Things to Note
*PLEASE NOTE: Beach Colony Tower is currently undergoing restoration work encompassing various projects taking place on property. Intermittent amenity and balcony closures may take place for the safety of guests. Noise is to be expected throughout the property. Balcony furniture may be inside of the unit if balconies are closed. All work is expected to be complete by May 2023, schedule/weather permitting.
The pool in front of the center tower will be closed starting 10/24 with no ETA, HOWEVER the indoor pool and pool in front of the East Tower will REMAIN OPEN.
