This is our second time staying at this property and we will stay again next time we are down! The location is perfect. It is quiet and all of the guests and residents are friendly and respectful. We can’t wait to get back!

Great location and property, but this unit needs new furniture in den and balcony. There are 2 dorm futons (very uncomfortable) pushed together instead of a couch and the only other chair is wicker- we had 6 ppl and couldn’t all sit in same room comfortably and watch tv. The balcony is a hodgepodge with only one chair with a back- the rest are stools (very uncomfortable). Other balconies all had nice blue sets (with backs). We arrived at 3:50 for a 4pm check in. I text them, and they didn’t send the door code until 4:21! So we had to wait in the hall in blazing sun with all of our luggage. I never received an email from them as indicated in paperwork. You also have to pay $50/car for parking-which was not clear in the description. It looks like part of condo has been updated, but the futons are very uncomfortable to sit on- I couldn’t imagine anyone sleeping on them!
The bedrooms were nice, and the en-suite bathroom was huge. The kitchen is tiny!

We love the Palm Beach condos! Beach access couldn’t be better and they are not crowded. Only downside is the kitchen could have been stocked better and some of the furnishings need upgrading. Super comfy king bed!!! Thanks for a great vacation!!!

I actually booked this unit for 8 adults for a surprise proposal to my now fiance. I was EXTREMELY happy kind host, clean, fantastic beach, affordable cost, I don’t know much else you’d want for a perfect trip to Orange Beach.

Great Condo!!! Nice place for two couples or family of four. Beds were comfortable, plenty of towels in bathrooms and kitchen. Our only negative was the furniture was a little outdated and limited seating in living room. Condo was well equipped for cooking, easy to get in and out, easy parking and complex has plenty of luggage/grocery carts. Elevator was down a couple days we were there but there is a second elevator and it was fixed promptly each time. The grounds were very well kept, distance to the beach is amazing, cost to rent beach chairs and umbrellas is super cheap. Bring extra toilet paper and paper towels, one roll of each was not enough for 4 people for 4 days.

We were in town for a softball tournament in Gulf Shores. The location was perfect for us! Loved that it's on a much quieter, less-crowded part of the beach. Beautiful balcony views and a very comfortable condo. And a HUGE plus for traveling in March with a 3 yr old- HEATED POOL! He LOVED it and so did I! Thank you for sharing this wonderful condo and we hope to return in the future!

Beautiful oasis to bring in 35. I enjoyed this location to the fullest. Being able to walk down and enjoy the pool and waking up to the view of the ocean was worth everything. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay at this condo in Orange Beach. It’s exactly as described and was very clean. The complex was very nice and quiet, and the beach is super close.

This 2 bd/ 2.5 bath was a wonderful place to spend our family’s vacation. The condo was super clean, provided a beautiful view of the ocean and was located at a ‘just right’ location that we were not having to share the beach with hundreds of others. It is located at the edge of a larger group of condos (high rises) that made us appreciate our beach space.
The beds were very comfortable!! We would highly recommend staying here!

Kitchen very small. Felt it was a bit overpriced but ocean view was great! Unit clean and very near elevator. Easy check in. Nice families staying at Palm. Pool has very little furniture to lay out on, only one lounger and about 12 chairs for the entire place.

Oh my goodness!!! THIS place!!!!!! Is literally one second from the elevator, one second from the parking lot & one second from the beautiful beach!!!!! I cannot say enough good about every detail! The unit looks just as it does in the photos and feels very spacious because of the layout. It’s actually a bit closer to the beach than it looks in the photos. One pool was closed for our stay (filter issues and no fault of the host) but there is another on site that is close. Our ceiling fan was broken in the master... maintenance came very quickly to look into the problem. They even offered to change it out while we where there but it wasn’t necessary for our long weekend. The two calls I made to LCV were easy and the people I spoke with were very friendly. They made everything a breeze! The low density unit is the last on Orange Beach so it’s not crowded like a high rise which is awesome! Good, clean, affordable unit.
