about the unit was great and the beds were comfortable!! The kitchen has everything you'll need and when you don't feel like cooking, there's a nice pizza restaurant across the street. We walked there a couple of nights during our stay because it was so good:) We loved the pool and the beach. We are already planning another trip back there next year!
