Pros:
- The Luxury Coastal people were responsive and extra gracious to us because of the parking lot situation.
- This Condo / Building is right on the beach. So lovely to be able to sit on the balcony, drink my morning coffee and listen to the waves.
Cons:
- There were no Handicapped Parking spaces available because of the parking lot resurfacing.
- Luxury Coastal communicated a lot - to the point where there were too many emails and texts that repeated information previously given.

Loved the view, loved everything about the property. The construction happening obstructed and closed our balcony so we couldn’t use it. Also, all of the drilling and hammering noise was annoying especially so early in the morning.

Parking can get a lil tricky but there is over fill across the street. Our vehicle was a little too tall to go on the first level but plenty of accommodations. Over all great place slept 6 of us comfortably and had space to still roam. Would definitely stay again

My friend and I had a wonderful stay here. We attended the Sand in my Boots festival and this location was perfect to get away from the busyness! The place was clean and the beds were really comfy! Loved having the large balcony to enjoy the beach views at night! Thank you for a peaceful and beautiful stay! Hosts were super attentive!!! We will be back next year if they have the festival! Perdido Key was a gorgeous fun beachy town!

The entire stay was very comfortable. The views are magnificent. The only minor issue we had was regarding Wi-Fi which was not initially working but once I called and mentioned this, they sent someone to look at it and get it resolved. Overall it was a great experience and a much needed vacation for my family. 10/10 would recommend!!

Location, location, location! This unit is right on the beach, well-equipped, and, in an area much quieter than others on Perdido Key. I found the management group to be quickly responsive when I had a couple early questions. I’ll be back.

Very good place for the price. Parking is not friendly for larger vehicles but manageable and there’s a spare lot across the street. Couldn’t get WiFi to work throughout the stay but other than that it’s a great place and location for the price. Would recommend
