Windermere 904 is a nice 1 BR condo directly on the beach near several nice area restaurants, such as The Jellyfish and Oyster Bar. The assigned covered parking is nice.

My stay here was phenomenal. The place was clean and comfortable. The poolside cabana was awesome. Nice to have a fridge for drinks and snacks..and a bathroom…convenient to the pool and beach. I will book this place again for sure!

Great place to take your family away from all of the crowds and enjoy the beach, but close enough to the bigger towns to take care of your shopping needs. Our room and cabana were both very clean, comfortable, and well stocked with towels and extra linens. The view from the balcony was absolutely beautiful and fun to watch the dolphins from. The only downside for us was that the hot tub wasn't operating while we were there due to health code violation, but that's not the condo owner's fault.

We enjoyed our stay - condo was very clean and the bed was so comfortable. Grandkids enjoyed the bunk beds too. Had wi-fi issues but I was told sometimes you have to reset the router. I didn't even call to ask about this issue because wasn't a big deal. We mostly stayed out on the beach or at the pool for our entertainment. Everyone we met was super nice...would visit again!

We absolutely love staying at this location. Perfect for our family of 4! Having the cabana was one of the best amenities because we were easily able to store our beach items without having to go back to the room. Easy check in. The condo was clean and well stocked with all things one would need for a weeklong stay. Plenty of dishes, glasses, coffee mugs, silverware…Washer and dryer were a big hit with us too.The condo design took some getting used to with the half bath in line between the full bath and bedroom.Bed was uncomfortable, too soft. I actually slept on the couch one night. View from balcony was perfect. Poolside cabana was great, I think we will want that on future trips. Pool and hot tub were also great. Very clean and well cared for. Communication was great. We had a problem with the toilet and they were out to fix it very quickly. Overall, we were very pleased.

Absolutely loved this condo and amenities. Great for a couple or families. Nearby restaurants that were walking distance. Fantastic private beach access. Amazing views!! The building is nice and very well located. The check in process was smooth and very easy. The unit is very clean and has a very nice view. We are a family of 4 and it was the perfect size for us. Be aware about toilet paper and soap/shampoo, they only supply the minimum amount; bring your own! We will definitely be coming back.

We booked this condo last summer for our annual family vacation and couldn't have been happier. This was our 2nd time staying at this property, first in #904. It was the perfect size for us and our 2 boys (7 & 2). And the poolside cabana made beach days SO easy to come up, eat lunch and take a rest without having to drag everything back upstairs. We fully intend on booking this same condo again for several years to come! (especially while our boys are young).

Nice property. Manager texted us for an early check-in and that worked out well because we were a little early arriving. Cabana is a big plus and made it very easy to have snacks and store chairs without having to go all the way up to the ninth floor. Will stay again if available in the future.

Super clean. Comfortable bed. Super cool bunk beds if you have kids in a hallway cubby. Living room is spacious with comfortable couch. Kitchen has enough of everything you need to cook and the fridge, stove and microwave we're updated and very clean. BUT......you will have problems enjoying any of this stuff as soon as you walk out onto the balcony!!!!! The view is so mesmerizing and the sound of the waves is the cherry on top of what is a great condo. Had the best 10th anniversary stay with my wife here. Felt genuine sadness having to go home because we're going to miss drinking our morning coffee watching the dolphins playing from the balcony. Thank you for letting us rent your wonderful condo!
