As experienced Beach Colony renters, we enjoyed some of the same features we have come to expect from this property. In my opinion, this is the best balcony layout for view and seating comfort of many of the towers in the area. This unit gets morning sun, an excellent view of Johnson Bayou and beyond, as well as ample view of the Gulf. Interior is spacious, well appointed, and very functional.

I would absolutely stay at this property and try for the same unit (Beach Colony; 9B/East), again. The unit was the most well equipped we have ever experienced. The entire property is well maintained and convenient. LOVED IT!

We were delighted with our recent stay. This condo is virtually stocked with everything you might need for your stay; especially for a gourmet cook. All of the beds are VERY comfortable and clean. You will leave feeling rested and blessed!!

We stayed for 2 weeks and enjoyed all the amenities of the condo and Beach Colony complex. We loved the large porch with ocean view! Each room felt spacious and private.
