This rental was good. Would recommend. Located in culdesac away from busy traffic. Quiet. Close to orange beach and Pensacola for restaurants and other activities besides the beach. Few minutes drive from the beach. House has elevator. king bed and daybed is on 3rd floor which is not the main master bed room. House was clean. Beds were comfy. Big fluffy pillows. Plenty of storage space. Kitchen was well stocked with plenty of silverware and cooking equipment. Electric stove. Extra full fridge in garage. Some beach stuff boogie boards, floats for use. Plenty of lounge space on sofa and chairs. Big dining table plus breakfast table for meals. Air conditioning was working well.
Only small negatives. Microwave was malfunctioning. Water pressure was on lower side. Took a little while for response from host on Airbnb app but they did offer a phone number to call for emergencies which we didn’t think was necessary for our small complaints

It’s a great location. I just didn’t realize the home is about a mile from Gulf Shore, AL. So it’s on the outskirts of Pensacola.

Beautiful property, exactly as described.
Make sure to read all the information they send you, as it will tell you what the home does not have including beach towels or chairs. Unlike Airbnb from owners, there is a difference when renting with a company. The amenities are more “hotel” than home-like.
About a mile and a half from the public beach, which was never overcrowded, with easy parking.

We absolutely loved our stay. The house was perfect size. My mother is disabled, so the private elevator within the home was perfect for her to get around! We had a blast. It was only 30 min from Gulf Shores for activities and just down the road from great restaurants. ☺️

Our family of 7 (ranging from 2 years old to almost 60)enjoyed a wonderful visit. The house was beautifully decorated and had every thing needed for a wonderful stay. The kitchen was well stocked if you wanted to stay in and cook, but the house is located so that you can go enjoy a meal out without traveling very far. The beach is close by and easy access. I would recommend this home for any age with the easy access and convenience of an elevator. We will definitely make plans to visit again.

We had a great stay. The house was clean well stocked and close proximity to the beach. Check in was effortless. We were in constant communication with the management for check out instructions. House was beautiful and had plenty of room for 7 adults. I would recommend this property and management to anyone looking for vacation rentals.

This was our family's 2nd time booking this house this year. We love the neighborhood and being near the beach. This time we bought our bikes and enjoyed riding in the neighborhood and the bike trail. We will definitely be returning next year.

The stay was awesome!! The house was even better than we expected. The way the house is laid out offered privacy for all who stayed. We had everything needed so we could just unpack and have fun!! It was clean and the decor was so nice but made you feel comfy at the same time. We will for sure book this when we go back. The quiet cove was another advantage, and the view of the water was very nice!!

Our family has been vacationing in the Florida Panhandle for over 25 years and this is by far the best place we have stayed. It is exceptionally clean and well furnished. We have a large family and is plenty of space for all of us to sit and have dinner together. The kitchen is nicely stocked with dishes and cookware. The beds are all extremely comfortable. While it is not directly on the beach, there is a view of the bay from the balconies. Beach access is very convenient. If you are fortunate enough to snag this comfy home, be sure to watch for the little rabbit that likes to make early morning and late evening appearances by the deck in the back yard!

Beautiful home in close proximity to the beach. Plenty of room for six adults and three kids; the 3.5 bathrooms were a huge asset. A couple cleaning hiccups were immediately addressed and staff were professional and friendly. Kitchen has basic needs, but no extras such as, ziploc bags, salt, pepper, etc.

We stayed at Just Beachy while attending my daughter’s graduation in Pensacola. This was definitely one of my favorite vacation rentals to stay in. It’s in a nice, quiet location less than 5 min from public beach access. The unit was very clean, spacious, and comfortable! Thanks so much for answering all of our questions! Our family loves Just Beachy at Arborgate! This is the second time we have stayed in this home and we could not be happier with the accommodations! Just minutes from the beach with a beautiful view of the bay, this home offers everything to make for a perfect vacation! This house is modern, clean, and comfortable. The bathrooms were well stocked with towel and were all very nice and updated. The location is a super short drive to the beach and convenient to restaurants and grocery stores. Recommend highly!

Lot's of sleeping space, however the bedrooms are all on floors 2 and 3, none on ground level. Very steep steps as well. There was an elevator and it was initially not working. It took some waiting and back and forth with the staff until it was running again. We had one guest with mobility issues. I feel this should have been mentioned in the listing, as I would not have rented the property with no ground floor bedrooms. The only other issue was the master bedroom. The sheets just did not fit the bed. They kept coming off during the night on all sides. Please get some deep pocket sheets! Very annoying. Other than those two issues, the stay was very comfortable and nicely furnished. The kitchen has new appliances and anything needed to make a meal. Quiet neighborhood and close to public areas.
