Beach & Yacht Club A301

This was our first time to Perdido Key FL. We absolutely loved it!! The condo was clean, comfortable, nicely furnished and right on the beach, just what we were looking for!! Beach was gorgeous and we rented chairs and an umbrella for the week. This vacation was so very relaxing and just what we needed. We will definitely go back. Kim and Dan

Definitely a luxury rental
Upon arrival the reserved Pack N Play was in the condo as requested which was a huge relief due to travel with our one year old daughter (who had never flown before and was definitely ready for a nap). The accommodations were very nice and after a run to the store, we were able to entertain our family (they stayed in another property at another location and regretted not reserving a place at the Beach and Yacht Club). The pool was quite large and pleasant for a swim but the best feature was the white beach and surf just a walk across the boardwalk. Simply beautiful and a great vacation! Thank you

First time in Perdido Key and enjoyed the location as not as busy as Orange beach area but accessible. Room and beach area was as in photos and ice maker was very nice to have. Please note 2nd bedroom seemed to be a double bed size.

Great condo! Wonderful family vacation spot!!
We really enjoyed the condo and beach. We did not have to fight a crowd for a spot on the beach - which we usually have to do on 30a. The pool was nice too, it didn't seem heated, but still fun for the kids

I highly recommend this unit!
After researching hundreds of condos along the AL/FL coastline, I found this unit. I could tell from the photos that it was perfect for our family. Upon arrival we were each pleasantly surprised at how luxurious it was. Such tasteful decor and every amenity one could need. Easy access to the beach & pool and very close to local shopping & dining. We can't wait to come back!

Great Vacation Getaway
Just by looking at the pictures posted on the VRBO & LCV website, we knew this is the place we wanted to spend our vacation. When we walked in, we fell in love with it. The décor in every room was gorgeous! The view of the ocean is spectacular. We felt right at home and enjoyed our stay. It has every amenity you can think of and more. If you want to getaway, this is the place to do it. We will be coming back in the future.

Wonderful condo

The condo was very clean and spacious and welcoming, with no surprises. I think my favorite part was that there were lots of windows so the living area got light from multiple angles with great views from all of them. The master bedroom had a nice sized desk so my son in law was able to get work done from home when needed. The kitchen was well equipped (although frying pan was missing) with quality stainless steel pots—thanks for not subjecting us to cheap pans with scratched up non-stick coating! And the built-in icemaker was icing on the cake! Would recommend condo to others.

Amazing condo, loved ice machine, home away from home
We had an awesome time in your condo. Close to restaurants, grocery store and shopping. I loved sitting on the balcony with the breeze and that ocean view. Wow!! I would definitely stay here again.

Fun short trip
Checked all the boxes. Would make a couple of suggestions. The only kitchen item I missed was a Keurig; had to buy regular coffee. And would have liked a few rugs/mats to catch the sand, wipe my feet throughout. Great beach, great pool! Not crowded, big plus for me! Convenient but not in the busy traffic area.

Ultimate Vacation Condo
Pictures don't do this condo justice. From the minute you walk in, this is pure luxury. The ocean views are fantastic. The patio area has 2 chaise lounges that are not shown in the photos. We used them every day. The artwork in the condo is very tastefully done. This was a great place to stay. Will be back again next year.

Place was just right for us. Clean and spacious. Just as described in the posting. They were able to let us check-in an hour and a half early. That was very help. They responded very quickly when I called and asked. We will be back for sure.

Amazing property, breathtaking views
Beach and Yacht Club A301 was absolutely what we wanted! Everything from the space to the decor to the views to the BUILT IN ICE MAKER to the pool toys and beach chairs to the relaxing jacuzzi tub! They had everything we needed! This condo is all up to date and very modern. We had no problems at all. The staff at the property was so hospitable, too! We arrived late and the guy working at the guard gate even offered to help us bring our luggage up. He gave us all of the information we needed as to where everything was. Anytime I called with a question it was immediately answered professionally. I will definitely be booking THIS condo again! My family and I LOVED it!

Great amenities
This was my second time to stay at this condominium. Location is good and kitchen is well appointed. I did not have to communicate with owner as I have not had any problems. Management company communication is excellent.

We had a fabulous stay with luxury coastal vacations. The condo was one of the best we have stayed in. It had a very well equipped kitchen, beautiful bedrooms, comfortable furniture. Also has a huge outdoor balcony with a table and lounge chairs overlooking the gulf.
The pool was lovely, and there is beach chair rental service in front of the building ($40 per chair set with umbrella). I think all the condos in this building are gulf front. Loved the size of the building, and there is an empty lot next door, so this stretch of beach was much less crowded. Would 10/10 return. Luxury coastal vacations was really easy to communicate with and provided detailed instructions for everything, and usually responded within 5 minutes to any questions!

BEAUTIFUL CONDO IN A PERFECT LOCATION, CLOSE TO EVERYTHING IN PERDIDO KEY AND ORANGE BEACH. THE PICTURES DO NOT DO THIS CONDO JUSTICE, IT IS SIMPLY AMAZING!!!!!!!! THE DECOR IS EXCEPTIONAL AS WELL AS THE SUPER COMFORTABLE BEDS, THE VIEW OF THE GULF OF MEXICO FROM THE BALCONY AND THE ICEMAKER IS AN ADDED BONUS. A SPECIAL THANKS TO THE STAFF AT LUXURY COASTAL VACATIONS FOR MAKING OUR FAMILY TRIP SO WONDERFUL. WE WILL BE BACK.

Absolute Luxury
This condo is spectacular. Every amenity you can ask for. The condo has many angles and not your typical box condo. The condo is very tastefully furnished and very comfortable and luxurious. The in-ground pool is the largest on the island. Wonderful clubhouse and marina. Easy access to the beach. We definitely will be back next year. I would recommend to anyone.

We loved everything about this condo! The location, the view, the decor, it was all WAY above par and the pictures don't do it justice! It's beautiful!!! And the ice machine was a bonus we weren't expecting. Priceless!! You would be a fool not to book this place! We'll definitely be back!!!!

Quiet retreat
This condo doesn't have the fancy lobby and entrance of others we've stayed at. But when you open the door you'll be amazed how nice it is. The online pictures don't do it justice. This an immaculate, meticulously decorated unit. The only suggestion I could offer is a black out curtain in the small bedroom. If you're in this room, you're gonna wake up with the sun. Elevators are fast, being a small property and the beach is right beyond the pool. If you don't bring chairs, the rental young men were very attentive and friendly. We didn't have a car so your walking options for dining are pretty limited. There's a gas station just down the road for basics and Flora Bama is a little over a mile. We didn't mind though, it keeps the property extremely quiet. I value a quiet room and sparsely populated beach. They do offer a fitness room and clubhouse but we didn't take advantage of either. Teenagers or kids might get a little bored on this area of beach but it was perfect for a couple of friends to enjoy a much needed break.

Perfect Vacation at the Beach

Hi LCV, we had a wonderful vacation again this year. On a previous review from the VRBO, a couple mentioned that you could rent chairs on the beach. I don't think they looked in the outside storage closet near the condo entrance, because there are 4 beach chairs, cooler & umbrella for renters to use. Everything was immaculate, as always!

What a gorgeous place to stay! From the jacuzzi bath to the separate ice maker, it was wonderful! Our only complaint was that the grills for the property were across the street, resulting in our not grilling at all. If we'd had easy access to that it would have been completely perfect!

Great property with great location.
This unit is really really nice. It is probably the nicest rental we have ever stayed in. The pictures do not do it justice. Also, the folks at Beach and Yacht club are fantastic and extremely helpful. Great beach, great river/ramp/docks. Secure boat storage. The beach is very nice. The pool isn’t anything spectacular but it was clean and well maintained. It was completely as expected for a pool built 30+years ago. The only bad comment that I can say is that there where absolutely no condiments/foil/spices in the kitchen. No salt. No pepper. So you will need to bring all of that. As far as utensils/pots/pans, they did have an amazing selection of those.

FIRST CLASS ROOM!
The room was super clean and very beautifully decorated. Kitchen is very well stocked with anything you could possible need. The stand alone ice maker was a much used bonus appliance! Plenty bath towels, jacuzzi tub, and large walk in shower. The large private balcony was the perfect spot to enjoy a view of the beach, sounds of the waves with a nice breeze flowing and a cold drink in hand. We will definitely be back and would highly recommend this room to others.
