Welcome to Indigo 1102W, “The Salty Beach”. At The Salty Beach, you’ll enjoy a spacious and peaceful 3-bedroom, 3-bath luxury private condominium with breathtaking views of the gulf. The condo is tastefully appointed with luxury décor, leather living room furniture, travertine tile flooring, and granite countertops. You’ll enter the unit from a semi-private elevator from the main lobby and private entry upon arrival on the 11th floor.

The kitchen is fully stocked with brand new luxuries of home, including an espresso maker, coffee pot with K-cup option, crock pot, blender, toaster, mixer, 13-piece Gotham cookware set, and all the extras needed to prepare a complete meal for your family. The cabinets offer a plentiful stock of dinnerware, flatware, glassware, and stemware. The condo also has a private laundry room with a washer and dryer, private access to a service elevator and a trash chute.

Our condo has a strong Wi-Fi signal throughout and is equipped with new smart televisions – 65” in the family room and a 55” TV in every bedroom. Basic cable is included, or sign-in to your favorite apps on the smart TV to continue watching your favorite content. There is a DVD player in the family room if you have favorite movies or pick one up at RedBox to watch during your stay. You also have access to reserve the media room for a private “movie theatre” experience for your group!

The living room offers plenty of seating for the entire family – featuring brand new leather loveseat, sofa and a push-back recliner. You’ll enjoy the spectacular view of the gulf from any vantage point! The dining room table will comfortably seat six with two extra bar height seats.

The main bedroom suite offers views of the gulf, a spa-style bathroom with a large walk-in shower, jetted tub, water closet, 2-vanities, and a large linen closet. The room opens to a spacious balcony furnished with ample lounge seating to enjoy the view. The second bedroom has a full over full bunk with a full trundle and is attached to a bathroom with a full-size tub. The third bedroom has a queen-size bed with a private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Both rooms connect to a second balcony off the north side that provides beautiful views of the Lost Key Golf Course. The sofa in the living room also converts to a gel-foam queen size sleeper sofa for and extra bed. For families with small children, in main suite closet, you’ll find a pack-n-play and a highchair as well as kid-friendly dinnerware in the kitchen.

Luxury Coastal Vacations provides professionally laundered linens and towels for every guest and a complimentary set up of a few key necessities to get you started. There are several grocery stores in the immediate area and a Target and Walmart a short drive away to get you set up for your time here. Indigo Condominium requires a minimum 7-day rental during peak season and is snow-bird friendly in the off-season for longer term rentals. LCV’s office is conveniently located across the street from Indigo and is available to assist with any questions or concerns you may have during your stay at our condo.

On property at Indigo, you’ll have access to outdoor grilling – a big green egg (requires lump charcoal, not provided) or a gas grill – two areas, one on the East and West sides of the property. You’ll also enjoy a beautiful pool, two beach access points, fitness center and reservation-only 12 person theatre. You'll have access to a private beach chair and umbrella service vendor for daily/weekly rentals.
