Shoalwater 1204

Wonderful property.
The complex was excellent. Our condo was great except we found that the cleaning crew doesn't clean under the beds. We were very happy overall and would recommend this unit to anyone.

Orange Beach vacation July 2019
Just returned from an awesome vacation and have no complaints with Shoalwater 1204! Loved all the tile floors! Large terrace was amazing! Kitchen well stocked with dishes and utensils! Very clean! One more bathroom would have been great with my large family, but we handled it! Will come back!!!

Perfect location. Condo was clean and very pretty.
We had a great week! The place was exactly what we were looking for. Getting up watching the ocean. The only thing we had a problem with was working the smart TV. Guess you have to be smarter than the remotes but the remotes won. But that was probably a good thing. Sitting out on the deck was amazing. The property is kept clean and the people were very nice. Would definitely want to stay again!

We loved this unit!
I really like the Shoalwater Property! It is clean and most of condo rentals are updated. Unit 1204 is updated and the furniture and the beds are very comfortable. It is obvious that the owners take pride in their unit. I rented through Luxury Coastal and I was very pleased with the service I received. There was a problem with the indoor pool heater which was not working for the first 3 weeks but repairs were made as soon as the part was received. Small things like this will happen from time to time. I have already booked this unit for next year.

First time
This was our first experience staying in Orange Beach, AL. The condo is conveniently located in walking distance to the souvenir shop, restaurants, and theme park for kids (Adventure Island). The convenience of having the condo right on the beach was so nice with having small children on this trip. The condo was well maintained and it felt like home. I highly recommend going there first to drop off your items prior to grocery shopping; we picked up a lot of unnecessary things that were already at the condo. The pools (inside and out) were well kept. We hope to come back soon, and when we do we will be staying at 1204!

Great condo. Clean and well appointed.
We had absolutely no complaints. The condo was just as pictured. The wrong parking passes were left for us but management quickly corrected the situation. We had some car trouble when we were there and management helped us find a mechanic. The pool and lobbies were cleaned regularly.

Excellent stay!! No regrets!! Great vacation!!
My family visits the gulf once a year and we've stayed in numerous condos over the years. This condo is a the top of my list. excellent views, private balcony with comfortable seating, close walk to beach and swimming pools. Close to restaurants and shops. We had a wonderful time. Thanks for letting us stay.

The complex was under some renovations, but it was communicated to us beforehand, so it was not a surprise. It didn’t hinder us at all. This condo was spacious, and perfect for our girls’ trip! Beds were comfy, and furniture was comfortable. View was just awesome!!

Everything you’re looking for.
The check in process was simple and we lacked nothing during our stay. Rooms were clean, welcoming and the view from 1204 was breathtaking. We had one tiny issue and it was immediately addressed. Highly recommend.

I stayed with my 3 boys and my husband the last week in May 2020. Grocery store super close, restaurant within walking distance. We waited no time for elevator. Getting to the beach took minutes. Super clean. We will be back

Great condo!
We loved the condo and complex! Right on the beach and close to everything. Only issue we had was with the beach service. We rented chairs and umbrellas for the entire week but had issues with getting them set up every day.

Awesome unit in every way... balcony spacious and great view. Pool and all great!
It was awesome! Our unit was so cozy and well furnished and decorated. All was clean and supplied well. Furniture was great. Loved coffee table that had 4 mini tables/stools. Great porch furniture. Kitchen well stocked with bowls etc, enjoyed using beach chairs as well as bringing our own. Layout of condo was great. No issues at all. We would love to stay in it again.

Loved this condo.
I was worried being on top floor would be to high, it was perfect, the view was beautiful and you could not hear the noises from pool area. You also did not have any noise from people above you b/c you are the top floor. It has plenty of towels and kitchen stuff. We had plenty of room for the 8 of us. Definitely recommend this condo, looks just like the pics.

On the Beach for a Steal!!
I love that this property is on. the. beach. No packing. No dragging the kids and family back and forth. Simple check in and out. Clean lodging and just about everything you need in the kitchen. Balcony is private and the view is breathtaking. The water is always warm and clear with gentle waves. Perfect for families with small children.

Cozy beach condo
This place is super cozy! The beds are so comfortable. You have a great view of the beach from the master bedroom, living room area, and balcony. My favorite part was probably having my coffee and breakfast on the balcony while looking out at the ocean. If you are lucky you'll see some dolphins. We could even see sting rays swimming in the water from up there. There was plenty of space, towels, blankets, and kitchen items. Can't beat the easy access to the beach and there's a pool if you get tired of the ocean. The location is also close to several nearby restaurants. Highly recommend staying here!

Very nice condo!
This was a beautiful condo, very clean, up to date, with plenty of furnishings and supplies. The only thing that surprised me is that it was on the twelveth floor! I don't remember reading that anywhere in the information. Turned out to be a beautiful view of the ocean, but I would have preferred to be forewarned.

One of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had! Incredible communication before arriving with all the details leaving you with no additional questions. The place had an absolutely incredible view from both the master bedroom and the living room with a walk out balcony. It was really well furnished and looked exactly like the photos. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed our stay completely! We did a lot of walking down to the beach and across the street to restaurants. It was a great stay and I highly recommend!
